Abstract

一种采用过冷器的低品位热能驱动的喷射‑压缩制冷系统,蒸发器的出口与喷射器的引射流体进口连接,压缩机的出口与预热器的第一进口连接,预热器的第一出口与冷凝器的进口连接,冷凝器的出口经过第一节流装置与过冷器的第一进口连接,过冷器的第一出口与压缩机的进口连接,冷凝器的出口与过冷器的第二进口连接,过冷器的第二出口通过第二节流装置与蒸发器的进口连接;喷射器的出口与气液分离器的进口连接,气液分离器的气相出口与压缩机的进口连接,其液相出口通过泵与预热器的第二进口连接,预热器的第二出口与发生器的进口连接,发生器的出口与喷射器的工作流体进口连接。本发明效率较高、能耗较小、可以利用更低温度的热源、节能效能良好。

Description

采用过冷器的低品位热能驱动的喷射-压缩制冷系统
技术领域
本发明涉及制冷技术领域,尤其是一种喷射-压缩制冷系统。
背景技术
随着人类文明的不断发展,人与自然的和谐相处已经得到了越来越多的关注。人们在享有现代技术带来的便利与舒适的同时还要求尽可能减少对能源的消耗和对环境的污染。因此节能减排已经成为当今世界的焦点之一。
制冷技术每年消耗大量能源,排放大量二氧化碳,发展节能的制冷技术是当今的研究热点之一。全球在工业和生活过程中排放出大量的低品位余热和废热,一方面由于其温度低,很难得到利用,另一方面直接排入环境中还可能造成热污染。此外,还有太阳能热、地热能低品位热源也有类似难以高效利用的特点。喷射制冷循环是一种热驱动制冷技术,可以利用上述低品位热产生有用的低温冷能,变废为宝。然而喷射制冷的效率往往较低且受热源温度影响。与此相反的是机械压缩制冷系统,具有较高的效率与稳定性,但是需要消耗大量的宝贵电能,无法满足节能减排的需要。
发明内容
为了克服已有喷射制冷系统效率较低、不稳定、不能利用更低温度以及压缩制冷系统能耗较大的不足,本发明提供一种效率较高、能耗较小、可以利用更低温度的热源、节能效能良好的采用过冷器的低品位热能驱动的喷射-压缩制冷系统。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种采用过冷器的低品位热能驱动的喷射-压缩制冷系统,包括压缩机、预热器、冷凝器、蒸发器和喷射器,所述蒸发器的出口与所述喷射器的引射流体进口连接,所述压缩机的出口与所述预热器的第一进口连接,所述预热器的第一出口与冷凝器的进口连接,所述喷射-压缩制冷系统还包括第一节流装置、第二节流装置、过冷器、气液分离器和用于利用低品位热源将液态制冷剂转换成高温高压的蒸气的发生器,所述冷凝器的出口经过第一节流装置与所述过冷器的第一进口连接,所述过冷器的第一出口与压缩机的进口连接,所述冷凝器的出口同时与所述过冷器的第二进口连接,所述过冷器的第二出口通过第二节流装置与所述蒸发器的进口连接;所述喷射器的出口与所述气液分离器的进口连接,所述气液分离器的气相出口与压缩机的进口连接,所述气液分离器的液相出口通过泵与所述预热器的第二进口连接,所述预热器的第二出口与发生器的进口连接,所述发生器的出口与所述喷射器的工作流体进口连接。
进一步,所述第一节流装置和第二节流装置为节流阀、膨胀阀或毛细管。
所述预热器是管壳式换热器、板式换热器或套管换热器等。
所述过冷器是管壳式换热器、板式换热器、喷淋式换热器、沉浸式换热器或套管换热器等。并且各换热器内流体的布置可以采用逆流、顺流等;采用的工质可以是卤代烃,烷烃,二氧化碳,氨等等;给发生器加热的低品位热源,可以是余热,废热,太阳能热,地热等。
本发明的技术构思为:本发明将喷射与压缩循环结合过冷器巧妙地耦合到一起,形成一种采用过冷器的低品位热能驱动的喷射-压缩制冷系统,发挥两者各自的优势,且利用巧妙的设计进一步提升系统的综合能效。冷凝后的制冷剂分为两路,其中一路经过节流装置达到中间压力,经过过冷器后直接被压缩机吸入,另一路先经过过冷器后被节流到蒸发压力,然后由喷射器增压达到中间压力后再被压缩机吸入,这样由压缩机吸入的制冷剂均具有中间压力,大大减少了压缩机的耗功,同时还可降低压缩机排气温度,延长其寿命。被节流到中间压力的制冷剂产生的温度较高的制冷量在过冷器中过冷另一路制冷剂,当被过冷的制冷剂被节流到蒸发压力时其实这部分温度较高的制冷量也达到了蒸发温度。也就是实现了能量品位的提升,提高了系统的整体效率。另外,由于被喷射器吸入的制冷剂只是冷凝器中流出的制冷剂的一部分,因此相比传统的喷射-压缩制冷系统,本发明减少了喷射器的工作负荷,减少了对低品位热能的消耗,同时还使得喷射器,发生器以及泵的尺寸减小,节省初投资。本发明还将压缩机排气的热量用于余热被泵加压后的液态制冷剂,进一步利用了低品位热能。
本发明的有益效果主要表现在:比现有的喷射制冷系统和压缩制冷系统单独运行时,有更高的效率,大幅减少能量消耗,且可以利用更低温度的热源,提高系统的节能效能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
参照图1,一种采用过冷器的低品位热能驱动的喷射-压缩制冷系统,包括压缩机1、预热器2、冷凝器3、蒸发器7和喷射器10,所述蒸发器7的出口与所述喷射器10的引射流体进口连接,所述压缩机1的出口与所述预热器2的第一进口连接,所述预热器2的第一出口与冷凝器3的进口连接,所述喷射-压缩制冷系统还包括第一节流装置4、第二节流装置6、过冷器5、气液分离器11和用于利用低品位热源将液态制冷剂转换成高温高压的蒸气的发生器9,所述冷凝器3的出口经过第一节流装置4与所述过冷器5的第一进口连接,所述过冷器5的第一出口与压缩机1的进口连接,所述冷凝器3的出口同时与所述过冷器5的第二进口连接,所述过冷器5的第二出口通过第二节流装置6与所述蒸发器7的进口连接;所述喷射器10的出口与所述气液分离器11的进口连接,所述气液分离器11的气相出口与压缩机1的进口连接,所述气液分离器11的液相出口通过泵8与所述预热器2的第二进口连接,所述预热器2的第二出口与发生器9的进口连接,所述发生器9的出口与所述喷射器10的工作流体进口连接。
本实施例中,第一节流装置4和第二节流装置6可以是各种节流阀、膨胀阀、毛细管;预热器2可以是各种管翅式换热器、板式换热器、套管换热器等;过冷器5可以是各种管翅式换热器、板式换热器、喷淋式换热器、沉浸式换热器、套管换热器等;采用的工质可以是各类卤代烃,烷烃,烯烃,二氧化碳,氨等等;给发生器加热的低品位热源,可以是余热,废热,太阳能热,地热等。
本实施例的工作过程为:从压缩机1流出的高温高压制冷剂进入预热器2的第一进口后被初步冷却,然后又进入冷凝器3冷凝放热变为液态,液态制冷剂从冷凝器3出口流出后分为两路,第一路经过第一节流装置4变为具有中间压力的汽液两相制冷剂,并进入过冷器5的第一进口蒸发吸热,然后又被压缩机1吸入。冷凝器3出口的另一路制冷剂进入过冷器5的第二进口后被过冷,然后又经过第二节流装置6降压后达到蒸发压力,并进入蒸发器7蒸发吸热,而后从蒸发器7出口进入喷射器10的引射流体入口。从喷射器10的出口流出的制冷剂进入气液分离器11,其中气相制冷剂从气液分离器11的气相出口流出被压缩机吸入,而液相制冷剂从气液分离器11的液相出口流出经过泵8加压后又经过预热器2预热,再由发生器9加热变为蒸汽,然后进入喷射器10的工作流体入口完成循环。

