本发明公开了一种强化缓冲功能的汽车衬套,包括内套、外套和橡胶层,内套和外套为金属筒,橡胶层外围设有环形槽,所述环形槽设置在橡胶层的三分之一与三分之二之间,环形槽内装有液体,所述外套尺寸为橡胶层的三分之一,所述内套设置在橡胶层内部,所述液体为防冻液,所述橡胶层还设有圆形槽,所述圆形槽的圆心位于环形槽的中轴线上,本发明结构简单,在橡胶层内增加环形槽,环形槽内添加防冻液,实现液态和固态的双重减震,减震效果好。

本发明涉及汽车零部件,尤其是一种强化缓冲功能的汽车衬套。
背景技术
衬套广泛应用于汽车、工程机械行业,尤其是汽车行业,如汽车平衡杆、控制臂、拉杆和汽车钢板等,汽车衬套起密封、缓冲作用,汽车衬套由橡胶和金属件组成,单介质缓冲效果没有多介质缓冲效果好。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种强化缓冲功能的汽车衬套,提高减震性能。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种强化缓冲功能的汽车衬套,包括内套、外套和橡胶层,内套和外套为金属筒,橡胶层外围设有环形槽,所述环形槽设置在橡胶层的三分之一与三分之二之间,环形槽内装有液体,所述外套尺寸为橡胶层的三分之一,所述内套设置在橡胶层内部。
优选的,所述液体为防冻液。
进一步的,所述橡胶层还设有圆形槽,所述圆形槽的圆心位于环形槽的中轴线上。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构简单,在橡胶层内增加环形槽,环形槽内添加防冻液,实现液态和固态的双重减震,减震效果好。

以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
如图1所示,本发明公开一种强化缓冲功能的汽车衬套,包括内套3、外套2和橡胶层1,内套3和外套2为金属筒,橡胶层1外围设有环形槽4和圆形槽5,所述环形槽4设置在橡胶层1的三分之一与三分之二之间,环形槽4内装有液体,所述液体为防冻液,所述外套2尺寸为橡胶层1的三分之一,所述内套3设置在橡胶层1内部,所述橡胶层1还设有圆形槽5,所述圆形槽5的圆心位于环形槽4的中轴线上,圆形槽5与环形槽4相交。
通过在橡胶层1增加环形槽4,环形槽4内添加防冻液,实现液态和固态介质同时减震,增加减震效果,通过在环形槽4上增加圆形槽5,减震效果更好,产品等级提高,使用在高级车型上,提高利润。

1.一种强化缓冲功能的汽车衬套,包括内套、外套和橡胶层,其特征在于:内套和外套为金属筒,橡胶层外围设有环形槽,所述环形槽设置在橡胶层的三分之一与三分之二之间,环形槽内装有液体,所述外套尺寸为橡胶层的三分之一,所述内套设置在橡胶层内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述强化缓冲功能的汽车衬套,其特征在于:所述液体为防冻液。
3. 根据权利要求1所述强化缓冲功能的汽车衬套,其特征在于:所述橡胶层还设有圆形槽,所述圆形槽的圆心位于环形槽的中轴线上。
