背景技术
糖尿病是一组因遗传和环境因素相互作用而引起的临床综合症,因胰岛素分泌绝对或相对不足,以及靶组织细胞对胰岛素敏感性降低,引起糖蛋白、脂肪、水和电解质等一系列代谢紊乱;其典型症状有多尿、多饮、多食和消瘦;以血糖高、尿糖高为共同标志,久病可引起多个系统损害即并发症;重症常并发酮症酸中毒,高渗性昏迷等,易并发感染、动脉硬化、神经病等。
目前,药物治疗糖尿病有六大难题无法解决:1.没有可以根治糖尿病的药物;2.药物只能维持病情,要终生服用;3.药价昂贵;4.注射胰岛素忌食含糖食物;5.并发症不期而至;6.糖尿病患者健康和寿命均受到严重影响。
现有的降低血糖方法一般都是使用单纯胰岛素分泌或外源性地增加胰岛素来控制血糖,根本无法实现血糖的自我调节,长期用药血糖忽高忽低,并且药物副作用大。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种中药降糖复方制剂及其制备方法,该复方制剂各组分间配伍合理,共同发挥协同作用,显示出显著且平稳的降糖功效。

栀子:性苦、寒,归心、肝、肺、胃、三焦经,具有泻火除烦、清热利湿、凉血解毒的功效,主治热病心烦、肝火目赤、头痛、湿热黄疳、淋证、叶血衄血、血痢尿血、口舌生疮、疮疡肿毒、扭伤肿痛;
玉竹:性味、甘、平,归肺、胃经,具有滋阴润肺、养胃生津的功效,主治燥咳、劳嗽、热病阴液耗伤之咽干口渴、内热消渴、阴虚外感、头昏眩晕、筋脉挛痛;

d:所得萃取液经大孔吸附树脂进行吸附,再用乙醇水溶液进行洗脱,得到洗脱液;
e:将洗脱液经超滤膜过滤后,浓缩、干燥,得到中药组合物。
前述的中药降糖复方制剂,步骤c中超临界CO2萃取的压力为20-45MPa,温度为 25-50℃,萃取时间为3-5h。

其制备方法包括如下步骤:
a:取各组分含量要求选取药材原料;

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的中药降糖复方制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a:取各组分含量要求选取药材原料;
b:将上述药材原料混合均匀后,粉碎成粗粉,并用药酒进行浸泡;
c:对浸泡后的药材粗粉进行超临界CO2萃取,收集萃取液;
d:所得萃取液经大孔吸附树脂进行吸附,再用乙醇水溶液进行洗脱,得到洗脱液;
e:将洗脱液经超滤膜过滤后,浓缩、干燥,得到中药组合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的中药降糖复方制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤c中超临界CO2萃取的压力为20-45MPa,温度为 25-50℃,萃取时间为3-5h。
5.根据权利要求3所述的中药降糖复方制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤d中所述大孔吸附树脂是选自AB-8、NKA、HDP-100、HDP-722或HDP-750。
6.根据权利要求3所述的中药降糖复方制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤d中乙醇水溶液的浓度是60-90wt.%。
7.根据权利要求3所述的中药降糖复方制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤e中所述超滤膜的截留分子量是100000-200000Da。
8.根据权利要求3所述的中药降糖复方制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤e中干燥为冷冻干燥或喷雾干燥。
