Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力型车辆的动力传动系。本发明的各方面涉及动力传动系、涉及联接件并且涉及机动车辆。
背景技术
已知提供具有用于与电牵引马达联合操作的内燃机的混合动力型车辆。内燃机和电牵引马达可以彼此独立地操作或一起操作以增大最大扭矩输出。一种方法是研发集成式变速器,其中,电牵引马达包含到变速器中。然而,特定的集成式变速器可能不适用于所有应用,从而需要研发替代的变速器。至少从商用的角度来看,希望保留使用与混合动力组结合的常规变速器(即,不包含集成式电牵引马达的常规变速器)的选择权。这种方法可能证明是有问题的,因为常规电牵引马达在遭受轴向加载时会易于损坏。常规变速器可能例如由于变矩器内的流体压力在不同的操作速度下发生变化或由于发动机曲柄从前至后的运动而产生轴向载荷。
正是在该背景下设想了本发明。至少在某些实施方式中,本发明力图改善或克服与已知系统相关联的问题中的至少一些问题。
发明内容
本发明的方面涉及混合动力型车辆的动力传动系、联接件、以及机动车辆。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了混合动力型车辆的动力传动系,包括:
内燃机;
电牵引马达;以及
变速器;
其中,第一挠性联接件将内燃机驱动地连接至变速器,并且第二挠性联接件将电牵引马达驱动地连接至变速器。第一挠性联接件和第二挠性联接件均连接至所述变速器的公共输入部。第一挠性联接件和第二挠性联接件布置成分别提供从内燃机至变速器以及从电牵引马达至变速器的驱动连接(即,设置成传送扭矩)。第一挠性联接件和第二挠性联接件布置成调节相对轴向运动以减小或抑制轴向载荷从变速器至内燃机和/或从变速器至电牵引马达的转移。因此第一挠性联接件和/或第二挠性联接件能够有助于保护电牵引马达免受由轴向载荷导致的损坏。至少在某些实施方式中,第一挠性联接件和第二挠性联接件能够便于将混合动力型车辆的动力传动系联接至常规的变速器。第一挠性联接件和/或第二挠性联接件可以是有弹力的。第一挠性联接件和第二挠性联接件的布置至少在某些实施方式中能够管理多个输入设备之间的轴向载荷平衡。
电牵引马达通常能够比内燃机承受更低的轴向加载。通过将第二挠性联接件构造成比第一挠性联接件更具挠性,能够减小轴向载荷向电牵引马达的传递。换言之,第一挠性联接件可以比第二挠性联接件更硬。在某些变型中,这种布置能够颠倒成使得第一挠性联接件比第二挠性联接件更具挠性。
第一挠性联接件和第二挠性联接件能够将内燃机和电牵引马达联接至变速器输入部,比如联接至离合器片或变矩器。第一挠性联接件和第二挠性联接件均能够连接至变速器输入部。离合器片或变矩器能够以常规的方式集成至变速器中。例如,离合器片或变矩器可以布置在变速器外壳(该变速器外壳可以称为钟形外壳)内。
第一挠性联接件可以包括第一挠性板。第二挠性联接件可以包括第二挠性板。第一挠性板和第二挠性板可以具有大致圆形平面形状,但这可以针对不同的设计而变化。例如,第一挠性板和/或第二挠性板可以具有多瓣构型。在第一挠性板和/或第二挠性板中可以设置一个或更多个孔以减轻质量。
驱动轴可以设置用于将扭矩从内燃机输出至变速器。第一挠性联接件能够连接至内燃机的驱动轴。
电牵引马达可以包括转子和定子。电牵引马达可以包括用于将扭矩从电牵引马达输出至变速器的输出驱动件。第二挠性联接件能够固定地安装至输出驱动件。输出驱动件可以包括输出轴。该输出轴与内燃机的驱动轴能够例如以同心的方式布置。替代性地,转子能够形成电牵引马达的输出驱动件。至少在某些实施方式中,第二挠性联接件能够固定地安装至转子。
驱动轴和输出驱动件能够以同轴的方式设置以便围绕公共轴线旋转。第一挠性联接件和第二挠性联接件在使用中能够布置成也围绕所述公共轴线旋转。能够维持第一挠性联接件与第二挠性联接件之间的沿所述公共轴线的偏移量。第一联接件与第二联接件能够彼此大致平行地布置。第一挠性联接件与第二挠性联接件能够例如在其径向外部边缘处或靠近其径向外部边缘处彼此连接。第一挠性联接件和第二挠性联接件能够通过一个或更多个机械紧固件——比如带螺纹的螺栓——连接至变速器输入部。第一挠性联接件和第二挠性联接件能够通过所述一个或更多个机械紧固件而彼此接合。替代性地,第一挠性联接件和/或第二挠性联接件能够与所述变速器输入部成为一体。
电牵引马达在限定中央孔的横向横截面上可以具有环状构型,驱动轴延伸穿过该中央孔。
