Description
技术领域
本技术大致涉及用于去除排放物中的汞的系统和方法。更具体地说,一些实施例涉及用于在烟气脱硫系统中去除废气中的汞的系统和方法。
背景技术
许多工业生产过程利用排放物处理系统来减小各种污染物的散播。例如,汞被认为是有毒污染物且其含量被严格管制。用于去除工业排放物中的污染物(诸如汞)的大部分有效方法中的一种是使用活性炭进行的处理。
活性炭呈处理成布满小的低体积气孔的炭的形式,所述气孔增加吸附或化学反应可用的表面积。粉末状活性炭(PAC)呈活性炭的颗粒形式,其通常具有大小小于1.0mm且平均直径介于.15mm与.25mm之间的细小颗粒。PAC因此具有大的表面积对体积比,而扩散距离较小。在汞处理系统中,PAC可吸附废气中的汽化汞且然后用处理设施的颗粒收集装置(诸如袋式除尘器)中的粉煤灰进行收集。然而,PAC稍微具有吸水性且可与排放物处理系统中的其它化合物竞争水分。
例如,石灰用来去除烟气中的酸性气体,尤其是二氧化硫。在干式石灰洗涤处理中,石灰被直接喷射到废气中以去除二氧化硫。二氧化硫与石灰接触区(诸如喷雾干燥器)提供空间来混合热烟气和石灰浆,石灰浆通过喷雾器或喷嘴喷洒。石灰浆吸附二氧化硫。石灰浆中的水然后被热气蒸发。一部分干燥的未反应石灰和其反应产物掉落到接触区的底部且被去除。烟气然后流到颗粒控制装置(例如,袋式除尘器)以去除石灰和反应产物的剩余部分。

本技术大致涉及用于去除排放物中的汞的系统和方法。更具体地说,一些实施例涉及用于在烟气脱硫系统中去除废气中的汞的系统和方法。在一个实施例中,一种在烟气脱硫系统中去除废气中的汞的方法包含使气体进入到外壳中且调节添加剂。在一些实施例中,调节添加剂包括使粉末状活性炭进行水合。所述方法还包含将经调节添加剂引入到外壳中且捕获气体中的汞。
下文参考图1到6描述本技术的若干实施例的具体细节。以下公开内容中并未陈述描述通常与排放物处置和/或焦炭处理相关联的熟悉结构和系统的其它细节,以避免不必要地混淆对本技术的各种实施例的描述。图中示出的许多细节、尺寸、角度和其它特征仅仅是说明本技术的特定实施例。因此,在不脱离本技术的精神或范围的情况下,其它实施例可具有其它细节、尺寸、角度和特征。因此,所属领域一般技术人员将相应地了解,本技术可具有具备另外元件的其它实施例,或本技术可具有无下文参考图1到6示出且描述的若干特征的其它实施例。
图1是根据本技术的实施例配置的排放物处置系统100的示意图。在若干实施例中,系统100是空气污染物控制系统,所述系统配置成处置、处理或含有来自焦炭处理系统的排放物,诸如来自热回收装置的焦炉烟气。在所说明的实施例中,例如,排放物可从热回收蒸汽发生器或HRSG 102传递。排放物可最初含有各种污染物,诸如汞。在其它实施例中,排放物可产生在另一矿物处理系统、发电厂、垃圾蒸汽厂、碳合金处理系统、干式脱硫系统、热灰循环器或其它类似系统中。
在一些实施例中,排放物从HRSG 102传递到接触/混合区104。接触区104可包括用于去除排放物中的颗粒和/或气体的任何类型的流动通道或洗涤器。在一些实施例中,接触/混合区104包括以下项中的一或多个:立管、流动通道、二氧化硫脱除器皿、石灰引入器皿、喷雾干式吸附器(SDA)、循环流化床(CFB)、循环干式洗涤器(CDS)、气体悬浮吸附器(GSA)、干式烟气脱硫(DFGD)系统或增强型全干式洗涤器(EAD)。
当退出接触区104时,排放物可传递到袋式除尘器106、织物过滤器或类似空气污染控制装置。在一些实施例中,排放物在进入袋式除尘器106之前传递通过旋风分离器和/或静电沉淀器。当排出袋式除尘器106时,排放物可由诱导通风(ID)风扇108牵引且由连续排放物监测系统(CEMS)110评估和/或经由主排气管112排出到大气。在各种实施例中,CEMS 110可监测汞、二氧化硫、氧化氮、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氯化氢、大气颗粒物、挥发性有机化合物、氧气的含量和/或其它参数。CEMS 110可包含传感器和排放物路径改向机构,所述排放物路径改向机构配置成:如果经感测参数不满足所需排放水平,那么将排放物改向使其返回通过接触区。在其它实施例中,系统100可包含排放物路径中的更上游或下游的另外或替代传感器。例如,在一些实施例中,可沿排放物路径对其它因素进行测试,其它因素诸如露点114、接近饱和温度(AST)设置点116、出口温度118、压力、水分压、汞含量或其它因素。这些测试点可位于系统100中除图1中所示的位置的其它位置。例如,在其它实施例中,设置点116是在接触/混合区104或袋式除尘器106的出口处加以测量。这些或其它参数中的任何一个的水平可调整成优化污染物去除,并同时维持系统功能和产量。又在其它实施例中,取决于参数读数,系统100可将排放物改向到上游点以供进一步清洗。
