[0002] 军事通信作为现代战争的神经中枢是提高总体作战能力的重要因素,在战争中起着举足轻重的作用。它可以通过各种有线、无线手段,使固定、移动的各种终端设施进行军事信息的传递。但现有的通信方式在发展过程中遇到了许多困难,如有线通信(电话、光纤通信)存在需要预先埋设,易被破坏,难以维护的问题,并且不能跟随部队做快速、机动的响应。无线电通信虽然具有灵活机动的特点,但是存在易被窃听、干扰和探测破坏等问题,更不适合“电磁静寂”的场合。为了在未来战争中立于不败之地,各国都在寻求更新颖、更隐蔽、安全和不易被干扰的通信手段。紫外光通信是利用“日盲区”紫外光在大气中的散射来进行消息传输的一种新型通信模式。由于“日盲区”紫外光在大气中的散射具有背景噪声小,非直线传输,能量衰减快等特点,所以将紫外光作为通信手段则具有低窃听率、高抗干扰性、低位辨率、全天候性等特点。紫外光通信也因其隐蔽性、秘密性、抗干扰性等特点,可组成简单而坚固的小型化装置,以应用于现代战争的海陆空作战中。
[0003] 1992 年 5 月 Joe Mitola 在美国电信系统会议(IEEE Nat1nal TelesystemConference)上首次提出了“软件无线电”(Software Rad1, SR)的概念。其中心思想是构建一个具有开放性、灵活性的通用数字硬件平台,通过实时的软件控制,实现各种无线电系统的通信功能(如工作频段、调制解调、数据格式、加密模式、通信协议等),并使宽带模数转换器(A/D)及数模转换器(D/A)尽可能地靠近天线。这样,“无线电通信”便不再是一堆各式各样的硬件,而是一个统一的外壳,其核心是各种灵活的算法和软件。软件无线电技术的重要价值在于:传统的硬件无线电通信设备只是作为无线通信的基本平台,而众多的通信功能则是由软件来实现,这打破了以往设备通信功能的实现仅仅依赖于硬件发展的格局,使得无线通信新系统、新产品的开发将逐步转到软件的开发上来,而无线通信产品的价值也将越来越多地体现在软件上,因此软件无线电将被看作是无线通信领域中继固定通信到移动通信、模拟通信到数字通信之后的新飞跃和革命。
发明内容
[0004] 针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷和不足,本发明的目的在于,提供一种基于SR数字信号处理技术的紫外光通信系统,该系统是一种以高速浮点型DSP芯片为核心、FPGA为协处理器的紫外光通信信号处理系统,系统工作温度范围达到-40°C〜85°C,满足工业化、实用化和小型化要求,可以实现远距离、大数据量的高效传输。
为了实现上述任务,本发明采用如下的技术解决方案: 一种基于SR数字信号处理技术的紫外光通信系统,其特征在于,包括紫外光发射天线、紫外光源驱动模块、信号处理模块、上位机和紫外接收天线;所述的信号处理模块通过串口与上位机通讯;所述的紫外接收天线接收紫外光信号,该模块将光信号转换为电压信号传输给信号处理模块;所述的紫外光源驱动模块接收信号处理单元的控制信号,驱动紫外接收天线发出紫外信号。
[0005] 该基于SR数字信号处理技术的紫外光通信系统中,所述的信号处理模块包括预处理单元、接收解调单元、数据处理单元和发送调制单元;所述的预处理单元选用带前置放大器的差动放大电路,该前置运算放大器采用0PA128芯片,该差动放大电路采用2片0PA129芯片,输出级采用INA105芯片,增大输出阻抗;所述的接收解调单元由AD9243型A/D转换芯片和XC3S250型FPGA组成,交流信号先经过一级运放,再加电压偏置后输送到该A/D转换芯片,将原本的交流信号偏置到直流信号,保证AD9243芯片采集正信号,所述FPGA用于AD9243芯片数据采集的缓存,同时协助处理单元执行部分算法,减少主处理器的运算量;所述的数据处理单元选用TMS320C6713型DSP,该DSP分别通过McBSP、EMIF与D/A、其他外设芯片相连;所述的发送调制单元包括TLV5638型D/A芯片和输出预处理电路,该D/A芯片通过多通道缓冲串口 McBSPl与所述DSP实现通讯,选用基于LF353芯片的输出预处理电路对D/A输出信号进行放大和偏置处理,满足紫外光源驱动对信号的要求。
