自粘性弹性绷带自身具有一定的粘性和弹性,在医疗领域通常用于进行特殊部分的敷料固定、烧伤及术后加压包扎、运动是对易损伤部位的包扎保护等,由于自粘性弹性绷带具有自我缠绕固定方便、顺应性强、弹性好的优点,因此应用非常广泛。
然而自粘性弹性绷带在使用过程中,由于时间较长或周围温度的升高,会出现不透气的现象,导致粘结强度降低而无法正常使用。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明解决的技术问题是,提供一种透气自粘弹性绷带的制备方法,制得的绷带具有抗压强度高、防护时间长、水蒸气透过率高的优点,可广泛用于临床治疗中。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种透气自粘弹性绷带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将25-38份丙酮和17-29份松香混合,在60-90℃温度下超声5-15min,得到混合物一;
(2)将步骤(1)所得混合物一、34-46份聚乙烯醇、12-27份聚氨酯、3-14份山梨酸钾、1-9份棕榈酸异丙酯和11-26份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚置于混合搅拌机中, 200-240℃温度下搅拌,用质量分数为30%的氢氧化钠溶液调节PH至中性后得到混合物二;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物二置于烘箱内10-30min,然后在氮气的保护下,采用双辊筒涂复法将其涂在无纺布基材上,经成卷、剪切、氮封、封口工序,即得所述透气自粘弹性绷带。
上述步骤(2)中混合搅拌机转速为1000-1400r/min。

从上表中可以看出:实施例1-5制得的绷带抗压强度在165-175 N之间,防护时间在50- 55 h之间,水蒸气透过率在421-445g/m2/24h之间;对比例1中未添加脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,抗压强度为158N,防护时间为40 h,水蒸气透过率为216 g/m2/24h;对比例2中未添加山梨酸钾,抗压强度为143N,防护时间为45 h,水蒸气透过率为303g/m2/24h。由此可知,本发明制得的透气自粘弹性绷带是由于组分之间的协同作用,提高抗压强度、防护时间和水蒸气透过率,可广泛用于临床治疗中。

1.一种透气自粘弹性绷带的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将25-38份丙酮和17-29份松香混合,在60-90℃温度下超声5-15min,得到混合物一;
(2)将步骤(1)所得混合物一、34-46份聚乙烯醇、12-27份聚氨酯、3-14份山梨酸钾、1-9份棕榈酸异丙酯和11-26份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚置于混合搅拌机中,200-240℃温度下搅拌,用质量分数为30%的氢氧化钠溶液调节PH至中性后得到混合物二;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物二置于烘箱内10-30min,然后在氮气的保护下,采用双辊筒涂复法将其涂在无纺布基材上,经成卷、剪切、氮封、封口工序,即得所述透气自粘弹性绷带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气自粘弹性绷带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中混合搅拌机转速为1000-1400r/min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气自粘弹性绷带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)混合搅拌机中压力为0.4-0.9MPa。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气自粘弹性绷带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中搅拌时间为60-150min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气自粘弹性绷带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中烘箱温度为50-70℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气自粘弹性绷带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中无纺布基材由质量分数为3:1的涤纶和腈纶组成。
