Abstract
The present invention provides a heat exchanger assembly comprising: the heat exchanger body is a finned tube heat exchanger, the refrigerant tubes at two ends of the heat exchanger body are respectively provided with side plates for fixing fins in a penetrating mode, the side plates are provided with first fixing portions and comprise side plate bodies, the first sides of the side plate bodies are bent to form the first fixing portions, and the electric heating device is directly arranged on the first fixing portions of the side plates. The heat exchanger component reduces intermediate connecting parts, simplifies the structure, reduces the assembling procedures and is firm and reliable in matching. The invention also provides an air conditioner.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of air conditioners, in particular to a heat exchanger assembly and an air conditioner with the same.
Background
At present, air conditioners generally have refrigeration and heating functions, and in order to solve the problem of insufficient heating capacity of the air conditioners, an electric heating device is usually arranged on a heat exchanger. The small wall-mounted air conditioner has small electric heating and can be directly arranged on an end plate of the evaporator. For a high-power commercial air conditioner, the electric heating weight is large, and in order to ensure firm and reliable fixation, a fixing device needs to be additionally arranged, so that parts for fixing the electric heating are added, the working procedures are increased, and the fixation of the electric heating is more difficult.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an electrically heated heat exchanger assembly, which does not need to be provided with an electric heating fixing device independently, has a simple structure and simplifies the assembly process. Also provides an air conditioner with simple structure.

Detailed Description
The embodiments of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, but the invention can be implemented in many different ways as defined and covered by the claims.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present invention provides a heat exchanger assembly comprising: the heat exchanger comprises a heat exchanger body 11 and an electric heating device 30, wherein the heat exchanger body 11 is a finned tube heat exchanger, two ends of the heat exchanger body are provided with side plates 20 for fixing refrigerant tubes, the side plates 20 are provided with first fixing portions 22, each side plate 20 comprises a side plate body 21, a first side of each side plate body 21 is bent to form the first fixing portion 22, and the electric heating device 30 is directly arranged on the first fixing portion 22 of each side plate. The first fixing part is formed by bending the side plate of the heat exchanger body, the electric heating device is directly fixed on the side plate of the heat exchanger body, the electric heating fixing device is omitted, intermediate connecting parts are reduced, the structure is simplified, the assembling procedures are reduced, and the matching is firm and reliable.
Referring to fig. 3, the side plate 20 includes a side plate body 21, a through hole penetrating through the refrigerant pipe is formed in the side plate body 21, the side plate body 21 is bent along a first side of the length direction to form the first fixing portion 22, a screw hole is formed in the first fixing portion 22, and two ends of the electric heating device are fixed to the first fixing portions 22 of the side plate at two ends of the heat exchanger body through screws. The second side of the side plate body 21 opposite to the first side is bent to form the second fixing portion 24, the second fixing portion 24 is provided with a screw hole, and the heat exchanger assembly 10 is arranged on the air conditioner through the second fixing portion 24.
In one embodiment, the first fixing portion 22 is formed by one-time bending, the first fixing portion 22 includes a fixing plate 221, and a first bending portion is provided between the sideboard body 21 and the fixing plate 221. For the convenience of processing and the fixation of the electric heating device, the edge plate body 21 is substantially perpendicular to the first fixing portion 22, i.e. the first bending portion is preferably a 90-degree bending angle. Two ends of the electric heating device are fixed on the first fixing part 22 through screws, and the electric heating device is parallel to the heat exchanger body 11. The first fixing part is formed by bending, so that the strength of the side plate can be improved, and the fixing reliability of the electric heating device is improved.
In order to increase the strength of the first fixing portion 22, a rib 23 is provided at the first bent portion between the side plate body 21 and the fixing plate 221, and the rib 23 is formed by pressing, but may be formed by welding.
Preferably, the length of the fixing plate 221 (the dimension along the length direction of the edge plate) is smaller than the length of the edge plate body 21, and for saving materials, the length of the fixing plate 221 is only required to meet the fixing requirement of the electric heating device, and is not required to be too long, so that the heat dissipation of the heat exchanger is not affected.
