技术领域
本发明涉及建筑门窗领域，具体涉及一种隔热隔音防水的铝合金门框型材。
背景技术
门窗是所有建筑物的必备组件之一，主要包括平开门窗、推拉门窗、提升推拉门，其中平开门窗是性能优越且经济实用的一款产品，具有完善的细部构造设计，同时拥有轻巧的外形，是大型公建项目和住宅建筑的理想选择。
现有的技术通过在铝合金门窗型材内加入隔热条的方法来提高铝合金门窗的隔热隔音防水的效果，然而铝合金门窗经常要接触雨水，从而造成隔热条吸水后膨胀尺寸变形，并且当铝合金门窗开启时阳光也会照射到隔热条上造成隔热条开裂，减少隔热条寿命。导致隔热型材强度下降，甚至产生强度失效，进而影响铝合金门窗的性能，产生门窗密封性能下降、漏水等，更严重可能造成窗扇脱落。
因此，有必要设计一种新的隔热隔音防水的铝合金门框型材，以克服上述问题。
发明内容
针对背景技术所述面临的种种问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种隔热隔音防水的铝合金门框型材。
为达到上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案是：一种隔热隔音防水的铝合金门框型材，包括一外框体、一内框体、三隔热条、一夹层中空玻璃、一隔热填充条以及一盖板；隔热条两端设有倒三角形凸起，外框体侧端外壁设有三第一卡槽，内框体侧端外壁设有三第二卡槽，隔热条两端的倒三角形凸起分别卡嵌在第一卡槽及第二卡槽内，使外框体及内框体固定连接在一起；隔热填充条设在最上面两隔热条之间形成的空间里，夹层中空玻璃设在下面隔热条之间形成的空间里；盖板架设在隔热条上方，一端固定在外框体上端外壁，另一端固定在内框体上端外壁；内框体左上端设有导水槽；外框体右上端设有排水口，该排水口连通外框体的腹腔，腹腔则形成排水通道，外框体左下端设有排水管。
进一步地，盖板通过胶粘剂固定在外框体与内框体上端。
进一步地，盖板为拱形。
进一步地，隔热填充条材料为聚苯乙烯或聚氨脂。
本发明具有以下有益效果：本发明通过设置隔热条，可以起到隔热作用，能够降低热时传导；盖板的设置，可以保护隔热条进水、避免暴晒的问题；设置隔热填充条及夹层中空玻璃，可以起到双重隔热、隔音的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明一种隔热隔音防水的铝合金门框型材作进一步说明。
请参照图1，为本发明一种隔热隔音防水的铝合金门框型材，包括一外框体1、一内框体2、三隔热条3、一夹层中空玻璃4、一隔热填充条5以及一盖板6。
隔热条3两端设有倒三角形凸起7，隔热填充条5材料为聚苯乙烯或聚氨脂。
外框体1侧端外壁设有三第一卡槽8，内框体2侧端外壁设有三第二卡槽9，隔热条3两端的倒三角形凸起7分别卡嵌在第一卡槽8及第二卡槽9内，使外框体1及内框体2固定连接在一起。
隔热填充条5设在最上面两隔热条3之间形成的空间里，夹层中空玻璃4设在下面隔热条3之间形成的空间里，从而可以起到双重隔热、隔音效果，避免了隔热条3间空气流动，增强防尘，防风性能，提高居住环境。
盖板6为拱形，其架设在隔热条3上方，一端通过胶粘剂固定在外框体1上端外壁，另一端通过胶粘剂固定在内框体2上端外壁，从而可以保护隔热条3，避免进水、暴晒，从而延长隔热条3的寿命。
内框体2左上端设有导水槽10；外框体1右上端设有排水口11，该排水口11连通外框体1的腹腔12，腹腔12则形成排水通道，外框体1左下端设有排水管13。
综上所述，本发明通过设置隔热条，可以起到隔热作用，能够降低热时传导；盖板的设置，可以保护隔热条进水、避免暴晒的问题；设置隔热填充条及夹层中空玻璃，可以起到双重隔热、隔音的效果。

1.一种隔热隔音防水的铝合金门框型材，其特征在于：包括一外框体、一内框体、三隔热条、一夹层中空玻璃、一隔热填充条以及一盖板；
隔热条两端设有倒三角形凸起，外框体侧端外壁设有三第一卡槽，内框体侧端外壁设有三第二卡槽，隔热条两端的倒三角形凸起分别卡嵌在第一卡槽及第二卡槽内，使外框体及内框体固定连接在一起；
隔热填充条设在最上面两隔热条之间形成的空间里，夹层中空玻璃设在下面隔热条之间形成的空间里；
盖板架设在隔热条上方，一端固定在外框体上端外壁，另一端固定在内框体上端外壁；内框体左上端设有导水槽；外框体右上端设有排水口，该排水口连通外框体的腹腔，腹腔则形成排水通道，外框体左下端设有排水管。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种隔热隔音防水的铝合金门框型材，其特征在于：盖板通过胶粘剂固定在外框体与内框体上端。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种隔热隔音防水的铝合金门框型材，其特征在于：盖板为拱形。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种隔热隔音防水的铝合金门框型材，其特征在于：隔热填充条材料为聚苯乙烯或聚氨脂。
