Abstract

现有技术

发明内容

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,栅板10包括纵向栅条11、焊接至纵向栅条并垂直于纵向栅条延伸的横向栅条12、以及平行于纵向栅条11延伸并在背离纵向栅条11的一面焊接至横向栅条12的撑条13。在本实施例中,栅板10共有三根撑条13,其中一根布置在栅板10的横向中心处,另外两根布置在距栅板10的侧向边缘一定距离处。
如图3和图4所示,支撑架包括具有穿孔的C形断面的杆21,杆21沿纵向延伸,即,沿搁架的预定深度方向延伸;支撑架还包括具有L形断面的杆22,杆22布置在具有穿孔的C形断面的杆21上,并垂直于杆21延伸。具有L形断面的杆22在标号24所示的位置处被拧紧至具有C形断面的杆21的彼此相对延伸的凸缘23。本实施例包括两根具有L形断面的杆22,它们的相互距离小于搁架横梁之间的间距;本实施例包括五根具有C形断面的杆21,其中一根布置在具有L形断面的杆22的中心处,在具有L形断面的杆22的每端附近布置一对。

通过这种方式,栅板10被固定连接到支撑架上,而无需额外的固定或锁定装置。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于布置在搁架的一对横梁上的支撑架,包括至少两根具有L形断面的杆(22)和多根具有C形断面的杆(21),所述杆(21)横向延伸至所述具有L形断面的杆,并包括连接至所述具有L形断面的杆(22)的凸缘(23),
其特征在于,在所述具有L形断面的杆(22)与所述具有C形断面的杆(21)之间插入栅板(10),所述栅板(10)具有彼此横向延伸的栅条(11、12)和多根撑条(13),所述撑条(13)连接至所述栅条,并平行于所述栅板(10)的平面延伸,并且所述撑条在所述栅板(10)的两个面上沿侧向从所述栅板(10)的轮廓探出。