在若干实施例中,系统100可包含用于调节添加剂的一或多个输入点。添加剂可选择为捕获汞和/或对汞进行氧化,或以其它方式处理排放物流中的其它颗粒。在若干实施例中,例如,添加剂包括非溴化或溴化PAC。在其它实施例中,添加剂可包括非PAC碳基材料、提升的PAC、改质的PAC、溴化氢、干式吸附剂、修正式硅酸盐、无水亲水材料或其它适当的材料。PAC可被认为是具有轻微亲水性的亲水材料;在一些实施例中,可使用具有类似特性的其它材料。
如下文将进一步详细地描述,调节添加剂可包括针对排放物更改添加剂的行为的各种程序。例如,调节可包括使添加剂(例如与水或其它物质)进行水合、施加蒸汽或热量于添加剂、使添加剂进行水合且然后烘干添加剂、将添加剂引入到浆体中,或其它步骤。添加剂可在原位(例如,引入期间或在排放物外壳、袋式除尘器或路径内)调节,或可在引入之前调节。在特定实施例中,添加剂是在引入到袋式除尘器106之前不久进行调节。在一些实施例中,添加剂可进行原位调节,且相比于附近的其它物质,调节剂可更偏向于添加剂。在一些实施例中,添加剂可选择和/或调节成控制袋式除尘器106中的粉煤灰的水分。例如,未调节的干燥PAC在袋式除尘器106中将偏向具有水分。然而,凭借通过水合调节PAC添加剂,粉煤灰中可剩余足够的水分以确保通过石灰去除二氧化硫。在一些实施例中,粉煤灰含水量可保持在大约1%与7%之间,且添加剂相应地可调节(即,水合)成实现此水平。在其它实施例中,粉煤灰可进行水合或以其它方式调节,这使其不易受PAC脱水影响。在一些实施例中,粉煤灰含水量可受添加剂调节的方式/时间影响。在一些实施例中,添加剂是用载体引入。又在其它实施例中,添加剂与表面活性剂化合以使添加剂保持悬浮。
在操作中,可在沿系统100中的排放物路径的一或多个不同点处引入添加剂。这些各种各样的添加剂引入点是以图1中的虚线加以说明。在其它实施例中,可在排放物路径中的多个位置处同时或选择性地引入添加剂。在一些实施例中,在点122处结合诸如石灰浆120的处理物质引入添加剂。如上文讨论,石灰浆120可(例如经由喷雾器、喉道或喷嘴)引入到排放物以去除排放物中的二氧化硫。在其它实施例中,添加剂可独立于石灰浆喷射(上游或下游,诸如在引入点124处)而引入到排放物路径。又在其它实施例中,可经由供应管线在点126处结合稀释物质(诸如稀释水128)引入添加剂。在又一实施例中,添加剂被直接添加到接触区104中。虽然图1说明引入点122、124和126处引入的添加剂是在原位调节的(例如在引入点处或靠近引入点进行水合的)PAC,但是在其它实施例中,添加剂还包括其它适当材料和/或可经预调节(例如,预先进行水合和烘干)。

图2是根据本技术的实施例配置的添加剂浆体系统200的示意图。浆体系统200可用来将经调节添加剂供应到图1中说明的排放物处置系统100。例如,在一些实施例中,浆体系统200可用来调节添加剂以在诸如122、124或126的点或图1中示出的其它位置处引入到排放物处置系统100。
浆体系统200包括添加剂筒仓202,所述添加剂筒仓202配置成接受未加工添加剂,诸如PAC。如下文将参考图3进一步详细地描述,添加剂筒仓202含有或连接到筒仓进料系统204,所述筒仓进料系统204配置成分解和/或计量用于与调节剂(例如水或其它流体)混合的添加剂。调节剂可包含在一或多个调节器(例如,水合)筒仓或湿润锥体206中。在来自添加剂筒仓的添加剂接触到来自湿润锥体206的调节器之后,添加剂变为已调节且可贮存在经调节添加剂筒仓208中。在一个实施例中,经调节添加剂筒仓208配置成贮存水合PAC浆体。经调节添加剂可经计量以经由一或多个经调节添加剂输送管线210输送到上文参考图1讨论的排放物路径。

Claims (24)
1.一种在烟气脱硫系统中去除废气中的汞的方法,所述方法包括:
使所述气体进入到外壳中;
调节添加剂;
将所述经调节添加剂引入到所述外壳中;和
