Abstract

本发明公开了一种推拉式板体类零部件的固定夹具,包括基座和固定安装的固定板,基座的两端均铰接安装有夹杆,夹杆的端部均紧铰接安装有夹板;固定板上固定安装有气缸,气缸的活塞杆端部铰接安装有V形架,V形架的下端分别铰接安装于两个夹杆上,气缸的活塞杆的中轴线位于基座的对称轴上,两侧的夹杆和夹杆上的夹板均沿其对称设置。本发明结构设计合理、巧妙,通过简单、合理的结构可以使加工钢板或者其他板材的效率更高,同时也提高了产品的质量,本夹具采用下压的方式来夹紧力的传递,加紧效果更好,可以满足不同情况下对不同部件的加工需要。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件的生产夹具领域,具体的是一种推拉式板体类零部件的固定夹具。
背景技术
汽车,即本身具有动力得以驱动,不须依轨道或电力架设,得以机动行驶之车辆。广义来说,具有四轮行驶的车辆,普遍多称为汽车。汽车给人类出行方面提供了极大的便利,随着人们对汽车的要求越来越高,汽车的本身得到了长足的发展。
很多汽车的零部件都是由钢板制作而成,而钢板在制作成零部件之前,都需要经过专门的成型、精加工等工序,而钢板在加工的时候需要采用专门的夹具来进行装夹。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种结构设计简单而巧妙、制造使用方便的推拉式板体类零部件的固定夹具。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
推拉式板体类零部件的固定夹具,包括基座和固定安装的固定板,其特征在于:所述的基座的两端均铰接安装有夹杆,夹杆的端部均紧铰接安装有夹板;固定板上固定安装有气缸,气缸的活塞杆端部铰接安装有V形架,V形架的下端分别铰接安装于两个夹杆上。
所述的推拉式板体类零部件的固定夹具,其特征在于:所述的气缸的活塞杆的中轴线位于基座的对称轴上,两侧的夹杆和夹杆上的夹板均沿其对称设置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明结构设计合理、巧妙,通过简单、合理的结构可以使加工钢板或者其他板材的效率更高,同时也提高了产品的质量,本夹具采用下压的方式来夹紧力的传递,加紧效果更好,可以满足不同情况下对不同部件的加工需要。

推拉式板体类零部件的固定夹具,包括基座1和固定安装的固定板2,基座1的两端均铰接安装有夹杆3,夹杆3的端部均紧铰接安装有夹板4;固定板2上固定安装有气缸5,气缸5的活塞杆端部铰接安装有V形架6,V形架6的下端分别铰接安装于两个夹杆3上,气缸5的活塞杆的中轴线位于基座1的对称轴上,两侧的夹杆3和夹杆3上的夹板4均沿其对称设置。