Referring to fig. 4, as another embodiment, the first fixing portion 22 is formed by bending a plurality of times, the first fixing portion 22 includes a fixing plate 221 and a connecting portion, and the bending structure between the fixing plate 221 and the sideboard body 21 forms the connecting portion 200. The connecting portion 200 has a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate, a second bending portion 202 is provided between the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate, a third bending portion 201 is provided between the first connecting plate and the side plate body, and a fourth bending portion 203 is provided between the second connecting plate and the fixing plate 221. By adding the connecting portion, the force applied to the fixing plate 221 is shared by the plurality of bent portions, and the tensile strength of the side plate is improved. Through setting up connecting portion, adjustment installation space to adapt to different installation spaces.
Preferably, the length of the connecting portion 200 is equal to the length of the sideboard body 21, so as to increase the strength of the sideboard body 21.
In order to increase the strength of the first fixing portion 22, a reinforcing rib 23 is provided on the fourth bent portion 203 between the second connecting plate and the fixing plate 221, and the reinforcing rib 23 is formed by pressing, but may be formed by welding.
In this embodiment, the first fixing portion 22 is formed by bending for multiple times, and for the convenience of processing and the convenience of fixing the electric heating device, the multiple bending angles are preferably right angles, and the side plate body 21 is substantially perpendicular to the fixing plate 221. Two ends of the electric heating device are fixed on the fixing plate 221 through screws, and the electric heating device is parallel to the heat exchanger body 11.
The electric heating devices have different structural forms, are longer and shorter, and can adopt different structures and different quantities of electric heating devices according to the use requirements of the air conditioner. When a longer electric heating device is used, both ends of the electric heating device can be directly fixed on the first fixing portion 22 of the side plate by screws. But when selecting for use a plurality of miniature shorter many electric heater unit, increase a mounting groove 31, mounting groove 31 bottom is hollow structure, and the bottom is provided with a plurality of fixed muscle, and a plurality of electric heater unit fix on the fixed muscle of mounting groove, and mounting groove 31 both ends are fixed realize fixedly on the first fixed part 22 of sideboard.
The first fixing portion and the second fixing portion of the side plate may be formed by bending the side plate, or may be integrally formed by casting as another processing method.
According to the heat exchanger assembly provided by the invention, the electric heating fixing part is directly processed on the side plate of the heat exchanger body, an electric heating fixing device is not required to be independently arranged, the structure is simple, the assembly process is simplified, intermediate connecting pieces are reduced, and the connecting strength is improved.
The invention also provides an air conditioner which is provided with the heat exchanger assembly and has a simple structure and fewer assembly processes.

1. A heat exchanger assembly comprising: the heat exchanger comprises a heat exchanger body and an electric heating device, wherein the heat exchanger body is a finned tube heat exchanger, and side plates for fixing refrigerant tubes are arranged at two ends of the heat exchanger body.
2. The heat exchanger assembly of claim 1, wherein the first fixed portion comprises a fixed plate with a first bend between the edge plate body and the fixed plate.
3. The heat exchanger assembly of claim 1, wherein the first securing portion comprises a securing plate and a connecting portion having a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate with a second bend therebetween, a third bend between the first connecting plate and the header body, and a fourth bend between the second connecting plate and the securing plate.
4. The heat exchanger assembly of claim 3, wherein the length of the connection is equal to the length of the edge plate body.
5. The heat exchanger assembly according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the fixing plate has a length less than the side plate body length.
6. The heat exchanger assembly of claim 2, wherein the first bend has a rib thereon, the rib being stamped and formed.
7. The heat exchanger assembly according to claim 3, wherein the first and/or third bent portions have a rib thereon, the rib being stamped and formed.
8. The heat exchanger assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the plurality of electric heating devices are fixed in a mounting groove, and both ends of the mounting groove are fixed on the first fixing portions of the side plates.
9. The heat exchanger assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a second edge of the edge plate body opposite to the first edge is bent to form a second fixing portion through which the heat exchanger assembly is connected to a device.
10. An air conditioner characterized by having the heat exchanger assembly of any one of claims 1-9.
