1.一种片冰稳定剂,其特征在于:所述片冰稳定剂由如下重量份的原料组成: 瓜尔胶 14.5-18.5份 黄原胶 10.2-14.2份 羧甲基纤维素钠 12.7-16.7份 海藻酸钠 3.3-5.3份 卡拉胶 1.3-3.3份 刺槐豆胶 2.5-4.5份 单甘油脂肪酸酯 10.3-14.3份 三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯 3.8-5.8份 魔芋粉 6.5-8.5份 麦芽糊精 19.9-23.9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种片冰稳定剂,其特征在于:所述片冰稳定剂由如下重量份的原料组成: 瓜尔胶 14.5-16.5份 黄原胶 10.2-12.2份 羧甲基纤维素钠 12.7-14.7份 海藻酸钠 3.3-4.3份 卡拉胶 1.3-2.3份 刺槐豆胶 2.5-3.5份 单甘油脂肪酸酯 10.3-12.3份 三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯 3.8-4.8份 魔芋粉 6.5-7.5份 麦芽糊精 19.9-21.9份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种片冰稳定剂,其特征在于:所述片冰稳定剂由如下重量份的原料组成: 瓜尔胶 15.5-17.5份 黄原胶 11.2-13.2份 羧甲基纤维素钠 13.7-15.7份 海藻酸钠 3.8-4.8份 卡拉胶 1.8-2.8份 刺槐豆胶 3.0-4.0份 单甘油脂肪酸酯 11.3-13.3份 三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯 4.3-5.3份 魔芋粉 7.0-8.0份 麦芽糊精 20.9-22.9份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种片冰稳定剂,其特征在于:所述片冰稳定剂由如下重量份的原料组成: 瓜尔胶 16.5-18.5份 黄原胶 12.2-14.2份 羧甲基纤维素钠 14.7-16.7份 海藻酸钠 4.3-5.3份 卡拉胶 2.3-3.3份 刺槐豆胶 3.5-4.5份 单甘油脂肪酸酯 12.3-14.3份 三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯 4.8-5.8份 魔芋粉 7.5-8.5份 麦芽糊精 21.9-23.9份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种片冰稳定剂,其特征在于:所述片冰稳定剂由如下重量份的原料组成: 瓜尔胶 14.5份 黄原胶 10.2份 羧甲基纤维素钠 12.7份 海藻酸钠 3.3份 卡拉胶 1.3份 刺槐豆胶 2.5份 单甘油脂肪酸酯 10.3份 三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯 3.8份 魔芋粉 6.5份 麦芽糊精 19.9份。

8.根据权利要求1所述的一种片冰稳定剂,其特征在于:所述片冰稳定剂由如下重量份的原料组成: 瓜尔胶 17.5份 黄原胶 13.2份 羧甲基纤维素钠 15.7份 海藻酸钠 4.8份 卡拉胶 2.8份 刺槐豆胶 4.0份 单甘油脂肪酸酯 13.3份 三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯 5.3份 魔芋粉 8.0份 麦芽糊精 22.9份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种片冰稳定剂,其特征在于:所述片冰稳定剂由如下重量份的原料组成: 瓜尔胶 18.5份 黄原胶 14.2份 羧甲基纤维素钠 16.7份 海藻酸钠 5.3份 卡拉胶 3.3份 刺槐豆胶 4.5份 单甘油脂肪酸酯 14.3份 三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯 5.8份 魔芋粉 8.5份 麦芽糊精 23.9份。
10.如权利要求1-9任一项所述的一种片冰稳定剂的制备方法,其特征在于:按原料的重量配比称取瓜尔胶、黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、海藻酸钠、卡拉胶、刺槐豆胶、单甘油脂肪酸酯、三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯、魔芋粉和麦芽糊精混合,在12-18r/min的转速下搅拌25-35min,制得片冰稳定剂。