[0006] 该基于SR数字信号处理技术的紫外光通信系统中,采用外部电源输入的方式,将交流电通过工频变压器降压、整流、滤波,然后通过稳压管得到+12V和-12V的线性直流电源,然后再输入到信号处理电路系统,+5V线性电源通过LM7805芯片将+12V线性电源降压得到。
[0007] 本发明的有益效果是:
当接收数据时,来自紫外接收天线的电压信号,经过信号预处理模块滤波放大之后送给信号处理系统进行解调,然后通过串口将数据发送给上位机显示;当发送数据时,信号处理系统将上位机从串口发来的数据进行调制,然后将调制后的信号送给紫外光源驱动,从而控制紫外发射天线发出紫外信号。
[0008] 紫外光信号在大气中传输时由于受到大气分子、悬浮颗粒的吸收和散射,其强度衰减很快,到达接收端的光信号已经非常微弱,为了滤除噪声干扰以获得稳定的信号输出,就需要采用微弱信号检测技术。首先要求光探测器在光源发射波长范围内具有高响应度、小的附加噪声、快的响应速率;其次前置放大电路也应当合理设计,以获得大的动态范围和高的信噪比。系统选用了华东电子管厂生产的GDB-152型光电倍增管,碲铯阴极,能够对日盲区紫外光响应,同时选取了带前置放大器的差动放大电路,放大倍数600倍,通带宽度为O〜40kHz。差动放大电路的特点在于可以抑制共模信号,从而区别信号和噪声,进而控制并减少噪声。
[0009] 紫外光通信信号数字处理系统的关键部分包括信号处理单元、用于调制信号输出的发送端调制部分和用于采集调制信号的接收端采集部分。为了实现半双工通信并且满足系统工程化、小型化和实用化的要求,每套信号处理系统必须集成发送端和接收端电路。发射端的数据输出模块(D/A)和接收端的数据采集模块(A/D)是光学天线和信号处理单元之间的枢纽,它们的性能如带宽、分辨率和动态范围等将直接影响整个系统的性能。为了降低系统开发难度,在满足系统要求的情况下,我们选择了在硬件上可与DSP实现无缝连接,软件上可以利用CCS软件开发平台提供的数据转换支持包的器件。这样将减小硬件和软件的开发难度,缩短开发周期,D/A转换器件TLV5638和A/D转换器件AD9243就符合这样要求。
[0010] 采用FPGA作为协处理器,负责数据采集后的数字滤波和数据缓冲。由于接收端信号的采样速率高,数据量大,所以必须配备高速大容量的缓存模块来存放数据。而由FPGA内部的Block RAM配置的同步FIFO具有吞吐速度高、存储容量大、易于控制的特点,适合作为A/D采样数据高速写入的存储器。而且FIFO有两套数据线而无地址线,可在其一端写操作而在另一端进行读操作,数据在其中顺序移动,从而达到很高的传输速度和效率,还省去了地址线,有利于PCB板布线。此外,FPGA还可以作为协处理器,将一部分DSP内的算法移植过来,减少了主处理器的运算量负担。
[0011] 本发明提出了一种基于SR数字信号处理技术的紫外光通信系统,该系统以高速浮点型DSP芯片为核心、FPGA为协处理器,工作温度范围达到_40°C〜85°C,满足工业化、实用化和小型化要求,可以实现远距离、大数据量的高效传输。

具体实施方式
[0014] 图1是该系统的通讯示意图,紫外光通信系统和其它通信系统一样,由发射机、传输信道和接收机三个部分组成,系统的基本原理是:以日盲区的紫外光波为载波,将载有信息的电信号调制加载在紫外光上,通信系统的发射端和接收端通过粗定位和调整,建立起光通信链路,然后以自由空间和大气为信道来传输信息。
