Abstract

本发明涉及一种家用空气清新机,包括箱体,风机,过滤器和冷热盘管,所述箱体一侧设置进风口,另一侧设置出风口。实现了集成化、小型化、简易化,能满足室内空气净化、循环通风和制冷制热等多种需求。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种家用空气清新机,具体涉及一种小型、多用途的净化、制冷、制热和新风换气多功能集合的家用空气清新机。
背景技术
[0002] 空气净化器是老百姓最熟悉或最关心的家用电器之一。虽然市场上家用空气净化器厂牌种类繁多,售价从几百元到几万元不等,但是这些产品的思路都基本类同,即针对一个小空间(房间)或小范围的室内空气进行不断循环过滤,甚至灭菌消毒。这样的空气净化方式要取得很满意的效果,必备条件之一是维护结构的密封性很好,室外的空气难以渗透进来。然而,室内环境不可能绝对密封,维护结构太密封,必然导致空气中氧气浓度降低,二氧化碳浓度升高,会严重影响人体健康。
[0003] 另一方面,PM2.5也是目前大众关注的热点问题,而室内PM2.5的含量绝大部分来自室外收到污染的空气,且不管是家具表面还是地面、墙壁等处的灰尘主要都是因为长期受室外不清洁空气浸入所导致。
[0004] 第三,室内环境自身也存在大量污染因素,如家具、地板、涂料等产生的可挥发性有机污染物如TVOC、甲醛或二氧化硫等等也会对人体健康造成威胁。
[0005] 综上所述,现有技术中存在如下技术问题:解决的问题较为单一,无法提供功能集合的设备;新风系统需要在家庭装修初期就安装,否则会对吊顶等结构造成破坏;现有多数设备体积较大,安装复杂。
发明内容
[0006] 本发明的目的在于提供一种集成化、小型化、安装简易的家用空气清新机。本发明的空气清新机可直接安置于(公寓楼的)阳台或(别墅或单层建筑)室外及其空调机位上,并于外墙上安装风口与设备连接。当设备启动运行时,室外空气经过其处理后直接通过风口送入室内,以此维持一定的正压值(室内压力大于室外大气压值),从而避免室外污染空气的随意渗入。同时本发明提供的空气清新机集合了新风、空气净化、制冷和制热等多重功會K。
[0007] 本专利所涉及的设备,可以满足整个家庭的应用,而且可以不用安装风管,避免对已装修家庭住宅吊顶等的破坏。
[0008] 具体技术方案如下:
[0009] 家用空气清新机,其特征在于,包括箱体,风机,过滤器和冷热盘管,所述箱体一侧设置进风口,另一侧设置出风口 ;所述风机、过滤器和冷热盘管设置在箱体内部;所述进风口内设置有初级滤网;所述风机设置在靠近出风口的一侧,所述冷热盘管设置在靠近进风口的一侧,所述过滤器设置在风机和冷热盘管之间。
[0010] 过滤器为多级滤网,包括中级滤网、化学滤网、高级滤网中的两种或多种滤网。
[0011] 箱体内靠近出风口的位置还设置有臭氧消毒部件和负离子发生器。初级滤网可为过滤棉。中级滤网可为金属静电过滤网或尼龙过滤网。化学滤网可为活性炭滤网和/或微纤维滤网。高级滤网可为HEPA滤网。冷热盘管包括制冷压缩机和/或压缩机热泵,所述压缩机热泵与家用供暖网管连通。空气清新机的箱体可放置在阳台或空调机位等的室外任一位置,出风口通过连接管与室内连通。箱体由保温板组成。箱体的一侧开设维修门。空气清新机还包括风量调节器和空气质量探测感应器,风量调节器设置在进风口 ;空气质量探测感应器设置在出风口。
[0012] 与目前现有技术相比,本发明实现了集成化、小型化、简易化,能满足室内空气净化、循环通风和制冷制热等多种需求。克服了当前市场所销售的家用空气净化器的不足(风量小,只能小范围内部分净化,无法避免室外空气中PM2.5的渗入),在门窗关闭的情况下,既能满足室内人员呼吸氧气的需求,又能控制室内PM2.5浓度30ug/m3以下的优级居家环境。夏季可以控制室内的湿度,提供更清凉的环境。安装于阳台或室外,一台设备满足一个家庭。室内无需铺设风管,不再破坏既有家庭装修。

具体实施方式
[0016] 下面根据附图对本发明进行详细描述,其为本发明多种实施方式中的一种优选实施例。