可以设置有用于与驱动轴选择性地接合/断开接合的离合器。离合器可以是推式离合器或拉式离合器。可以设置用于致动离合器的操作机构。操作机构可以布置在驱动轴的径向外侧,例如至少部分地位于所述电牵引马达的中央孔内(位于驱动轴与电牵引马达之间)。操作机构可以包括用于操作致动器的液压室。液压室的横向截面可以呈环状。液压室的纵向轴线能够与驱动轴的纵向轴线同轴地布置。液压室能够例如围绕驱动轴布置。致动器可以包括围绕驱动轴延伸以用于接合离合器片的筒形构件。
电牵引马达可以是径向磁通牵引马达。替代性地,电牵引马达可以是轴向磁通牵引马达。轴向磁通牵引马达能够提供高扭矩密度并且可以具有相对小的深度。由于内燃机和变速器的减小的长度能够允许或是纵向(北/南)动力传动系构型或是横向(东/西)动力传动系构型,因此这种布置是有利的。至少在某些实施方式中,轴向磁通牵引马达能够包含到内燃机的壳体中。
在某些变型中,动力传动系可以包括第三挠性联接件,比如第三挠性板。第三挠性联接件能够布置成将第二电牵引马达联接至变速器。第二电牵引马达可以例如是能够操作成输出牵引力的发生器。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了混合动力型车辆的动力传动系,其包括:

在替代性的布置中,第一动力发生器和第二动力发生器均可以是电动马达。例如,电动发生器可以选择性地构造成作为牵引马达来操作以辅助专用牵引马达。所述第一动力发生器和所述第二动力发生器中的一者可以等效地为机械动力发生器,比如飞轮。
本发明的另一方面涉及包含本文所述类型的双联接件的车辆动力传动系。
本文所使用的术语动力传动系是指车辆动力组和变速器。动力组由可操作成输出扭矩以提供用于推进车辆的牵引力的一个或更多个机构构成。动力组可以是例如包括内燃机和一个或更多个电牵引马达的混合动力装置。
在本申请的范围内,明确指出的是,在前述段落中、在权利要求中和/或在以下说明和附图中所陈述的各个方面、实施方式、示例和替代方案——特别是它们的独特特征——可以独立地或以任意组合的形式采用。与一个实施方式相关的所述的特征可应用于所有实施方式,除非这种特征是不相容的。

具体实施方式
现在将参照图1、图2和图3来描述根据本发明的实施方式的用于机动车辆(未示出)的混合动力传动系1。动力传动系1包括内燃机3(仅示意性地示出)和电机5。如图1中示出的,内燃机3和电机5联接至具有集成式变矩器9的变速器7。本实施方式中的变速器7是自动变速器,但变速器7可以等效地为手动变速器。
电机5是用于提供牵引力以推进车辆的牵引马达。电机5包括布置在内燃机3与变速器7之间的第一壳体10。内燃机3包括第二(发动机)壳体11,并且在本实施方式中,第一壳体10安装至第二壳体11。将理解的是,第一壳体10与第二壳体11能够集成为单个壳体。
内燃机3具有常规的设计并且包括用于输出扭矩的曲轴13。输入轴15联接至曲轴13以将输入扭矩传送至变速器7。飞轮17固定地安装至曲轴13。离合器盘19固定地安装至输入轴15并且离合器21设置成选择性地将曲轴13联接至输入轴15。输入轴15以能够旋转的方式安装在第一轴颈轴承23和第二轴颈轴承25上。
本实施方式中的离合器21是液压拉式离合器。如图2中最清楚地示出的,离合器21包括压板27、环形摩擦衬垫29、以及拉力释放机构31。压板27形成挠性联接膜片,该挠性联接膜片布置成施加弹簧压力以接合摩擦衬垫29。拉力释放机构31包括活塞33、液压室35以及离合器致动器37。活塞33能够操作成控制离合器致动器37的轴向运动,从而控制压板27的接合。控制阀装置(未示出)设置用于控制液压室35内的液压流体压力从而控制活塞33的操作。在本布置中,液压室35内的流体压力的增大使活塞33前进(在示出的布置中从左至右行进)。在液压室35内布置有复位弹簧(未示出)以朝向缩回位置(在示出的布置中从右至左行进)偏置活塞33。
第一轴颈轴承23布置在形成于曲轴13的端部中的筒形杯状凹部39(被称为曲柄掌部)中。第二轴颈轴承25安装在下述输入轴支承部40中:该输入轴支承部40呈与电机5的第一壳体10一体形成的管状延伸部的形式。拉力释放机构31布置在输入轴支承部40内并且围绕输入轴15以同心的方式布置。液压室35形成在活塞33与输入轴支承部40的内侧壁之间。在活塞33与输入轴支承部40的内侧壁之间设置有第一圆环形密封件41和第二圆环形密封件43以密封液压室35。
离合器致动器37包括筒形构件45,该筒形构件45围绕输入轴15以同心的方式布置。在筒形构件45的第一端部处设置有第一颈圈47以用于接合压板27,并且在筒形构件45的第二端部处设置有第二颈圈48以用于接合活塞33。在活塞33与第二颈圈48之间布置有离合器释放轴承49以调节离合器致动器37与输入轴15的旋转运动。筒形构件45能够相对于输入轴15轴向地移动以操作离合器21。
