Abstract

本发明提供了一种行位顶出开模注塑模具,包括模具模架结构组件、模具成型组件、模具侧抽芯机构组件、顶出组件;所述模具侧抽芯机构组件包括抽芯动力油缸、油缸拉杆、滑块体、侧型芯安装压块、脱模套圈块、套圈安装板、侧中央型芯;所述顶出组件包括顶针板导套、顶针板导柱、顶针盖板、顶针垫板、顶出导柱、顶出导套,顶出导柱能将模具侧抽芯机构组件一起顶出;采用上述技术方案提供本发明模具,在圆管型套壳产品外部包含有矩形螺纹,内部为空心管状且整个产品长度较长,表面不能有顶出痕迹时,能用简单的机构实现上述特征的产品的抽芯脱模及无痕迹顶出,且能满足自动化模塑生产,有效地保证了产品成型质量,使用便利。

技术领域
本发明涉及注塑模具机构设计领域,具体为一种行位顶出开模注塑模具。
背景技术
如图1所示,模塑成型圆管型套壳产品外部包含有矩形螺纹,内部为空心管状且整个产品长度较长,表面不能有顶出痕迹时,需要设计特殊的抽芯脱模和产品顶出机构,以及模具,以完成产品的自动化注塑生产。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种行位顶出开模注塑模具,设计合理,结构紧凑,工作稳定,安全可靠,使用便利;为解决上述现有的技术问题, 本发明采用如下方案:一种行位顶出开模注塑模具,包括抽芯动力油缸、油缸拉杆、压块、滑块体、侧型芯安装压块、脱模套圈块、套圈安装板、侧中央型芯、顶针板导套、顶针板导柱、顶针盖板、顶针垫板、顶出导柱、顶出导套、滑块底耐磨板、滑块座下安装板、油缸安装板、定模板、动模板、垫块、下模座板、型芯镶件、型腔镶件、模具导柱、定位圈、浇口套。
  作为优选,所述模具模架结构组件包括顶针板导套、顶针板导柱、顶针盖板、顶针垫板、定模板、动模板、垫块、下模座板。
  作为优选,所述模具成型组件包括侧中央型芯、型芯镶件、型腔镶件。
  作为优选,所述模具侧抽芯机构组件包括抽芯动力油缸、油缸拉杆、滑块体、侧型芯安装压块、脱模套圈块、套圈安装板、侧中央型芯;抽芯动力油缸通过油缸安装板安装于滑块座下安装板上,滑块体通过底部中央导向槽及滑块底耐磨板安装于滑块座下安装板上;脱模套圈块安装于套圈安装板内,套圈安装板安装于滑块座下安装板上;侧中央型芯通过侧型芯安装压块安装于滑块体上,滑块体能在滑块底耐磨板由抽芯动力油缸通过油缸拉杆拉动自由滑移;而套圈安装板不能做相对水平方向滑移移动。
    作为优选,所述顶出组件包括顶针板导套、顶针板导柱、顶针盖板、顶针垫板、顶出导柱、顶出导套,顶出导柱与顶出导套滑动配合安装,顶出导套安装于模具模板动模板上,顶出导柱上端通过螺钉与滑块座下安装板上紧固联结,下端安装于模具顶针盖板上,并由顶针垫板压紧紧固安装;顶出导柱能将模具侧抽芯机构组件一起顶出。
  作为优选,所述模具结构方式为两板模方式,模具布局为一模出两穴,浇注系统方式为冷流道扇形侧浇口方式。
有益效果:本发明采用上述技术方案提供的一种行位顶出开模注塑模具,在圆管型套壳产品外部包含有矩形螺纹,内部为空心管状且整个产品长度较长,表面不能有顶出痕迹时,能用简单的机构实现上述特征的产品的抽芯脱模及无痕迹顶出,且能满足自动化模塑生产,有效地保证了产品成型质量,降低了模具生产制作成本和产品注塑成本;模具结构设计合理,结构紧凑,工作稳定,安全可靠,使用便利。

