本发明涉及一种工作层浇注料,具体的说是一种铁水包内衬或工作层用浇注料。包括如下重量份数的组分,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种浇注料,使用部位为铁水包与铁水接触的直接内衬,其中各组分重量百分比为:均化矾土12—8mm为8~20%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石8—5mm为l1~15%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石5—3mm为12~15%,烧结微孔铝尖晶石3—lmm为10~15%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石≤1mm为30~35%,改性镁钙砂≤1mm0~5%,二碳化三铬粉1%,复合凝胶粉3~5%,水合氧化铝微粉1%,珍珠陶土粉1%,锗酸铋粉0.5%,改性纯铝酸钙水泥3~5%,外加C7H10N2O2S0.1%,C21H14Na2O6S20.1%,2-吗啉乙磺酸0.05%。本发明可以提高铁水包产品的高温性能、侵蚀性能,大幅增加了铁水包的抗热震性能,有效提高了整体浇注铁水包工作层的使用寿命,比常规同类型的铁水包工作层寿命提高30%以上。

Description

一种工作层浇注料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种工作层浇注料,具体的说是一种使用在铁水包工作层的耐火浇注料。
背景技术
铁包中和铁水水直接接触的耐火材料称为铁水包工作层。现有技术中铁水包工作层一般采用铝硅质浇注料,但目前铁水包内衬的各项性能一般,因此,直接影响了铁水包的使用寿命,如何提高铁水包的使用寿命,改善铁水包工作层的性能最为关键,因此铁水包内衬浇注料的性能改进成为延长铁水包使用寿命的关键。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种工作层浇注料,可以降低铁水包内衬材料与铁水内硫磷等元素的反应,减少铁水包的粘渣,提高其抵抗侵蚀铁水包产品的高温性能、侵蚀性能,大幅增加了铁水包的抗热震性能,总体上提高了铁水包的综合性能,最终铁水包的使用寿命大幅增加。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种工作层浇注料,使用部位为铁水包与铁水接触的直接内衬,其中各组分重量百分比为:均化矾土12—8mm为8~20%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石8—5mm为l1~15%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石5—3mm为12~15%,烧结微孔铝尖晶石3一lmm为10~15%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石≤1mm为30~35%,改性镁钙砂≤1mm0~5%,二碳化三铬粉1%,复合凝胶粉3~5%,水合氧化铝微粉1%,珍珠陶土粉1%,锗酸铋粉0.5%,改性纯铝酸钙水泥 3~5%,外加C7H10N2O2S0.1%,C21H14Na2O6S20.1%,2-吗啉乙磺酸0.05%。
所述的复合凝胶粉为锆凝胶粉和铝凝胶粉的复合粉,其重量比为1:2,所述的均化矾土的氧化铝含量>85%。。
所述改性镁钙砂是指镁钙砂用H2C2O4进行浸渍和碳酸化处理,使镁钙砂表面形成抗水化的包覆膜。
所述烧结微孔铝尖晶石为氧化铝含量≥78%,闭口微孔的孔径≤5微米,闭口微孔占总气孔的80%以上。
所述珍珠陶土的铝含量≥30%。
所述改性纯铝酸钙水泥为水泥生产过程中加入了5%的铝尖晶石,3%碳酸锆再经高温烧结制造出来的特性水泥,改性铝酸钙水泥的铝含量≥75%。
 本发明的有益效果是:
本发明可以减少铁水内硫磷等元素对铁水工作层内衬的侵蚀破坏反应,减少铁水包工作层的粘渣,大幅增加了铁水包工作层的抗热震性能,有效提高了整体浇注铁水包工作层的使用寿命,比常规同类型的铁水包工作层寿命提高30%以上。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种工作层浇注料,其中各组分重量百分比为:各组分重量百分比为:均化矾土12—8mm为15%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石8—5mm为14%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石5—3mm为15%,烧结微孔铝尖晶石3一lmm为13%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石≤1mm为30%,二碳化三铬粉1%,复合凝胶粉5%,水合氧化铝微粉1%,珍珠陶土粉1%,锗酸铋粉0.5%,改性纯铝酸钙水泥 4.5%,外加C7H10N2O2S0.1%,C21H14Na2O6S20.1%,2-吗啉乙磺酸0.05%。将上述 配料混合均匀即得铁水包浇注料。
以实施例1的一种工作层浇注料配方进行实验测试:外加占上述配方比例重量6wt%的水,测试性能指标如下:体积密度为2.9/cm3; 1500℃×3h烧后抗折强度为15MPa;1500℃×3h烧后耐压强度为66MPa;1100℃水冷12次后抗折强度保持率为45%;比常规同类型的铁水包寿命提高30%以上。
 实施例2:
一种工作层浇注料,其中各组分重量百分比为:各组分重量百分比为:均化矾土12—8mm为14%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石8—5mm为15%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石5—3mm为15%,烧结微孔铝尖晶石3一lmm为12%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石≤1mm为30%,改性镁钙砂≤1mm为2%,二碳化三铬粉1%,复合凝胶粉5%,水合氧化铝微粉1%,珍珠陶土粉1%,锗酸铋粉0.5%,改性纯铝酸钙水泥 3.5%,外加C7H10N2O2S0.1%,C21H14Na2O6S20.1%,2-吗啉乙磺酸0.05%。将上述配料混合均匀即得铁水包浇注料。
以实施例2的浇注料配方进行实验测试:外加占上述配方比例重量4wt%的水,测试性能指标如下:体积密度为2.9/cm3; 1500℃×3h烧后抗折强度为16MPa;1500℃×3h烧后耐压强度为72MPa;1100℃水冷10次后抗折强度保持率为54%,比常规同类型的铁水包寿命提高32%以上。

1.一种工作层浇注料,其特征在于各组分重量百分比为:均化矾土 12—8mm为8~20%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石8—5mm为l1~15%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石5—3mm为12~15%,烧结微孔铝尖晶石3一lmm为10~15%、烧结微孔铝尖晶石≤1mm为30~35%,改性镁钙砂≤1mm0~5%,二碳化三铬粉1%,复合凝胶粉3~5%,水合氧化铝微粉1%,珍珠陶土粉1%,锗酸铋粉0.5%,改性纯铝酸钙水泥 3~5%,外加C7H10N2O2S0.1%,C21H14Na2O6S20.1%,2-吗啉乙磺酸0.05%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种工作层浇注料,其特征在于所述的复合凝胶粉为锆凝胶粉和铝凝胶粉的复合粉,其重量比为1:2;所述的均化矾土的氧化铝含量>85%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种工作层浇注料,其特征在于所述烧结微孔铝尖晶石为氧化铝含量≥78%,闭口微孔的孔径≤5微米,闭口微孔占总气孔的80%以上。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种工作层浇注料,其特征在于所述改性镁钙砂是指镁钙砂用H2C2O4进行浸渍和碳酸化处理,使镁钙砂表面形成抗水化的包覆膜。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种工作层浇注料,其特征在于所述珍珠陶土的铝含量≥30%。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种工作层浇注料,其特征在于所述改性纯铝酸钙水泥为水泥生产过程中加入了5%的铝尖晶石,3%碳酸锆再经高温烧结制造出来的特性水泥,改性铝酸钙水泥的铝含量≥75%。