[0015]图2是该系统的工作原理图,当接收数据时,来自紫外接收天线的电压信号,经过信号预处理模块滤波放大之后送给信号处理系统进行解调,然后通过串口将数据发送给上位机显示;当发送数据时,信号处理系统将上位机从串口发来的数据进行调制,然后将调制后的信号送给紫外光源驱动,从而控制紫外发射天线发出紫外信号。
[0016] 图3是该系统的信号处理模块结构图,紫外光通信信号数字处理系统的关键部分包括信号处理单元、用于调制信号输出的发送端调制部分和用于采集调制信号的接收端采集部分。为了实现半双工通信并且满足系统工程化、小型化和实用化的要求,每套信号处理系统必须集成发送端和接收端电路,系统采用TI公司研制的高速浮点DSP处理器TMS320C6713BPYP。此外发射端的数据输出模块(D/A)和接收端的数据采集模块(A/D)是光学天线和信号处理单元之间的枢纽,它们的性能如带宽、分辨率和动态范围等将直接影响整个系统的性能。为了降低系统开发难度,在满足系统要求的情况下,选择在硬件上可与DSP实现无缝连接,软件上利用CCS软件开发平台提供的数据转换支持包的器件,将减小硬件和软件的开发难度,缩短开发周期,D/A转换器件型号为TLV5638,A/D转换器件型号为AD9243。
[0017] 图4是该系统的信号预处理电路,信号预处理部分包括3部分:前置放大器、滤波电路以及主放大器,前置放大器的作用是增大系统输入阻抗,实现电流电压转换,滤波电路的作用是滤除杂散光和暗电流等造成的噪声信号,提高信噪比,主放大器电路作用是放大信号到A/D转换器可以接收的范围。同时,为了提高信号质量,信号预处理电路还要尽量减少噪声信号,同时降低引入噪声,提高信噪比。因此,系统选取了带前置放大器的差动放大电路,放大倍数600倍,通带宽度为O〜40kHz。差动放大电路的特点在于可以抑制共模信号,从而区别信号和噪声,进而控制并减少噪声。
[0018] 图5是该系统的DSP系统框图,基本的数字信号处理系统应该包括处理器以及时钟、复位电路等。但是从本信号处理系统的实际应用出发,由于TMS320C6713没有内置FLASH,也没有串口接口,所以还必须增设外部FLASH和串口芯片,同时还要考虑电路板面积和布线难度。
[0019] 图6是该系统的DSP串口电气连接图,系统选用了可以配置成多种接口电平的多协议收发芯片MAX3160,可选择RS-232、RS-485和RS-422三种接口协议,时钟由晶振(11.0592M)单独提供,波特率19.2Kbps,帧格式为8位数据位,I位停止位,无奇偶校验位,串口通过EMIF映射于DSP的CE3空间,接收中断采用外部中断6。
[0020] 图7是该系统的DSP与FLASH电气连接图,由于TMS320C6713没有内部FLASH,其掉电后配置数据和内部逻辑关系将会消失,所以上电后需要仿真器或者外部不挥发异步存储器对器件重新进行配置操作,系统采用SST公司的39VF400A作为系统上电自举配置的异步存储器。
[0021] 图8是该系统的接收解调单元电气连接图,,为了减少主处理器DSP的运算量负担,系统采用了 Xilinx公司生产的Spartan3E系列的FPGA—XC3S250E。FPGA —方面可以作为AD9243数据采集的缓存,另一方面可以将DSP里的部分算法(如滤波器)转移到FPGA里,以此尽量减少主处理器的运算量,确保系统稳定工作。
[0022] 图9是该系统的发送调制单元电气连接图,为了保证调制信号准确完整的输出,本信号处理系统中,采用DSP的多通道缓冲串口 McBSPl实现对TLV5638的准确控制和数据写入,TLV5638采用内部参考电压2.048V。