捕获所述气体中的汞。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中调节所述添加剂包括调节粉末状活性炭。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中调节粉末状活性炭包括将所述粉末状活性炭与水进行水合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中将所述粉末状活性炭进行水合包括形成大约1%到7%的水合粉末状活性炭溶液。
5.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其还包括烘干先前的水合粉末状活性炭,其中引入所述经调节添加剂包括引入所述干燥的先前的水合粉末状活性炭。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中引入所述经调节添加剂包括经由喷雾器、喉道或喷嘴引入所述经调节添加剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中将所述经调节添加剂引入到所述外壳中包括自动地修改所述经调节添加剂的稀释百分比。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其还包括感测汞含量、温度或湿度条件中的至少一个。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中引入所述经调节添加剂包括响应于所述经感测汞含量而自动地引入所述经调节添加剂。
10.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中引入所述经调节添加剂包括连续或以预设定时间隔引入所述经调节添加剂。
11.一种方法,其包括:
调节添加剂;
将所述经调节添加剂引入到外壳内的排放物;
将所述排放物传递到袋式除尘器,所述袋式除尘器中具有粉煤灰;和
响应于所述引入而控制所述袋式除尘器中的所述粉煤灰的含水量。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其还包括使所述粉煤灰进行水合。
13.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中调节所述添加剂包括使所述添加剂进行水合且至少部分烘干所述添加剂。
14.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中调节所述添加剂包括使所述添加剂在所述外壳内进行水合。
15.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中调节所述添加剂包括在将所述添加剂引入到所述外壳中之前使所述添加剂进行水合。
16.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中调节所述添加剂包括将蒸汽或水引入到所述添加剂。
17.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中将所述经调节添加剂引入到排放物包括将所述经调节添加剂泵送到烟气脱硫系统中。
18.一种烟气脱硫系统,其包括:
排放物的来源,所述排放物包含汞;
外壳,其包括与所述来源连通的入口和与袋式除尘器连通的出口;
经调节添加剂的来源;和
引入器,其配置成将所述经调节添加剂引入到所述外壳。
19.根据权利要求18所述的系统,其中所述引入器包括喷雾器、喉道或喷嘴,所述喷雾器、喉道或喷嘴配置成将所述经调节添加剂喷射到所述外壳。
20.根据权利要求18所述的系统,其还包括传感器,所述传感器配置成感测汞含量、温度、露点或压力中的至少一个,其中所述传感器与所述引入器通信。
21.根据权利要求18所述的系统,其中所述排放物的所述来源包括以下项中的至少一个:焦炭处理系统、发电厂、垃圾蒸汽厂、碳合金处理系统、干式脱硫系统或热灰循环器。
22.一种方法,其包括:
将添加剂引入到袋式除尘器内的排放物;所述袋式除尘器中具有粉煤灰;
调节所述添加剂或所述粉煤灰中的一或两个;和
控制所述袋式除尘器中的所述粉煤灰的含水量。
23.根据权利要求22所述的方法,其中调节所述添加剂或所述粉煤灰中的一或两个包括使所述添加剂或所述粉煤灰中的一或两个进行水合。
24.根据权利要求22所述的方法,其中将添加剂引入到袋式除尘器内的排放物包括将干燥的粉末状活性炭引入到袋式除尘器内的所述排放物。
