本发明提供一种高锶天然矿泉水净化系统,包括石英砂过滤器、活性炭过滤器、臭氧混合装置和纳滤装置;所述石英砂过滤器对高锶天然矿泉水进行初步过滤,去除水中的各种悬浮物、胶体、颗粒和杂质;所述活性炭过滤器对所述石英砂过滤器产水进行二次过滤,吸附有机物,降低COD,保证产水SDI和浊度;所述臭氧混合装置对所述活性炭过滤器产水通过高效臭氧氧化,去除源水中的亚硝酸盐;所述纳滤装置对所述臭氧混合装置产水脱除源水中的有机物并进行部分软化,其他盐分较高程度的通过。本发明提供的高锶天然矿泉水净化系统,能够达到去除亚硝酸盐而保留锶元素的目的,操作简单,运行稳定,具有高效、稳定、简便和低成本优势。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于环境工程领域,具体涉及一种高锶天然矿泉水净化系统。
背景技术
[0002] 我国北方部分地区有高锶天然矿泉水,但水源中亚硝酸盐超过国家标准。锶对人体的功能主要是与骨骼的形成密切相关,为人体骨骼及牙齿的正常组成部分。它能够促进骨骼发育和类骨质的形成,它的聚集程度可以作为观察骨折愈合情况,且对骨头的愈合有显著功效。如果人体缺乏锶,将会阻碍新陈代谢、产生牙齿和骨骼发育不正常等症状,特别是老年人和正在发育的儿童。
[0003] 国内外专家认定:纯净水、矿物质水、蒸馏水、太空水、天然饮用水都不是真正意义上的"健康水",真正的"健康水"很难人工制造,即使在科技非常发达的国家也不可能制造。本发明的发明人发现,锶型天然健康矿泉水列为首选饮用,视为水中珍品,如何保留现有高锶天然矿泉水中的锶元素而去除亚硝酸盐,成为目前亟待解决的问题。

[0004] 针对现有技术存在的如何保留现有高锶天然矿泉水中的锶元素而去除亚硝酸盐的技术问题,本发明提供一种高锶天然矿泉水净化系统,能够达到去除亚硝酸盐而保留锶元素的目的。

[0009] 所述臭氧混合装置对所述活性炭过滤器产水通过高效臭氧氧化,去除源水中的亚硝酸盐;
[0010] 所述纳滤装置对所述臭氧混合装置产水脱除源水中的有机物并进行部分软化,其他盐分较高程度的通过。
[0011] 本发明提供的高锶天然矿泉水净化系统,通过所述石英砂过滤器对废水原液进行初步过滤,活性炭过滤器进行二次过滤,臭氧混合装置进行高效臭氧氧化,以及通过纳滤装置脱除源水中的有机物并进行部分软化,其他盐分较高程度的通过,产水符合饮用天然矿泉水标准,达到去除亚硝酸盐而保留锶元素的目的,操作简单,运行稳定,具有高效、稳定、简便和低成本优势,可广泛用于亚硝酸盐超标的高锶天然矿泉水处理。

[0026] 具体地,请参考图1所示,高锶天然矿泉水收集在源水槽I中,通过第一提升泵2将源水槽中的高锶天然矿泉水输送至所述石英砂过滤器11中,然后经过所述活性炭过滤器12和臭氧混合装置13后,所述臭氧混合装置13产水收集在中间水箱3中,然后通过第二提升泵4将中间水箱中的臭氧混合装置产水传输至纳滤装置14,最终纳滤装置14的产水被收集在矿泉水箱141中,且产生的纳滤装置浓水被收集在纳滤装置浓水槽142中。
[0027] 作为具体实施例,请参考图1所示,所述石英砂过滤器11和活性炭过滤器12各配有一套反洗系统,反洗水为纳滤装置浓水;具体地,所述反洗系统通过浓水泵5与所述纳滤装置浓水槽142连接,通过浓水泵5将所述纳滤装置浓水槽142中的纳滤装置浓水输送至反洗系统,用于对所述石英砂过滤器11和活性炭过滤器12进行反冲洗处理,以清洗在过滤器表明聚积起来的杂质,避免滤料长时间运行而板结成块。
[0028] 作为具体实施例,请参考图1所示,所述石英砂过滤器11前安设有板式换热器6,由此可以保证纳滤膜在合适的温度范围(膜在25°C时运行最佳)内工作。
[0029] 作为具体实施例,请参考图1所示,所述臭氧混合装置13和纳滤装置14之间安设有紫外线杀菌器7 ;具体地,所述紫外线杀菌器7安设在所述第二提升泵4和纳滤装置14之间的管路上,用于除去臭氧混合塔中加入的臭氧,避免臭氧氧化纳滤膜元件。
[0030] 作为具体实施例,请参考图1所示,所述纳滤装置14前安设有5微米保安过滤器8,由此可以保证纳滤膜免受5微米以上的大颗粒冲击而受损伤。
[0031] 作为具体实施例,所述纳滤装置14配有纳滤膜清洗系统;具体地,所述纳滤装置14的产水管路上,安设有与所述矿泉水箱141并联的清洗水箱143,所述纳滤膜清洗系统通过清洗水泵9与所述清洗水箱143连接,由此可以对纳滤膜进行化学清洗,以恢复膜的产水能力;所述清洗水箱143是膜清洗加药水箱,是清洗药剂与纯水混合的存罐,混合后输送至纳滤装置进行清洗。

1.一种高锶天然矿泉水净化系统,其特征在于,包括石英砂过滤器、活性炭过滤器、臭氧混合装置和纳滤装置;其中, 所述石英砂过滤器对高锶天然矿泉水进行初步过滤,去除水中的各种悬浮物、胶体、颗粒和杂质; 所述活性炭过滤器对所述石英砂过滤器产水进行二次过滤,吸附有机物,降低COD,保证产水SDI和浊度; 所述臭氧混合装置对所述活性炭过滤器产水通过高效臭氧氧化,去除源水中的亚硝酸盐; 所述纳滤装置对所述臭氧混合装置产水脱除源水中的有机物并进行部分软化,其他盐分较高程度的通过。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高锶天然矿泉水净化系统,其特征在于,所述石英砂过滤器和活性炭过滤器各配有一套反洗系统,反洗水为纳滤装置浓水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高锶天然矿泉水净化系统,其特征在于,所述石英砂过滤器前安设有板式换热器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高锶天然矿泉水净化系统,其特征在于,所述臭氧混合装置和纳滤装置之间安设有紫外线杀菌器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高锶天然矿泉水净化系统,其特征在于,所述纳滤装置前安设有5微米保安过滤器。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高锶天然矿泉水净化系统,其特征在于,所述纳滤装置配有纳滤膜清洗系统。
