本发明的有益效果是：这种水动力清洁器不需能源作动力，节能，容易操作，适合家庭使用；结构简单，成本低，容易生产。

具体实施方案
清洗器筒1上端连接接水管2，下端连接清洗头3。清洗筒1内装有导水管4，其下端对准水轮5的叶片，上端连接接水管2；水轮5下接转动杆6，转动杆6是中空的，其在位于清洗器筒1的底部位置有进水孔7；转动杆6下端与清洗头3连接；清洗头3内部有水道与四周的出水孔8连通。
一种抹水动力清洁器，使用时，把接水管2连接到自来水龙头，自来水通过导水管4，冲动水轮5，水轮5带动转动杆6，转动杆6转动清洗头3；水通过进水孔7，从清洗头3上的出水孔8流出。
