a cleanliness sensor which senses the cleanliness of the rinsing water discharged from the drain pipe and the rinsing water is arranged at the outlet of the drain pipe, and a drain branch communicated with a sewer is formed on a water collecting pipeline between the first electromagnetic valve and the water collecting tank through a pipeline; a third electromagnetic valve for controlling the on/off of the drainage pipeline is arranged on the drainage pipeline;
the using device comprises a priority water using device and a first water using branch, wherein the priority water using device is used for supplementing water through the water collecting tank preferentially and supplementing water through municipal water when no water exists in the water collecting tank; the preferential water using device is internally provided with a floating valve bracket, a rotating wheel bracket, a water collecting tank pipeline, a municipal water pipeline and a preferential water using device outlet; the float valve bracket is provided with a float valve which can rise or fall along with the rise or fall of the liquid level, and the float valve is fixedly connected with a float valve output handle; two rotatable rotating wheels are arranged on the rotating wheel bracket along the liquid level lifting direction, and each rotating wheel is provided with a cross-shaped connecting rod; the water collecting tank pipeline and the municipal water pipeline are respectively provided with a valve, each valve is respectively provided with a rotatable valve output handle, each valve output handle is provided with two long handles with a certain included angle, the two valves are respectively arranged corresponding to the two rotating wheels, and the valve of the water collecting tank pipeline is arranged above the valve of the municipal water pipeline; when one end of the output handle of the floating valve abuts against one end of the connecting rod of one rotating wheel along with the rising or falling of the floating valve, the rotating wheel is driven to rotate, and the other end opposite to the end abuts against the long handle of the corresponding valve output handle, so that the output handle of the valve is driven to rotate, and the corresponding valve opening/closing is controlled; the upper end of the water collecting tank pipeline is connected with the first water branch, and the lower end of the water collecting tank pipeline is a water outlet of the water collecting tank; the upper end of the municipal water pipeline is connected with the municipal water pipeline, the lower end of the municipal water pipeline is a municipal water outlet, and the outlet of the priority water device is communicated with the toilet water tank; or a float valve bracket, a water collecting tank pipeline, a municipal water pipeline and a priority water using device outlet are arranged in the priority water using device; the float valve bracket is provided with a float valve which can rise or fall along with the rise or fall of the liquid level, and the float valve is fixedly connected with a float valve output handle; the water collecting tank pipeline and the municipal water pipeline are respectively provided with a valve, each valve is respectively provided with a rotatable valve output handle, each valve output handle is provided with two long handles with a certain included angle, the two valves respectively correspond to the floating valve output handles along the lifting direction of the liquid level, and the valve of the water collecting tank pipeline is arranged above the valve of the municipal water pipeline; when one end of the output handle of the float valve is propped against one of the long handles of one of the valve output handles along with the rising or falling of the float valve, the valve output handle is driven to rotate, and the corresponding valve is controlled to be opened/closed; the upper end of the water collecting tank pipeline is connected with the first water branch, and the lower end of the water collecting tank pipeline is a water outlet of the water collecting tank; the upper end of the municipal water pipeline is connected with the municipal water pipeline, the lower end of the municipal water pipeline is a municipal water outlet, and the outlet of the priority water device is communicated with the toilet water tank;
the priority water using device is communicated with the water collecting tank through a pipeline to form a first water using branch, the priority water using device is communicated with a water inlet of a toilet water tank through a pipeline, and the priority water using device is communicated with a municipal water pipeline;
the water collecting tank and the priority water using device are respectively arranged above the toilet water tank, and the water collecting tank is arranged above the priority water using device;
the first electromagnetic valve, the second electromagnetic valve, the third electromagnetic valve, the cleanliness sensor, the water pump and the liquid level sensor are respectively and electrically connected with the intelligent controller;
after the toilet tank is flushed, water is replenished by a priority water supply device which supplies water by priority to water in the water collection tank, and municipal water is used as the replenishment.

The rinse water collecting and using device of the washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the using device further comprises a water flushing branch, a second water branch, a fourth solenoid valve and a fifth solenoid valve, the water flushing branch is arranged between the water pump and the second solenoid valve and is connected with a car washing flower watering pipeline; a fourth electromagnetic valve for controlling the on/off of the flushing branch is arranged on the flushing branch;
the water collecting tank is communicated with a water collecting pipeline between the first electromagnetic valve and the water pump through a pipeline to form a second water branch, and a fifth electromagnetic valve for controlling the connection/disconnection of the second water branch is arranged on the second water branch;
the fourth electromagnetic valve and the fifth electromagnetic valve are respectively and electrically connected with the intelligent controller.
3. A washing machine rinse water collection and use apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the valve output handle is rotated through an angle of 90 °; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

A rinse water collecting and using apparatus for a washing machine according to claim 1, wherein said water collecting tank has a water inlet, a first water outlet, an overflow port, said water inlet being connected to said water collecting pipe; the first water outlet is connected with the first water branch, and the water inlet and the overflow port are arranged at the upper part of the water collecting tank; the first water outlet is arranged at the bottom of the water collecting tank, and the overflow port is communicated with a sewer.

A rinse water collecting and using apparatus for a washing machine according to claim 2, wherein said water collecting tank has a water inlet, a first water outlet, a second water outlet, and an overflow port, said water inlet being connected to said water collecting pipe; the first water outlet is connected with the first water branch, and the second water outlet is connected with the second water branch; the water inlet and the overflow port are arranged at the upper part of the water collecting tank; the first water outlet and the second water outlet are arranged at the bottom of the water collecting tank in parallel; the overflow port is communicated with a sewer.

A washing machine rinsing water collecting and using device as claimed in claim 4 or 5, wherein a reed pipe is respectively arranged at two ends in the liquid level sensor, and a floater capable of floating along with the rise and fall of the liquid level is arranged between the two reed pipes; the reed switch at the top end is positioned at the upper part of the water collecting tank, the reed switch at the bottom end is positioned at the lower part of the water collecting tank, and the floater is electrically connected with the reed switch through a conducting wire.

firstly, the washing machine works;
secondly, detecting whether water passes through the cleaning degree sensor;
if no water passes through the first electromagnetic valve, the second electromagnetic valve and the third electromagnetic valve are closed, and waiting is carried out;
if water passes through the first electromagnetic valve, the first electromagnetic valve is opened;
thirdly, detecting whether the water cleanliness is qualified or not through a cleanliness sensor, detecting whether the water in the water collection tank is not full through a liquid level sensor in the water collection tank or not,

if the cleanliness is qualified or the water in the water collecting tank is full, the third electromagnetic valve is opened, water is discharged to the sewer through the water discharging branch, and the second step is returned;
fourthly, detecting whether the water in the water collecting tank is full through a liquid level sensor in the water collecting tank;
if the water in the water collecting tank is full, the second electromagnetic valve is closed, and the second step is returned;
and if the water in the water collecting tank is not full, returning to the third step.