[0017] 如图1-3所示,一种空气清新机包括箱体1、风机2、过滤器3、冷热盘管4。箱体I六面均由保温板组成,其中一面为维修门(未示出),一面有进风口 5,进风口安装初级过滤网,以除去空气中的粗大灰尘,如设置过滤棉;一面有出风口 6,用于将处理后的洁净空气送入室内,出风口 6通过连接管(未示出)与室内连通。过滤器3包含中级滤网33、化学滤网32和高级滤网31,也可以是其中的一个或两个滤网。中级滤网除去细小灰尘,以保护后面的化学滤网和高级滤网,优选金属静电滤网或尼龙过滤网;化学滤网用于消除空气中的有害化学成分,如有机挥发性物质TVOC、甲醛、SO2等等,优选活性炭滤网和/或微纤维滤网;高级滤网用于消除空气中的微细粉尘,如PM2.5,PMlO及细菌等,优选HEPA滤网。冷热盘管4,用于对室外空气进行温湿度控制,夏季降温除湿,冬季加热。针对北方寒冷地区,可以设置双冷媒盘管41和42,盘管41接供暖管网,盘管42接压缩机系统。冬季启用盘管41,利用供暖管网进行冷空气的加热,夏季启用盘管42,利用制冷压缩机机械制冷进行热空气的降温除湿。针对南方地区,可以只用盘管42,即压缩机热泵系统,夏季降温除湿,冬季加热。如果有条件安装地源热泵,无论北方还是南方都可以只用单盘管41,这样更节能环保。为了减小整个设备尺寸,过滤器内各级滤网31,32,33之间可以采用堆叠式布置,如图3所示,即上面的滤网直接压在下面滤网上,并通过各自的密封垫8进行密封。最下面的滤网可以直接压在冷热盘管上边,或滤网支架7上面,并通过接触面上的密封垫密封。如果中级滤网是袋式,那么同样在该滤网上方箱体I内侧四周安装支架7,用于上面滤网的支撑和密封。最上方高效滤网31安装后,用紧固件或螺栓9固定,防止风机运转时因气压作用高效滤网31与其下面滤网32间密封失效,导致漏风。此外,为了降低设备运行所产生的噪音传入室内,将风机2所在的箱体段内侧作吸音降噪处理。图2、3中的箭头表示气流流动方向。还可根据需要在箱体内靠近出风口的位置,如风机2的上方设置臭氧消毒部件和负离子发生器,根据需要该空气清新机还可加装风量调节器和空气质量感应器,风量调节器设置在进风口 ;空气质量探测感应器设置在出风口,风量调节器用于调整进风/出风量的比例,空气质量探测感应器可以用于检测过滤后空气中所含灰尘、PM2.5等的含量,便于适时更换滤网。
[0018] 经检测,本发明提供的空气清新机能达到室内PM2.5浓度小于30 μ g/m3的优级居家环境。
[0019] 上面结合附图对本发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进,或未经改进直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种家用空气清新机,其特征在于,包括箱体,风机,过滤器和冷热盘管,所述箱体一侧设置进风口,另一侧设置出风口 ;所述风机、过滤器和冷热盘管设置在箱体内部;所述进风口内设置有初级滤网;所述风机设置在靠近出风口的一侧,所述冷热盘管设置在靠近进风口的一侧,所述过滤器设置在风机和冷热盘管之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家用空气清新机,其特征在于过滤器为多级滤网,包括中级滤网、化学滤网、高级滤网中的两种或多种滤网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的家用空气清新机,其特征在于所述箱体内靠近出风口的位置还设置有臭氧消毒部件和负离子发生器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的家用空气清新机,其特征在于所述初级滤网为过滤棉。
5.根据权利要求2所述的家用空气清新机,其特征在于所述中级滤网为金属静电过滤网或尼龙过滤网;所述化学滤网为活性炭滤网和/或微纤维滤网;所述高级滤网为HEPA滤网。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的家用空气清新机,其特征在于所述冷热盘管包括制冷压缩机和/或压缩机热泵,所述压缩机热泵与家用供暖网管连通。
7.根据权利要求6所述的家用空气清新机,其特征在于所述空气清新机的箱体可放置在阳台或空调机位,所述出风口通过连接管与室内连通。
8.根据权利要求1或7所述的家用空气清新机,其特征在于所述箱体由保温板组成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的家用空气清新机,其特征在于所述箱体的一侧开设维修门。
10.根据权利要求1所述的家用空气清新机,其特征在于所述空气清新机还包括风量调节器和空气质量探测感应器,所述风量调节器设置在进风口 ;所述空气质量探测感应器设置在出风口。
