本发明涉及一种中药,具体涉及一种治疗老年痴呆的中药。
背景技术
老年痴呆症，是一种进行性发展的致死性神经退行性疾病，临床表现为认知和记忆功能不断恶化，日常生活能力进行性减退，并有各种神经精神症状和行为障碍。老年痴呆是一种中枢神经系统变性病，起病隐袭，病程呈慢性进行性，主要表现为渐进性记忆障碍、认知功能障碍、人格改变及语言障碍等神经精神症状，严重影响社交、职业与生活功能。随着我国将进入老龄社会，老年痴呆症的发病率在逐年增高。老年痴呆如果不提早发现和治疗，等发展严重了就无法治愈了。早期的痴呆能治好，可要随着病症的长期发展时就无法治疗了。
根据科学的研究，老年人出现大脑萎缩，记忆力衰退，呈老年痴呆症状，其原因是大脑细胞的信息、物质和能量运输不昌。老年痴呆症的机理：首先，人在成长过程中由于生活、工作、交友等方面的不健康行为，例如“贪、憎、痴”而产生不健康的信息会在大脑中沉淀，感应三方面将大脑中累积的不健康的信息驱除；其次，人不健康的饮食习惯，例如暴食暴饮、贪吃等，很多老人出现“三高”，血液浓度加大，杂质和毒素太多，血管壁增厚，血管变窄，出现部分脑梗阻，影响大脑中微血管的信息、物质和能量的运输，进而影响脑细胞的新程代谢。
目前医学界还没有很好的治疗办法。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种疗效好，治愈率高，无毒副作用的治疗老年痴呆的中药。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现：一种治疗老年痴呆的中药，包括以下重量份数的药物制备而成：桃仁10-20、大黄10-15、桂枝8-12、龙骨5-8、牡蛎5-10、朱茯神6-9、远志8-12、蜈蚣10-15、升麻6-9、沉香3-5、白术6-10、甘草5-10。
本发明的技术方案可以是这样实现的：
一种治疗老年痴呆的中药，包括以下重量份数的药物制备而成：桃仁15、大黄13、桂枝10、龙骨7、牡蛎8、朱茯神8、远志10、蜈蚣12、升麻7、沉香4、白术8、甘草7。
将各种药按重量配比称重后放在沙锅中水煎服，加药材5倍重量的水，大火将水煮沸，再用用文火煎煮2小时，过滤得滤液。
每日2次，每次200-250ml。30天为一个疗程。
具体的各个药物成分的药理为如下：
桃仁：苦、甘，平。归心、肝、大肠经。活血祛瘀，润肠通便。
大黄：苦，寒。归胃经；大肠经；肝经；脾经。攻积滞；清湿热；泻火；凉血；祛瘀；解毒。
桂枝：味辛、甘，性温，归肺、心、膀胱经。发汗解表、散寒止痛、通阳化气。
龙骨：味甘涩，平。入心、肝、肾、大肠经。重镇安神镇惊安神，敛汗固精，止血涩肠，生肌敛疮。治惊痫癫狂，怔忡健忘，失眠多梦，自汗盗汗，遗精淋浊，吐衄便血，崩漏带下，泻痢脱肛，溃疡久不收口。
牡蛎：味咸；性微寒。归肝；肾经。平肝潜阳；重镇安神；软坚散结；收敛固涩。
朱茯神：：味辛，性温；归心、肝经；活血通径、散瘀止痛。
远志：苦辛，温。入心、肾经。安神益智，祛痰，解郁。
蜈蚣：味辛；性温；有毒。归肝经。祛风止痉；通络止痛；攻毒散结。
升麻：辛、微甘，微寒。归肺、脾、胃、大肠经。发表透疹，清热解毒，升举阳气。
沉香：味辛、苦，温。归脾、胃、肾经。行气止痛，温中散寒，降逆平喘。
白术：苦、甘，温。归脾、胃经。健脾益气，燥湿利水。
甘草：味甘，平。归心、肺、脾、胃经。补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药。
本发明的功能及主治：本发明根据中医理论，诸药合用的使本药药剂具有逐淤凝神、醒脑开窍的功效。对老年痴呆的治疗具有很好的疗效。
本发明的有益效果：本发明以纯中药配制而成，配方科学合理，无毒副作用，疗效短，见效快，具有逐淤凝神、醒脑开窍，活血通经，对于老年痴呆有很好的疗效。

实施例1：一种治疗老年痴呆的中药，包括以下重量份数的药物制备而成：桃仁10、大黄10、桂枝8、龙骨5、牡蛎5、朱茯神6、远志8、蜈蚣10、升麻6、沉香3、白术6、甘草5。
实施例2：一种治疗老年痴呆的中药，3包括以下重量份数的药物制备而成：桃仁20、大黄15、桂枝12、龙骨8、牡蛎10、朱茯神9、远志12、蜈蚣15、升麻9、沉香5、白术10、甘草10。
实施例3：一种治疗老年痴呆的中药，包括以下重量份数的药物制备而成：桃仁15、大黄13、桂枝10、龙骨7、牡蛎8、朱茯神8、远志10、蜈蚣12、升麻7、沉香4、白术8、甘草7。
实施例1-3中将挑选好的上述中药：将各种药按重量配比称重后放在沙锅中水煎服，加药材5倍重量的水，大火将水煮沸，再用用文火煎煮2小时，过滤得滤液。
每日2次，每次200-250ml。30天为一个疗程。服用6-12个疗程。

本发明临床观察的结果如下：
本发明的中药的有效治愈率统计，疗效标准如下：
痊愈：症状消失，病情痊愈。
有效：症状有所改善，病情减轻。
无效：症状无明显改善。
本发明治疗参与统计的患者共82例，其中：痊愈52例，有效21例，
无效9例，总有效率达到90％以上。
典型病例：
赵某，男，78岁，来诊时，情绪不稳，烦躁不安，记忆力减退，神志迟钝，。服用本发明的药，每天早晚各服1次，连续服用6个疗程，记忆力有所恢复，神志恢复清醒，生活可基本自理，继续服用本中药4个疗程，病症完全消失，痊愈。
李某某，女，72岁，不认识亲人，常年卧床不起，生活不能自理，脾气暴躁，患病有一年多。服用本中药4个疗程，其家人反映病症有所减轻效，继续服用本药10个疗程后亲人认识了，能下床走路，生活基本自理，痊愈。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗老年痴呆的中药，其特征在于：包括以下重量份数的药物制备而成：桃仁15、大黄13、桂枝10、龙骨7、牡蛎8、朱茯神8、远志10、蜈蚣12、升麻7、沉香4、白术8、甘草7。
