Abstract
本发明公开了一种糖尿病辅助治疗饮液及其制备方法,其有效成分包括有下列重量份的原料制成:鲜莲藕430~450,鲜莲藕节340~360,鲜莲房300~320,鲜荷叶240~250,干五味子60~70,带芯鲜莲子70~80,蜂蜜200~220。制备方法包括如下步骤:A、将鲜荷叶和干五味子用冷水浸泡放水煎煮,浓缩至浓缩液;冷却48天~50天;B、将洗净晾干的鲜莲藕、鲜莲藕节、鲜莲房、带芯鲜莲子混合加水粉碎;C、再加入蜂蜜放入容器在发酵;D、将步骤A获得的浓缩液和步骤C获得的浆液混合,再密封发酵150天~180天即可。本发明可以解决现有治疗糖尿病的药物长期服用影响患者生活质量和寿命的问题。

[0002] 糖尿病是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,高血糖则是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或 其生物作用受损,或两者兼有引起,糖尿病时长期存在的高血糖,导致各种组织,特别是眼、 肾、心脏、血管、神经的慢性损害、功能障碍。糖尿病的治疗一般都需要用降糖药物或中药进 行长期的或者是终身的治疗,而糖尿病患者长期服用药物会导致身体其他器官的不适,对 肝肾仍形成较大的负担,且易产生抗药性,引起其他并发症,既影响生活质量,又影响人的 寿命。因而需要研发一种对人身体无副作用的,并且可以在治疗疾病中平衡人的身体各个 器官及系统正常循环的饮液配合药物服用,以降低长期服用药物对人体带来的副作用。

[0005] 鲜莲藕节,味甘、涩,性平;归肝、肺、胃经,体质坚,可散可收;具有收敛止血的功 效。藕节收敛之中兼能活血祛瘀,止血而无留瘀之弊。藕节可用于治疗吐血、衄血等多种出 血证。藕节长于止血,兼能散瘀。用于衂血、咳血、吐血、便血、尿血和妇女崩漏,以失血而有 癖血者最为适宜。
[0006] 鲜莲藕,味甘,性凉,主补中焦,养神,益气力。能清热生津,凉血止血,散瘀血。熟用 微温,能补益脾胃,止泻,益血,生肌。补中养神,除百病。常服,轻身耐老,延年益寿。补益十 二经脉血气,平体内阳热过盛、火旺。交心肾,厚肠胃,固精气,强筋骨,补虚损,利耳目,并除 寒湿,止脾泄久痢,女子非经期出血过多等症。生食过多,微动气。捣碎和米煮粥饭食,使人 强健,蒸食也好。大便燥涩的人不能吃之。莲是益脾之果。

[0013] A、将240份〜250份的鲜荷叶和60份〜70份的干五味子用冷水浸泡50分钟〜60分 钟后滤干,放入鲜荷叶和干五味子总重量的3倍的水煎煮,煎煮三次,三次煎煮时间为1.3小 时〜1.5小时,将三次收集到的水煎液合并,40°C〜50°C温度下浓缩至相对密度为1.1〜1.2 浓缩液;置于-15 °C〜-8 °C的温度下存放48天〜50天;
[0014] B、将洗净晾干的430份〜450份的鲜莲藕、340份〜360份的鲜莲藕节、300份〜320 份的鲜莲房、70份〜80份的带芯鲜莲子混合形成混合物,放入粉碎机中,再加入3.2〜3.4倍 于上述混合物的水混合粉碎成浆液,过滤,过滤后,所述浆液中的颗粒的直径尺寸在800目 〜850目之间;所述水为矿泉水或通过水厂处理过的自来水;

[0033] 病例资料:全部病例均符合1999年WHO糖尿病诊断标准,确诊为糖尿病患者400例, 并知情同意参加实验。随机分为两组,试验组230例,在药物治疗的基础上,给予实施例一至 实施例三的饮液,根据个人口味及习惯,稀释50倍〜10倍内服,每日饮液量20毫升;对照组 170例,给于药物治疗。治疗期限5年,观察期5年。两组患者均为男性216人,女性184人,年龄 均在30至60岁之间,试验组与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。

1. 一种糖尿病辅助治疗饮液的制备方法,其特征在于:其有效成分包括有下列重量份 的原料制成:鲜莲藕430〜450,鲜莲藕节340〜360,鲜莲房300〜320,鲜荷叶240〜250,干五 味子60〜70,带芯鲜莲子70〜80,蜂蜜200〜220; 包括如下步骤: A、 将240份〜250份的鲜荷叶和60份〜70份的干五味子用冷水浸泡50分钟〜60分钟后 滤干,放入鲜荷叶和干五味子总重量的3倍的水煎煮,煎煮三次,三次煎煮时间为1.3小时〜 1.5小时,将三次收集到的水煎液合并,40°C〜50°C温度下浓缩至相对密度为1.1〜1.2浓缩 液;置于-15 °C〜-8 °C的温度下存放48天〜50天; B、 将洗净晾干的430份〜450份的鲜莲藕、340份〜360份的鲜莲藕节、300份〜320份的 鲜莲房、70份〜80份的带芯鲜莲子混合形成混合物,放入粉碎机中,再加入3.2〜3.4倍于上 述混合物的水混合粉碎成浆液,过滤,过滤后,所述浆液中的颗粒的直径尺寸在800目〜850 目之间;所述水为矿泉水或通过水厂处理过的自来水; C、 将步骤B获得的浆液加入200份〜220份的蜂蜜放入容器在25°C〜35°C的温度下发酵 30天,发酵期间将容器压力过大时的气体放出;之后进行密封发酵145天〜160天,密封发酵 温度为20°C〜30°C; D、 将步骤A获得的浓缩液和步骤C获得的浆液混合,再密封发酵150天〜180天即可;发 酵温度为20°C〜30°C。
