Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗胆囊结石的中药及其制备方法。本发明由白芍、车前子、牛膝、香附、威灵仙、金钱草、鸡内金、海金沙、党参、龙胆草、芦荟、马鞭草、苦石莲、垂盆草、红花、当归、桃仁、瞿麦、泽泻、枳壳、蒲公英、益母草、玉米须等组成。本发明对于胆囊结石采用先攻邪再扶正的方式进行治疗,具有疗效好、副作用小、治疗成本低等特点。本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料,其配制简便、药源广、成本低,经临床应用验证,其疗效显著,作用可靠,药性平和。

本发明涉及中药领域,特别涉及到一种治疗胆囊结石的中药及制备方法。
背景技术
胆囊结石是指发生在胆囊内的结石所引起的疾病,是一种常见病。随年龄增长,发病率也逐渐升高,女性明显多于男性。随着生活水平的提高,饮食习惯的改变,卫生条件的改善,我国的胆石症已由以胆管的胆色素结石为主逐渐转变为以胆囊胆固醇结石为主。在美国,胆囊结石的发病率为10%~15%,每年新诊断胆囊结石患者约1,000,000人,每年接受胆囊切除手术的患者约700,000例,我国尚无流行病学数据。胆囊结石的成因非常复杂,有些是不可更改的因素,例如:逐渐增长的年龄、女性、种族、基因和家族史;有些是后天因素,部分是可以逆转的,例如:妊娠、肥胖、低纤维、高热卡饮食结构、长时间禁食、某些药物如头孢曲松,降脂药、口服避孕药、快速体重丧失、代谢综合征、特殊疾病等等。
胆结石的病因病机,中西医的认识各不相同。现代医学认为系胆固醇代谢失调、胆道细菌及寄生虫感染所致。而中医则认为是肝胆郁滞、脾运失健、湿热熏蒸、最终胆汁凝结而为石。然而,这两方面的观点皆有失偏颇,不够全面。胆石的化与排迄今为止仍为医学界的两大难题:它之所以难化,是因为药物既要能化而又不损害正常器官及组织;它之所以难排,是因为结石先从下向上再由上向下排出。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种治疗胆囊结石的中药及制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:有以下重量成分组成:白芍1-10g、车前子1-10g、牛膝1-14g、香附2-8g、威灵仙1-14g、金钱草2-16g、鸡内金1-9g、海金沙2-17g、党参1-6g、龙胆草2-17g、芦荟1-13g、马鞭草1-11g、苦石莲1-8g、垂盆草2-11g、红花1-8g、当归1-10g、桃仁1-7g、瞿麦2-13g、泽泻1-6g、枳壳1-7g、蒲公英2-16g、益母草1-17g、玉米须1-6g。
进一步的,本发明还包括以下重量份组分:甘草1-11g、熟地1-15g、五味子1-14g、郁金1-6g。
进一步的,本发明还包括以下重量份组分:茯苓1-5g、木通1-6g、枸杞子1-18g、菊花1-10g、金银花2-20g。

进一步的,本发明一种治疗胆囊结石的中药还包括制备方法如下:
(1)将芦荟粉碎至400目,得芦荟粉;
(2)将剩余药物组分浸泡2小时,加水煎煮2-5小时,过滤,滤渣加水继续煎煮,过滤,合并两次滤液,真空减压蒸馏的稠膏;
(3)将芦荟粉及步骤(2)得到的稠膏,混匀,干燥,与医药学上可接受的载体制成成品。
进一步的,本发明还包括上述治疗胆囊结石的中药在制备治疗胆囊结石药物中的应用。

甘草:甘,平。归心、肺、脾、胃经。补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
熟地:甘,微温。归肝、肾经。滋阴补血,益精填髓。用于肝肾阴虚,腰膝酸软,骨蒸潮热,盗汗遗精,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,心悸怔忡,月经不调,崩漏下血,眩晕,耳鸣,须发早白。
五味子:酸、甘,温。归肺,心、肾经。收敛固涩,益气生津,补肾宁心。用于久嗽虚喘,梦遗滑精,遗尿尿频,久泻不止,自汗,盗汗,津伤口渴,短气脉虚,内热消渴,心悸失眠。

木通:苦;性寒。心;脾;肾;小肠;膀胱经。清热利尿;活血通脉。主小便赤赤;淋浊;水肿;胸中烦热;喉喉疼痛;口舌生疮;风湿痹痛;乳汁不通;经闭;痛经。
枸杞子:味甘;‘性平。归肝;肾;肺经。养肝;滋肾;润肺。主肝肾亏虚;头晕目眩;目视一清;腰膝酸软;阳痿贵精;虚劳咳嗽;消渴引饮。

本发明对于胆囊结石采用先攻邪再扶正的方式进行治疗,具有疗效好、副作用小、治疗成本低等特点。本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料,其配制简便、药源广、成本低,经临床应用验证,其疗效显著,作用可靠,药性平和。本发明在传统的中医辩证施治的基础上结合临床实践研制而成的,在治疗胆囊结石方面具有疗效确切、安全方便、无毒副作用、易接受的特点。
下面结合临床实验数据说明本发明的有益效果:
1、一般资料
发明人2009年至2015间共收集143例胆囊结石患者,其中女性84例,男性59例,年龄最小16岁,最大76岁,平均年龄29岁。
二、用法用量:临床应用时,本发明中药制剂的组分用量根据患者的体重和年龄酌情增减。治疗过程:服用以下配方药物,一天三次,7天为一个疗程。
白芍5g、车前子4g、牛膝6g、香附3g、威灵仙4g、金钱草6g、鸡内金2g、海金沙3g、党参2g、龙胆草6g、芦荟7g、马鞭草3g、苦石莲4g、垂盆草5g、红花3g、当归2g、桃仁4g、瞿麦3g、泽泻4g、枳壳3g、蒲公英6g、益母草7g、玉米须4g、甘草5g、熟地6g、五味子4g、郁金1g、茯苓2g、木通2g、枸杞子8g、菊花7g、金银花10g。
三、疗效标准:
本疗效评定标准是参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》制定的,具体标准如下:

(1)痊愈:症状、体征完全消失,B超检查无结石存在;
(2)显效:症状、体征基本消失,B超检查结石数量或大小较治疗前减少50%以上;
(3)有效:症状、体征明显减轻,B超检查结石数量或大小较治前减少50%以下;
(4)无效:症状如前,B超检查结石数量或大小无变化或增加。
四、治疗效果:该临床观察病例中,服药3个疗程,痊愈101例,随访未见复发;有效32例,无效10例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
病例1:黄某某,47岁,经诊断,偶有右上腹不适、且伴有口苦、食欲不振、腹胀、大便不畅等症状,胆囊内有1mm×1.5mm的息肉样隆起。患者服药3个疗程后,患者饮食增加,腹胀减轻,恶心消失,排便正常,服药至4个疗程后复查息肉消失。
病例2:宋某某,女,39岁。胆囊结石,经常感到右上腹部疼痛不适,并有压迫感,伴食欲不振、恶心、腹胀等,偶有胆绞痛发作。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程,症状明显好转;续服4个疗程,B超检查结石数量、大小明显减少,症状、体征基本消失。

病例5:王某某,女,50岁。胆囊结石,口干欲饮,胃脘胀,肝胆湿热蕴结,舌红,苔薄少津,脉细滑。给予本发明3个疗程后,患者症状消失,痊愈,至今未复发。

实施例1
具体配方:
白芍5g、车前子4g、牛膝6g、香附3g、威灵仙4g、金钱草6g、鸡内金2g、海金沙3g、党参2g、龙胆草6g、芦荟7g、马鞭草3g、苦石莲4g、垂盆草5g、红花3g、当归2g、桃仁4g、瞿麦3g、泽泻4g、枳壳3g、蒲公英6g、益母草7g、玉米须4g、甘草5g、熟地6g、五味子4g、郁金1g、茯苓2g、木通2g、枸杞子8g、菊花7g、金银花10g。
其制备过程:(1)将芦荟粉碎至400目,得芦荟粉;(2)将剩余药物组分浸泡2小时,加水煎煮3小时,过滤,滤渣加水继续煎煮,过滤,合并两次滤液,真空减压蒸馏的稠膏;(3)将芦荟粉及步骤(2)得到的稠膏,混匀,干燥,与医药学上可接受的载体制备成药学上常用的片剂。

Claims (7)
1.一种治疗胆囊结石的中药,其特征在于:由如下重量份组分制成:白芍1-10g、车前子1-10g、牛膝1-14g、香附2-8g、威灵仙1-14g、金钱草2-16g、鸡内金1-9g、海金沙2-17g、党参1-6g、龙胆草2-17g、芦荟1-13g、马鞭草1-11g、苦石莲1-8g、垂盆草2-11g、红花1-8g、当归1-10g、桃仁1-7g、瞿麦2-13g、泽泻1-6g、枳壳1-7g、蒲公英2-16g、益母草1-17g、玉米须1-6g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗胆囊结石的中药,其特征在于:还包括以下重量份组分:甘草1-11g、熟地1-15g、五味子1-14g、郁金1-6g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗胆囊结石的中药,其特征在于:还包括以下重量份组分:茯苓1-5g、木通1-6g、枸杞子1-18g、菊花1-10g、金银花2-20g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗胆囊结石的中药,其特征在于:由如下重量份组分制成:白芍1-10g、车前子1-10g、牛膝1-14g、香附2-8g、威灵仙1-14g、金钱草2-16g、鸡内金1-9g、海金沙2-17g、党参1-6g、龙胆草2-17g、芦荟1-13g、马鞭草1-11g、苦石莲1-8g、垂盆草2-11g、红花1-8g、当归1-10g、桃仁1-7g、瞿麦2-13g、泽泻1-6g、枳壳1-7g、蒲公英2-16g、益母草1-17g、玉米须1-6g、甘草1-11g、熟地1-15g、五味子1-14g、郁金1-6g、茯苓1-5g、木通1-6g、枸杞子1-18g、菊花1-10g、金银花2-20g。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种治疗胆囊结石的中药,其特征在于:由如下重量份组分制成:白芍5g、车前子4g、牛膝6g、香附3g、威灵仙4g、金钱草6g、鸡内金2g、海金沙3g、党参2g、龙胆草6g、芦荟7g、马鞭草3g、苦石莲4g、垂盆草5g、红花3g、当归2g、桃仁4g、瞿麦3g、泽泻4g、枳壳3g、蒲公英6g、益母草7g、玉米须4g、甘草5g、熟地6g、五味子4g、郁金1g、茯苓2g、木通2g、枸杞子8g、菊花7g、金银花10g。
6.根据权利要求1至5所述的一种治疗胆囊结石的中药,其特征在于:制备方法如下:
(1)将芦荟粉碎至400目,得芦荟粉;
(2)将剩余药物组分浸泡2小时,加水煎煮2-5小时,过滤,滤渣加水继续煎煮,过滤,合并两次滤液,真空减压蒸馏的稠膏;
(3)将芦荟粉及步骤(2)得到的稠膏,混匀,干燥,与医药学上可接受的载体制成成品。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗胆囊结石的中药在制备治疗胆囊结石药物中的应用。
