2.—种权利要求1所述的健脾养胃山药栗米羹的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: (1)、将栗米、薏米加入清水后浸泡30-40分钟,再清干净,加水大火烧开,然后改用小火熬煮40-60分钟; (2)、将荷叶、人参果、藿香、木香、半夏、豆蔻、菖蒲粉碎至40-60目,加10-20倍水煎煮1-2小时,过滤去渣,得煎煮液; (3)、将山药、芡实、新鲜莲子、海带、百合除杂洗净,加入笼蒸制熟透,热风烘干,加入步骤(2)中的煎煮液翻煮至液汁收干,碾磨成粉状,得到混合粉; (4)、将其他剩余原料与步骤(I)、步骤(3 )混合搅拌均匀,继续加热,直至熬熟,冷却,装入罐中即可。