输入轴15联接至集成到变速器7中的变矩器9。具体地,变矩器9布置在变速器外壳50(也被称为钟形外壳)内。如图3中示出的,第一挠性板55形成位于输入轴15与变矩器9之间的驱动联接件。第一挠性板55是构造成将扭矩传递至变矩器9同时允许相对轴向运动的挠性联接构件。因此第一挠性板55能够抑制在内燃机3与变速器7之间的轴向载荷的传递。
电机5布置在形成在第一壳体10中的室51中。室51包括与输入轴支承部40以同心的方式布置的筒形外部侧壁53。因此,室51具有大致环形形状。在本实施方式中,电机5是轴向磁通牵引马达。这种类型的电机5适用于混合动力型车辆,因为这种类型的电机5能够提供高扭矩密度。此外,轴向磁通牵引马达可以构造有使得电机5能够布置在形成于第一壳体10中的室51内的相对小的轴向长度。因此,电机5能够被包装在内燃机3与变速器7之间。由于这种构型使得能够使用常规(非混合动力)变速器(即,不具有集成式电牵引马达的变速器),因此这种构型是特别有利的。
电机5包括固定的定子59和转子61。定子59固定地安装至第一壳体10的侧壁53。轴承63安装至定子59以调节转子61相对于定子59的旋转运动。转子61提供来自电机5的驱动输出。第二挠性板65固定地安装至转子61并且将电机5连接至变矩器9。第二挠性板65是使得扭矩能够传递至变矩器9同时允许电机5与变矩器9之间的相对轴向运动的挠性联接构件。在本实施方式中,第二挠性板65硬度小于第一挠性板55以减少向转子61的轴向载荷的传递。由于电机5比内燃机3更易于因为轴向加载而损坏,因此这种布置是期望的。
第一挠性板55和第二挠性板65通过围绕它们各自的圆周布置的一系列机械紧固件67(比如带螺纹螺栓)联接至变矩器9。因此,将理解的是,第一挠性板55和第二挠性板65保持连接至变矩器9。然而,通过控制电机5和/或离合器21的操作,内燃机3和电机5能够彼此独立地操作或以组合的方式操作。电机5可以断电以允许内燃机3将所有的输出扭矩传送至变速器7(经由第一挠性板55)。当电机5断电时,内燃机3使转子61随着输入轴15旋转。相反地,离合器21可以断开接合以使输入轴15与曲轴13断开联接,从而允许电机5将所有的输出扭矩传送至变速器7(经由第二挠性板65)。当离合器21断开接合时,电机5使输入轴15和离合器盘19旋转而不使曲轴13旋转。至少在某些应用中,内燃机3和电机5能够一起操作以将扭矩经由第一挠性板55和第二挠性板65同时传送至变速器7。
现在将参照图1和图2来描述车辆动力传动系的操作。曲轴13以常规的方式通过内燃机3驱动。离合器21通过拉力释放机构31与曲轴13选择性地接合/断开接合而被操作。活塞33由弹簧朝向下述接合位置偏置:在接合位置中,压板27将摩擦衬垫29抵靠离合器盘19偏置,从而接合离合器21并且将曲轴13联接至输入轴15。离合器21接合以将扭矩从内燃机3经由输入轴15传送至变速器7。为了断开接合离合器21,液压室35内的液压流体压力增大以使活塞33前进。因此,筒形致动器45被移位并且将轴向(拉)力施加于压板27,从而使离合器21断开接合并且使曲轴13与输入轴15断开联接。在使用中,离合器21能够断开接合以使得电机5能够独立于内燃机3操作。通过使输入轴15与曲轴13断开联接,能够断开内燃机3以允许以全电动模式来操作,从而仅有电机5提供牵引力来推进车辆。
输入轴15通过第一挠性板55联接至变矩器9。第一挠性板55将扭矩传递至变矩器9同时调节输入轴15与变矩器9之间的相对运动。电机5围绕输入轴15以同心的方式布置。电机5通过第二挠性板65连接至变矩器9。同样,第二挠性板65是使得扭矩能够从电机5传送至变矩器9同时调节轴向运动的挠性联接构件。在本实施方式中,与第一挠性板55相比,第二挠性板65是更具挠性的联接件以减少对电机5的转子61的轴向加载的应用。
至少在某些实施方式中,内燃机3、电牵引马达5以及变速器7的组合长度减小,从而增大能够实施该车辆动力传动系的应用范围。车辆动力传动系可以构造成使得内燃机3和变速器7在车辆内横向地(东-西)或纵向地(北-南)布置。
本实施方式涉及了轴向磁通牵引马达的形式的电机5。然而,本发明的至少某些方面能够更广泛地应用于例如径向磁通牵引马达。本发明已参照单个电牵引马达来描述,然而将理解的是,能够将不止一个电牵引马达经由第二挠性板65联接至变速器7。电牵引马达能够例如围绕输入轴15布置在第一壳体10内。
