Abstract
本发明公开了一种防碰聚四氟乙烯复合管,防碰层为复合材料保护层,复合材料为树脂和碳纤维或者芳纶纤维复合而成;防碰层与聚四氟乙烯复合管由经由树脂使得两者固化为一体结构。本发明提供的防碰聚四氟乙烯复合管由复合材料对聚四氟乙烯管进行表面铺放,大大解决了聚四氟乙烯板表面耐磨性较差的问题,利用碳纤维复合材料或芳纶复合材料刚度大的特性,很好的保护了聚四氟乙烯管,使得该聚四氟乙烯复合管具有防碰的特性。本发明提供的防碰聚四氟乙烯复合管具有良好的耐磨性和防碰的特性,生产工艺简单,成本较低,具有良好的适用性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚四氟乙烯管,尤其涉及一种防碰聚四氟乙烯复合管。
背景技术
目前,聚四氟乙烯已在化工、机械、电子、电器、军工、航天、环保和桥梁等国民经济领域中起到了举足轻重的作用,但是聚四氟乙烯管在使用中耐磨性较差而且硬度低,不具备防碰的性能。现有的技术是将聚四氟乙烯管表面进行加强筋或其他物理保护,形成防碰聚四氟乙烯复合管。但是利用加强筋对聚四氟乙烯管外部进行物理保护,加强筋之间的缝隙也不能使得该种方式具有良好的防碰效果,也不能对聚四氟乙烯管进行性能上的提升,而且这种方式的制备工艺繁琐,生产成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防碰聚四氟乙烯复合管,旨在提高聚四氟乙烯复合管的耐磨性能、力学性能,使得聚四氟乙烯复合管更具良好的防碰性,具有良好的实用性。
本发明是这样实现的,一种防碰聚四氟乙烯复合管,包括聚四氟乙烯管、防碰层。
进一步,所述的防碰层为复合材料保护层。
进一步,所述的防碰层与聚四氟乙烯复合管由经由树脂使得两者固化为一体结构。
进一步,所述的复合材料为树脂和碳纤维或者芳纶纤维复合而成。
进一步,所述的复合材料的铺层由环向铺放或角度铺放的一种或两种的组合。
技术效果
本发明的防碰聚四氟乙烯复合管解决了常规聚四氟乙烯复合管磨性差、不具备防碰性能的问题;解决了现有技术手段的防碰聚四氟乙烯复合管防碰缝隙过大,力学性能没有提升的问题。本发明提供的防碰聚四氟乙烯复合管采用复合材料对聚四氟乙烯管进行全包围保护,解决了现有技术手段的防碰聚四氟乙烯复合管防碰缝隙过大;另外,碳纤维复合材料或芳纶复合材料的比强度较大,具有良好的刚度,对聚四氟乙烯管起到了力学性能方面的提升。另外,本发明提供的防碰聚四氟乙烯复合管是复合材料防碰层经由树脂使得聚四氟乙烯管和防碰层一体固化,形成整体结构,生产工艺简单,成本较低。该防碰聚四氟乙烯复合管制造工艺简单,生产成本低,具有良好的适用性。

1.一种防碰聚四氟乙烯复合管,包括聚四氟乙烯管、防碰层;所述的防碰层为复合材料保护层;所述的防碰层与聚四氟乙烯复合管由经由树脂使得两者固化为一体结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的防碰聚四氟乙烯复合管,其特征在于,所述的复合材料为树脂和碳纤维或者芳纶纤维复合而成。
3.如权利要求1所述的防碰聚四氟乙烯复合管,其特征在于,所述的复合材料的铺层由环向铺放或角度铺放的一种或两种的组合。