具体实施方式
    图1-5所示为本发明相关说明图; 一种行位顶出开模注塑模具,包括抽芯动力油缸1、油缸拉杆2、压块3、滑块体4、侧型芯安装压块5、脱模套圈块6、套圈安装板7、侧中央型芯8、顶针板导套9、顶针板导柱10、顶针盖板11、顶针垫板12、顶出导柱13、顶出导套14、滑块底耐磨板15、滑块座下安装板16、油缸安装板17、定模板18、动模板19、垫块20、下模座板21、型芯镶件22、型腔镶件23、模具导柱24、定位圈25、浇口套26,如图3、图4所示。
   所述模具模架结构组件包括顶针板导套9、顶针板导柱10、顶针盖板11、顶针垫板12、定模板18、动模板19、垫块20、下模座板21。
  所述模具成型组件包括侧中央型芯8、型芯镶件22、型腔镶件23。
  所述模具侧抽芯机构组件包括抽芯动力油缸1、油缸拉杆2、滑块体4、侧型芯安装压块5、脱模套圈块6、套圈安装板7、侧中央型芯8;抽芯动力油缸1通过油缸安装板17安装于滑块座下安装板16上,滑块体4通过底部中央导向槽及滑块底耐磨板15安装于滑块座下安装板16上;脱模套圈块6安装于套圈安装板7内,套圈安装板7安装于滑块座下安装板16上;侧中央型芯8通过侧型芯安装压块5安装于滑块体4上,滑块体4能在滑块底耐磨板15由抽芯动力油缸1通过油缸拉杆2拉动自由滑移;而套圈安装板7不能做相对水平方向滑移移动。
   所述顶出组件包括顶针板导套9、顶针板导柱10、顶针盖板11、顶针垫板12、顶出导柱13、顶出导套14,顶出导柱13与顶出导套14滑动配合安装,顶出导套14安装于模具模板动模板19上,顶出导柱13上端通过螺钉与滑块座下安装板16上紧固联结,下端安装于模具顶针盖板11上,并由顶针垫板12压紧紧固安装;顶出导柱13能将模具侧抽芯机构组件一起顶出,如图5所示。
   所述模具结构方式为两板模方式,模具布局为一模出两穴,浇注系统方式为冷流道扇形侧浇口方式。
实际工作时,如图3所示,其运动工作原理如下:
   1)型腔侧脱模  模具注塑完毕开模后,产品与模具型腔镶件23分离脱模,产品留于侧中央型芯8跟随动模一起后退运动;
   2)型芯侧脱模 动模后退运动到一定距离后,注塑机顶杆顶住顶针垫板12,通过顶针垫板12推动顶住导柱13将模具侧抽芯机构组件顶住,使其不能相对继续后退,产品留于侧中央型芯8上,此时型芯镶件22则继续跟随动模后退,从而实现产品型芯侧的脱模;
 3)侧抽芯 待动模不能继续后退后,抽芯动力油缸1动作,将通过油缸拉杆2带动滑块体4向左做侧抽芯,滑块体4将带动侧中央型芯8从产品中抽出,从而实现整个产品的脱模;
4)复位 复位时,侧中央型芯8在抽芯动力油缸1的推动下,先向右推回复位,而后动模在注塑动模板的推动下复位闭合,最后由压块3将滑块体4压回并锁闭,最后整个模具闭合,等待下一个注塑循环开始。

1.一种行位顶出开模注塑模具,包括抽芯动力油缸(1)、油缸拉杆(2)、压块(3)、滑块体(4)、侧型芯安装压块(5)、脱模套圈块(6)、套圈安装板(7)、侧中央型芯(8)、顶针板导套(9)、顶针板导柱(10)、顶针盖板(11)、顶针垫板(12)、顶出导柱(13)、顶出导套(14)、滑块底耐磨板(15)、滑块座下安装板(16)、油缸安装板(17)、定模板(18)、动模板(19)、垫块(20)、下模座板(21)、型芯镶件(22)、型腔镶件(23)、模具导柱(24)、定位圈(25)、浇口套(26)。
2.根据权利要求1一种行位顶出开模注塑模具,所述模具模架结构组件包括顶针板导套(9)、顶针板导柱(10)、顶针盖板(11)、顶针垫板(12)、定模板(18)、动模板(19)、垫块(20)、下模座板(21)。
3.根据权利要求1一种行位顶出开模注塑模具,所述模具成型组件包括侧中央型芯(8)、型芯镶件(22)、型腔镶件(23)。
4.根据权利要求1一种行位顶出开模注塑模具,所述模具侧抽芯机构组件包括抽芯动力油缸(1)、油缸拉杆(2)、滑块体(4)、侧型芯安装压块(5)、脱模套圈块(6)、套圈安装板(7)、侧中央型芯(8);抽芯动力油缸(1)通过油缸安装板(17)安装于滑块座下安装板(16)上,滑块体(4)通过底部中央导向槽及滑块底耐磨板(15)安装于滑块座下安装板(16)上;脱模套圈块(6)安装于套圈安装板(7)内,套圈安装板(7)安装于滑块座下安装板(16)上;侧中央型芯(8)通过侧型芯安装压块(5)安装于滑块体(4)上,滑块体(4)能在滑块底耐磨板(15)由抽芯动力油缸(1)通过油缸拉杆(2)拉动自由滑移;而套圈安装板(7)不能做相对水平方向滑移移动。
5.根据权利要求1一种行位顶出开模注塑模具,所述顶出组件包括顶针板导套(9)、顶针板导柱(10)、顶针盖板(11)、顶针垫板(12)、顶出导柱(13)、顶出导套(14),顶出导柱(13)与顶出导套(14)滑动配合安装,顶出导套(14)安装于模具模板动模板(19)上,顶出导柱(13)上端通过螺钉与滑块座下安装板(16)上紧固联结,下端安装于模具顶针盖板(11)上,并由顶针垫板(12)压紧紧固安装;顶出导柱(13)能将模具侧抽芯机构组件一起顶出。
