本发明涉及一种带侧冲防堵料机构的空调天井盖板模具,包括凹模、凸模和防堵料机构,该防堵料机构安装在凹模内,并对准凸模的切断废料端;合模时,凸模的切断废料进入凹模,同时防堵料机构将切断废料顶住在凸模上;开模时,随着凸模侧向运动至与凹模面平齐时,防堵料机构将凹模内的切断废料顶出。与现有技术相比,本发明具有减少了冲压工序、降低了成本、提高了生产效率等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空调天井盖板模具,尤其是涉及一种带侧冲防堵料机构的空调天井盖板模具。
背景技术
空调天井盖板模具用于空调天井盖板的一次成型,在制造过程中由于侧切废料掉落不畅的问题,以往在模具工艺设计时均采用6个工序,通过将切废工序增加来避免废料堵塞的问题,造成了冲压工序多,增加了生产成本,从而降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种减少了冲压工序、降低了成本、提高了生产效率的带侧冲防堵料机构的空调天井盖板模具。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种带侧冲防堵料机构的空调天井盖板模具,其特征在于,包括凹模、凸模和防堵料机构,该防堵料机构安装在凹模内,并对准凸模的切断废料端;合模时,凸模的切断废料进入凹模,同时防堵料机构将切断废料顶住在凸模上;开模时,随着凸模侧向运动至与凹模面平齐时,防堵料机构将凹模内的切断废料顶出。
所述的防堵料机构包括顶料块和顶料弹簧,所述的顶料弹簧一端固定在凹模内,另一端与顶料块连接,所述的顶料块对准凸模的切断废料端。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1)可将原分段多次切废工序合并,减少了冲压工序,降低了成本,提高了生产效率。
2)由于凹模内不再存有废料,亦不会发生堵料的情况,降低凹模损坏的概率,减少模具备品的数量,降低了模具维护的费用。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例
如图1所示,一种带侧冲防堵料机构的空调天井盖板模具,包括凹模1、凸模3和防堵料机构,该防堵料机构安装在凹模1内,并对准凸模3的切断废料端;合模时,凸模3的切断废料进入凹模1,同时防堵料机构将切断废料顶住在凸模3上;开模时,随着凸模3侧向运动至与凹模面平齐时,防堵料机构将凹模内的切断废料顶出,使凹模内不再存有废料,亦即不会发生堵料的情况了。
所述的防堵料机构包括顶料块2和顶料弹簧4,所述的顶料弹簧4一端固定在凹模1内,另一端与顶料块2连接,所述的顶料块2对准凸模4的切断废料端。

1.一种带侧冲防堵料机构的空调天井盖板模具,其特征在于,包括凹模、凸模和防堵料机构,该防堵料机构安装在凹模内,并对准凸模的切断废料端;合模时,凸模的切断废料进入凹模,同时防堵料机构将切断废料顶住在凸模上;开模时,随着凸模侧向运动至与凹模面平齐时,防堵料机构将凹模内的切断废料顶出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带侧冲防堵料机构的空调天井盖板模具,其特征在于,所述的防堵料机构包括顶料块和顶料弹簧,所述的顶料弹簧一端固定在凹模内,另一端与顶料块连接,所述的顶料块对准凸模的切断废料端。
