Claims (17)

1.一种治疗睡眠呼吸暂停的可植入设备,该设备包含: 柔性基板,被调整大小和成形为支持至少一对调节电极,并且被配置为位于下颂舌骨肌和颏舌肌之间,该基板还包括被配置为位于颏舌骨肌和颏舌肌之间并且被配置为邻近颏舌肌植入的部分; 布置在基板上的可植入电路,该可植入电路耦合到被配置为刺激舌下神经的至少一对调节电极,其中所述至少一对调制电极被耦合到所述可植入电路; 部署在基板的至少一部分和可植入电路的至少一部分之上的封装结构,该封装结构包括: 第一聚合物层,具有第一密度;以及 第二聚合物层,部署在第一聚合物层之上,并且具有小于第一密度的密度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,第一聚合物层包括聚对二甲苯,并且第二聚合物层包括娃。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其中,聚对二甲苯包括C型聚对二甲苯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,还包含被第一聚合物层和第二聚合物层封装的天线。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,可植入电路包括被配置为在设备的弯曲的期间维持电接触的至少一个曲折的电迹线。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设备,还包含连接到可植入电路的至少一对调节电极,其中,第一聚合物层包括在一个或多个调节电极之上的第一暴露窗口,所述第一暴露窗口具有第一面积;以及 其中,第二聚合物层包括在一个或多个调节电极之上并且在第一暴露窗口之上至少部分地延伸的第二暴露窗口,所述第二暴露窗口具有比第一暴露窗口的第一面积更大的第二面积。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,基板包括至少一个穿孔,其中,在基板的第一侧以及与第一侧相反的基板的第二侧上部署第一聚合物层,并且其中,在基板的第一侧上、在与第一侧相反的基板的第二侧上、以及穿过至少一个穿孔部署第二聚合物层。

16.根据权利要求1所述的设备,还包括部署在第二聚合物层之上的第三聚合物层,其中,第三聚合物层具有比第二聚合物层更小的密度。
17.根据权利要求16所述的设备,其中,第三聚合物层包括聚对二甲苯。
