一种钢管吊运起重车,包括有起重臂、夹具、固定环、油缸、钢索、吊索和吊索轮。使用本发明所述的一种钢管吊运起重车,将起重臂升高到一定高度,根据钢管长度对油缸进行相应的调整,转动吊索轮释放吊索,吊索穿过固定环垂直下降,将夹具与钢管固定,通过收紧吊索轮,完成对钢管的起吊。本发明所述的一种钢管吊运起重车,整体设计合理,操作简便,通过对油缸的调整使被吊起的钢管更加稳定,同时减少了吊具所占用的空间。

本发明涉及吊车领域,尤其涉及一种钢管吊运起重车。
背景技术
目前,起重吊车往往直接通过钢索固定钢管两端,或是通过真空吸盘吊具吸附在钢管的外壁上进行起重,这种情况下,前者吊起的钢管容易在空中旋转移动,后者是真空吸盘吊具占用较大的空间,不便虽吊车运行。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种设计合理,操作简单的钢管吊运起重车,可稳定已经起吊的钢管,并节省起重车所占用的空间。
本发明所述的一种钢管吊运起重车,包括有起重臂、夹具、固定环、油缸、钢索、吊索和吊索轮,起重臂是本发明所述的一种钢管吊运起重车的主体件,所述的起重臂通过液压调节实现另一端的升降,在起重臂的另一端通过钢索与水平放置的油缸连接,油缸可根据钢管长度进行相应的伸缩调整,所述的钢索下端与油缸的外壁相连接,所述的两油缸背向放置且固定连接在一起,在油缸外端面设置有固定环,穿过固定环设置有吊索, 所述的吊索一端连接设置有夹具,所述的夹具可固定钢管,吊索的另一端向上绕过起重臂与吊索轮相连。
本发明所述的一种钢管吊运起重车,整体设计合理,操作简便,通过对油缸的调整使被吊起的钢管更加稳定,同时减少了吊具所占用的空间。

现参照附图1和附图2,结合具体实施例说明如下:本发明所述的一种钢管吊运起重车,包括有起重臂1、夹具2、固定环3、油缸4、钢索5、吊索6和吊索轮7,起重臂1是本发明所述的一种钢管吊运起重车的主体件,所述的起重臂1通过液压调节实现另一端的升降,在起重臂1的另一端通过钢索5与水平放置的油缸4连接,油缸4可根据钢管长度进行相应的伸缩调整,所述的钢索5下端与油缸4的外壁相连接,所述的两油缸4背向放置且固定连接在一起,在油缸4外端面设置有固定环3,穿过固定环3设置有吊索6, 所述的吊索6一端连接设置有夹具2,所述的夹具2可固定钢管,吊索6的另一端向上绕过起重臂1与吊索轮7相连,使用本发明所述的一种钢管吊运起重车,将起重臂1升高到一定高度,根据钢管长度对油缸4进行相应的调整,转动吊索轮7释放吊索,吊索6穿过固定环3垂直下降,将夹具2与钢管连接固定,通过收紧吊索轮7,完成对钢管的起吊,本发明所述的一种钢管吊运起重车,整体设计合理,操作简便,通过对油缸的调整使被吊起的钢管更加稳定,同时减少了吊具所占用的空间。

1.一种钢管吊运起重车,包括有起重臂(1)、夹具(2)、吊索(6)和吊索轮(7),起重臂(1)是主体件,所述的起重臂(1)通过液压调节实现另一端的升降,其特征在于,在起重臂(1)的另一端通过钢索(5)与水平放置的油缸(4)连接,所述的钢索(5)下端与油缸(4)的外壁相连接,所述的两油缸(4)背向放置且固定连接在一起,在油缸(4)外端面设置有固定环(3),穿过固定环(3)设置有吊索(6),所述的吊索(6)一端连接设置有夹具(2),吊索(6)的另一端向上绕过起重臂(1)与吊索轮(7)相连。
