[0002] 我国《水污染防治法》规定对不能纳入城市污水收集系统的居民区、旅游景点、度假村、疗养院、机场、铁路车站、经济开发区等分散的人群聚居地排放的污水和独立工矿区的工业废水应就地处理达标排放。未经处理排入江河,会造成严重危害,如出现水体富营养化现象、影响给水水源、增加给水处理成本危害人类及生物的生存等,现有污水处理投资大,运行费用高。
