本发明涉及管路连接技术领域,尤其是一种用于管子连接的快速接头。
背景技术
通常用接头将两根管子连接起来,在连接过程中要使用管钳或扳手等工具,才能保证接头连接处安装可靠,避免发生泄漏,没有工具就无法进行连接,特别是在两根管子经常要接通或断开的部位,连接操作困难,费时费力。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种快速接头,以解决现有接头连接操作困难,费时费力的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种快速接头,包括有接头和接座,所述接座一端设有连接部,所述连接部设有大径孔和小径孔,在所述小径孔壁上装有O形密封圈,所述大径孔壁上沿圆周设有多个孔口向外张开的锥孔,所述锥孔内装有钢珠,所述连接部上装有防松套;所述接头设有插入所述接座内与所述连接部的大、小径孔配合的阶梯部。
上述快速接头技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:在所述防松套与所述接座之间设有环槽,所述环槽内装有弹簧。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明的接座一端设有连接部,连接部的小径孔壁上装有O形密封圈,大径孔壁上沿圆周设有多个孔口向外张开的锥孔,锥孔内装有钢珠,连接部上套装有防松套;接头设有插入接座内与连接部的大、小径孔配合的阶梯部;连接时只要将接头的阶梯部插入接座的连接部,通过O形密封圈防止连接处泄漏,多个钢珠将接头的阶梯部锁紧,连接操作简单快捷,省时省力。
2、在防松套与接座之间设有环槽,环槽内装有弹簧,顶紧防松套。

下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
如图1所示的一种快速接头,包括有接头1和接座6,接座6一端具有连接部,另一端设有与管子连接的螺纹,连接部开设有大径孔和小径孔,在小径孔壁上装有O形密封圈5,大径孔壁上沿圆周设有六个孔口向外张开的锥孔,锥孔内装有钢珠3,连接部上通过螺纹装有防松套2,在防松套2与接座6之间设有环槽,环槽内装有弹簧4,弹簧4的两端分别与防松套2和接座6相抵;接头1具有插入接座6内与连接部的大、小径孔配合的阶梯部,接头1另一端设有与管子连接的螺纹。
工作时,接头1和接座6分别连接有管子,只要将接头1的阶梯部插入接座6的连接部,通过O形密封圈5防止连接处泄漏,六个钢珠3将接头1的阶梯部锁紧,连接操作简单快捷,省时省力。

1.一种快速接头,包括有接头(1)和接座(6),其特征在于:所述接座(6)一端设有连接部,所述连接部设有大径孔和小径孔,在所述小径孔壁上装有O形密封圈(5),所述大径孔壁上沿圆周设有多个孔口向外张开的锥孔,所述锥孔内装有钢珠(3),所述连接部上装有防松套(2);所述接头(1)设有插入所述接座(6)内与所述连接部的大、小径孔配合的阶梯部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速接头,其特征在于:在所述防松套(2)与所述接座(6)之间设有环槽,所述环槽内装有弹簧(4)。
