Abstract

本发明为一种小型风力机机械式风压变桨装置,属于风力机领域。本装置叶片装在变桨轴承上,变桨轴承的上端与轮毂轴通过连杆联结,变桨轴承的下端与轮毂固定联结,轮毂与轮毂轴由三个平键联结,轮毂在轮毂轴上滑动,拉力筒与轮毂固定联结。在拉力筒的前端设有预紧螺栓,调整压力弹簧的预紧力。本装置在风力机起动前桨叶处于大攻角状态,便于风力机起动,使风力机输出特性稳定,风力机运转安全。另外本变桨装置机械传动系统结构简单,减少了制造成本。

本发明专利为一种小型风力机机械式风压变桨装置,属于风力机领域。
背景技术
目前在小型风力机上多采用尾翼调速法来控制速度,达到控制功率的目的,控制效果较差。部分风力机也采用了变桨的方法,但使用的变桨装置一般为离心变桨或电控变桨。离心变桨中转速的调控是一个正反馈调控,随着风速增加,只能使功率的增加变缓,不能完全达到限制其输出功率增高的目的;若采用电控变桨来进行功率控制,电控变桨中的动力元件有执行元件、测控元件,变桨系统结构复杂,在小型风力机上使用非常不经济。
发明内容
为了克服现有小型风力机功率转速控制效果差且变桨装置结构复杂、变桨效率低的不足,本发明专利特提出一种新的变桨装置——小型风力机机械式风压变桨装置。
本发明专利小型风力机机械式风压变桨装置主要由叶片、连杆、轮毂轴、轮毂、平键、拉力筒、压力弹簧、预紧螺栓、变桨轴承等组成。其结构是叶片装在变桨轴承上,变桨轴承的上端与轮毂轴通过连杆联结,变桨轴承的下端与轮毂固定联结,轮毂与轮毂轴由三个平键联结,轮毂在轮毂轴上滑动,拉力筒与轮毂固定联结。在拉力筒的前端设有预紧螺栓,调整压力弹簧的预紧力。
本小型风力机机械式风压变桨装置的工作过程为:随着自然风速的增大,风轮扫掠面所受的风的正压力也随着增大,当风速大于某一风速时,风压克服弹簧的预紧力,促使风轮沿着风向水平移动,在风轮水平移动时,通过固定在变桨轴承和轮毂轴上的连杆,使变桨轴承旋转来改变桨叶的安装角,使桨叶变桨,降低升力,达到限速的目的;当风速变小时,弹簧克服风压,风轮向上述相反的方向(来流方向)移动,通过连杆使桨叶反向变桨,保持风轮转速,提高风能利用率。
本小型风力机机械式风压变桨装置,在风力机起动前桨叶处于大攻角状态,便于风力机起动;该变桨装置使风力机输出特性稳定,风力机运转安全;另外变桨装置机械传动系统结构简单,减少了制造成本。

本发明专利小型风力机机械式风压变桨装置主要由叶片1、连杆2、轮毂轴3、轮毂4、平键5、拉力筒6、压力弹簧7、预紧螺栓8、变桨轴承9等组成。其结构是叶片1装在变桨轴承9上,变桨轴承9的上端与轮毂轴3通过连杆2联结,变桨轴承9的下端与轮毂4固定联结,轮毂4与轮毂轴3由三个平键5联结,轮毂4在轮毂轴3上滑动,拉力筒6与轮毂4固定联结。在拉力筒6的前端设有预紧螺栓8,调整压力弹簧7的预紧力。

1.本发明专利为一种小型风力机机械式风压变桨装置,它主要由叶片、连杆、轮毂轴、轮毂、平键、拉力筒、压力弹簧、预紧螺栓、变桨轴承等组成;其特征是:叶片装在变桨轴承上,变桨轴承的上端与轮毂轴通过连杆联结,变桨轴承的下端与轮毂固定联结,轮毂与轮毂轴由三个平键联结,轮毂在轮毂轴上滑动,拉力筒与轮毂固定联结,在拉力筒的前端设有预紧螺栓。