Claims (4)

1.一种采用过冷器的低品位热能驱动的喷射-压缩制冷系统,包括压缩机、预热器、冷凝器、蒸发器和喷射器,所述蒸发器的出口与所述喷射器的引射流体进口连接,所述压缩机的出口与所述预热器的第一进口连接,所述预热器的第一出口与冷凝器的进口连接,其特征在于:所述喷射-压缩制冷系统还包括第一节流装置、第二节流装置、过冷器、气液分离器和用于利用低品位热源将液态制冷剂转换成高温高压的蒸气的发生器,所述冷凝器的出口经过第一节流装置与所述过冷器的第一进口连接,所述过冷器的第一出口与压缩机的进口连接,所述冷凝器的出口同时与所述过冷器的第二进口连接,所述过冷器的第二出口通过第二节流装置与所述蒸发器的进口连接;所述喷射器的出口与所述气液分离器的进口连接,所述气液分离器的气相出口与压缩机的进口连接,所述气液分离器的液相出口通过泵与所述预热器的第二进口连接,所述预热器的第二出口与发生器的进口连接,所述发生器的出口与所述喷射器的工作流体进口连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的采用过冷器的低品位热能驱动的喷射-压缩制冷系统,其特征在于:所述第一节流装置和第二节流装置为节流阀、膨胀阀或毛细管。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的采用过冷器的低品位热能驱动的喷射-压缩制冷系统,其特征在于:所述预热器是管壳式换热器、板式换热器或套管换热器。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的采用过冷器的低品位热能驱动的喷射-压缩制冷系统,其特征在于:所述过冷器是管壳式换热器、板式换热器、喷淋式换热器、沉浸式换热器或套管换热器。
