Abstract
本发明公开了一种螺旋送料内加热注塑机,包括机架、外筒、挤出机头、进料装置、转动电机、内筒、燃烧器,所述内筒设置为中空结构,内筒外壁设置有连续的螺旋片,内筒右端联通设置有进火管,内筒左端联通设置有出火管,所述进火管上设置有链轮,所述链轮通过链条与转动电机相连接;所述内筒外套接有外筒,所述外筒两端均设置有轴承,所述进火管、出火管穿过轴承,并与轴承转动连接,所述外筒固定设置在机架上,所述外筒右端设置有进料装置,所述外筒左端设置有挤出机头,用于挤出成型塑料件;所述内筒的进火管与燃烧器相连接。本发明提供的一种螺旋送料内加热注塑机,本设计有效的提高了融料效率、塑料件的生产率,节约了生产成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺旋送料内加热注塑机,属于注塑机技术领域。
背景技术
注塑机又名注射成型机或注射机,它是将热塑性塑料或热固性料利用塑料成型模具制成各种形状的塑料制品的主要成型设备。注塑机的工作原理与打针用的注射器相似,它是借助螺杆的推力,将已塑化好的熔融状态的塑料注射入闭合好的模腔内,经固化定型后取得制品的工艺过程。常见的注塑机多采用电加热,利用分布在机筒外的加热圈,对机筒内的材料进行加热塑化。这种方式热熔率不高,只能使用电能,无法使用其它热能,无法提升节能效果。
发明内容
目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种螺旋送料内加热注塑机。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种螺旋送料内加热注塑机,包括机架、外筒、挤出机头、进料装置、转动电机、内筒、燃烧器,所述内筒设置为中空结构,内筒外壁设置有连续的螺旋片,内筒右端联通设置有进火管,内筒左端联通设置有出火管,所述进火管上设置有链轮,所述链轮通过链条与转动电机相连接;所述内筒外套接有外筒,内筒与外筒之间设置有空隙,所述外筒两端均设置有轴承,所述进火管、出火管穿过轴承,并与轴承转动连接,所述外筒固定设置在机架上,所述外筒右端设置有进料装置,所述外筒左端设置有挤出机头,用于挤出成型塑料件;所述内筒的进火管与燃烧器相连接。
所述挤出机头包括挤出头、模具头,所述挤出头内设置有出料通道,所述出料通道与外筒、内筒的左端相连通;所述挤出头左端设置有模具头,所述模具头用于挤出成型塑料件。
所述内筒外壁上螺旋片的间距由右端向左端逐渐变窄。
所述进料装置包括进料斗、进料螺杆、进料电机,所述进料斗设置在外筒右端顶部,所述进料螺杆设置在进料斗内,所述进料电机与进料螺杆相连接。
作为优选方案,还包括保温层,所述保温层套接在外筒外表面。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种螺旋送料内加热注塑机,通过内筒的结构设计实现了对塑料原料内加热方式,这种加热方式可利用燃烧机的提供的热量,燃烧机可利用垃圾燃料,有利于节能、环保。另外,挤出机头可按需求进行更换,挤出不同形状的成型塑料件。本设计有效的提高了融料效率、塑料件的生产率,节约了生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1、图2所示,一种螺旋送料内加热注塑机,包括机架1、外筒2、挤出机头3、进料装置4、转动电机5、内筒6、燃烧器7,所述内筒6设置为中空结构,内筒6外壁设置有连续的螺旋片8,内筒6右端联通设置有进火管9,内筒6左端联通设置有出火管10,所述进火管9上设置有链轮11,所述链轮11通过链条12与转动电机5相连接;所述内筒6外套接有外筒2,内筒6与外筒2之间设置有空隙,所述外筒2两端均设置有轴承13,所述进火管9、出火管10穿过轴承13,并与轴承13转动连接,所述外筒2固定设置在机架1上,所述外筒2右端设置有进料装置4,所述外筒2左端设置有挤出机头3,用于挤出成型塑料件;所述内筒6的进火管9与燃烧器7相连接。
所述挤出机头3包括挤出头31、模具头32,所述挤出头31内设置有出料通道33,所述出料通道33与外筒2、内筒6的左端相连通;所述挤出头31左端设置有模具头32,所述模具头32用于挤出成型塑料件。
所述内筒6外壁上螺旋片8的间距由右端向左端逐渐变窄。
所述进料装置4包括进料斗41、进料螺杆42、进料电机43,所述进料斗41设置在外筒2右端顶部,所述进料螺杆42设置在进料斗41内,所述进料电机43与进料螺杆42相连接。
作为优选方案,还包括保温层14,所述保温层14套接在外筒2外表面。
具体使用方式如下:使用时,将塑料原料从进料斗入口处放出,在进料螺杆的推动下,压入外筒与内筒之间的空隙内,通过转动电机的作用,内筒进行旋转,内筒外壁的螺旋片不停地将塑料原料向前推送;同时,燃烧机不断的利用垃圾燃料通过进火管为内筒提供源源不断的热量,可迅速的将塑料原料融化;融化后的塑料原料流入挤出头的出料通道内,再经过模具头挤出成型的塑料管;模具头可以更换,用于挤出不同形状的塑料件。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种螺旋送料内加热注塑机,包括机架、外筒、挤出机头、进料装置、转动电机,其特征在于:还包括内筒、燃烧器,所述内筒设置为中空结构,内筒外壁设置有连续的螺旋片,内筒右端联通设置有进火管,内筒左端联通设置有出火管,所述进火管上设置有链轮,所述链轮通过链条与转动电机相连接;所述内筒外套接有外筒,内筒与外筒之间设置有空隙,所述外筒两端均设置有轴承,所述进火管、出火管穿过轴承,并与轴承转动连接,所述外筒固定设置在机架上,所述外筒右端设置有进料装置,所述外筒左端设置有挤出机头,用于挤出成型塑料件;所述内筒的进火管与燃烧器相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺旋送料内加热注塑机,其特征在于:所述挤出机头包括挤出头、模具头,所述挤出头内设置有出料通道,所述出料通道与外筒、内筒的左端相连通;所述挤出头左端设置有模具头,所述模具头用于挤出成型塑料件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺旋送料内加热注塑机,其特征在于:所述内筒外壁上螺旋片的间距由右端向左端逐渐变窄。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺旋送料内加热注塑机,其特征在于:所述进料装置包括进料斗、进料螺杆、进料电机,所述进料斗设置在外筒右端顶部,所述进料螺杆设置在进料斗内,所述进料电机与进料螺杆相连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺旋送料内加热注塑机,其特征在于:还包括保温层,所述保温层套接在外筒外表面。
