本发明公开了一种锁销式二次顶出机构,包括顶杆垫板(5)和顶杆固定板(6),顶杆(4)安装在顶杆垫板(5)和顶板固定板(6)之间并伸入型芯(7),顶杆垫板(5)上开孔,孔的两侧通过弹簧(1)安装锥形的锁销(2),孔内安装活动型芯座(3),活动型芯座(3)两侧有锥形的销孔和锁销(2)配合,活动型芯座(3)上端连接活动型芯(9);活动型芯(9)端部通过型芯(7)中央的通孔伸入动模(8)的型腔中。本发明与常规差动二次顶出比较其能顺序顶出塑料零件,完全解决此类倒扣类型塑料零件模具脱模困难问题。

[0001] 本发明涉及一种用于塑料铸造零件顶出的顶出机构。
背景技术
[0002]目前有一种倒扣类型塑料零件成型模具脱模困难,其成型后内壁上形成倒扣,脱模时活动镶件要强制从零件内脱出,因而需要先把零件外填充的其他型芯件脱去,才能把零件内部的活动镶件脱去。因此必须采用二次顶出强脱模模具结构才能成型,此类二次顶出采用一般的差动二次顶出(即同时顶出,但是移动速度不一致)不能满足要求。模具结构技术难度加大。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明要解决的技术问题:为解决一种倒扣类型塑料零件的成型模具脱模困难的问题,提供了一种顺序二次顶出强脱模模具结构。
[0004] 本发明技术方案:
一种锁销式二次顶出机构,包括顶杆垫板和顶杆固定板,顶杆安装在顶杆垫板和顶板固定板之间并伸入型芯,顶杆垫板上开孔,孔的两侧通过弹簧安装锥形的锁销,孔内安装活动型芯座,活动型芯座两侧有锥形的销孔和锁销配合,活动型芯座上端连接活动型芯;活动型芯端部通过型芯中央的通孔伸入动模的型腔中。

[0006] 动模有两个型腔,相应的顶出结构有两组。

与现有技术比较,本机构零件形状和工作原理简单,只需增加弹簧、锁销、活动型芯座零件,设计只需考虑有强脱形状的活动镶件与活动型芯座零件的连接问题,弹簧、锁销、活动型芯座零件的安装方便问题及标准模板顶杆垫板、顶杆固定板,安装槽的加工工艺性问题,和各种形状的顶杆有无干涉问题等即可。本机构制造成本低,功能可靠。与常规差动二次顶出比较其能顺序顶出塑料零件,完全解决此类倒扣类型塑料零件模具脱模困难问题。

如图,动模8分为上下两块,为了提高生产效率,设有两套成型腔。型芯7安装在动模8中,型芯7中央开设有通孔,活动型芯9穿过此通孔伸入型腔中,活动型芯9的端部有强脱形状,塑料零件注塑成型后会在零件的内壁上形成倒扣形状,因此活动型芯9只能从零件的倒扣中强制脱出。活动型芯9和活动型芯座3连接,活动型芯座3下端安装在顶杆垫板5和顶杆固定板6中,顶杆垫板5上活动型芯座3的安装孔两侧通过弹簧I安装锥形的锁销2,活动型芯座3两侧有锥形的销孔和锁销2配合,顶杆固定板6上有两种阶梯孔,分别用于限制活动型芯座3和顶杆4从顶杆固定板6中脱出。顶杆4上端伸入型芯7。
[0010] 脱模时,顶杆垫板5和顶杆固定板6带动活动型芯座3和顶杆4将动模8的上模、塑料零件10和活动型芯9顶出,使塑料零件10和型芯分离,继续顶出,直至活动型芯座3到达动模8的下模处,和型芯底部接触无法继续前进,活动型芯座3两侧的销孔和锁销2压缩弹簧1,使锁销2和销孔分离,活动型芯座3不再随顶杆垫板5和顶杆固定板6继续前进,顶杆4继续向上顶出塑料零件10,使活动型芯9从塑料零件10中强脱出来。

1.一种锁销式二次顶出机构,包括顶杆垫板(5)和顶杆固定板(6),顶杆(4)安装在顶杆垫板(5)和顶板固定板(6)之间并伸入型芯(7),其特征在于:顶杆垫板(5)上开孔,孔的两侧通过弹簧(I)安装锥形的锁销(2 ),孔内安装活动型芯座(3 ),活动型芯座(3 )两侧有锥形的销孔和锁销(2)配合,活动型芯座(3)上端连接活动型芯(9);活动型芯(9)端部通过型芯(7)中央的通孔伸入动模(8)的型腔中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锁销式二次顶出机构,其特征在于:活动型芯(9)端部有强脱形状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的锁销式二次顶出机构,其特征在于:动模(8)有两个型腔,相应的顶出结构有两组。
