[0002] 最近发布的《煤电节能减排升级与改造行动计划(2014-2020年)》,提出了更高的能效环保标准,规定东部地区新建燃煤机组SO2排放浓度基本达到35mg/Nm3,中部地区新建燃煤机组S02&度接近或达到35mg/Nm 3;另为满足脱硫后烟气进一步脱除CO 2的要求,需要将烟气SO2排放浓度达到20mg/Nm3以下的浓度标准。
[0003]目前常规石灰石/石灰-石膏湿法脱硫系统与方法,应用于燃用低硫煤机组,能够达到排放标准;对于燃用中高硫煤机组,要满足更高排放标准要求,必须建造大容量的吸收塔,设置多台大型浆液循环泵和氧化风机,导致脱硫能耗较高;此外,如采取提高浆液PH值以达到更高脱硫效率的方法,会造成石膏氧化结晶困难,得到品质较差的石膏。

[0005] 本发明目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种独立循环的湿法脱硫系统及方法,具有很高的脱硫效率,在满足排放标准的同时,又具有较低系统能耗,并生成高品质石膏。

一种独立循环的湿法脱硫系统,包括主塔、预洗结晶塔、石灰石/石灰供浆泵、主塔循环泵、氧化风机、主塔石膏排出泵、预洗结晶塔循环泵、预洗结晶塔石膏排出泵;所述预洗结晶塔顶部的烟气出口经烟道与主塔中部的烟气入口连通,主塔顶部的烟气出口经排烟管道与大气连通;所述主塔内底部设有主塔浆液池,主塔浆液池上设有主塔搅拌器;主塔内烟气入口与烟气出口之间从下至上依次设有主塔脱硫区和除雾区;所述石灰石/石灰供浆泵通过供浆管与主塔浆液池连通,所述主塔循环泵一端通过循环浆液管与主塔浆液池连通,另一端通过循环浆液管与主塔脱硫区连通;

经预洗结晶塔处理后的烟气通过预洗结晶塔烟气出口、主塔烟气进口进入主塔,主塔浆液池内浆液经主塔循环泵送至主塔脱硫区,烟气与浆液在主塔脱硫区进行接触,进一步脱除烟气中的SO2,浆液吸收SO2后落入主塔浆液池内,通过石灰石/石灰供浆泵和主塔循环泵控制主塔浆液池内的浆液pH值为5.6-7.0 ;浆液落入主塔浆液池后,被主塔浆液池中的空气氧化,并结晶;
经主塔脱硫区深度脱硫处理后的净烟气经除雾区除雾,去除大液滴后从主塔烟气出口排出,完成烟气的净化。
[0010] 本发明的有益效果是:
(O主塔和预洗结晶塔在不同浆液PH值条件下独立运行,主塔维持较高pH值(5.6-7.0),能够保证较高的脱硫效率的同时降低液气比从而降低系统能耗;预洗结晶塔维持较低PH值(4.0-5.0),有利于氧化和硫酸盐深度结晶,能够得到高品质石膏;
(2)烟气经过预洗结晶塔预洗,烟温降低,主塔体积减小节省材料,同时,烟温降低,有利于楽液吸收SO2,提尚脱硫效率;
(3)降低了液气比和氧化空气系数,减小系统能耗;
(4)由于设置烟气预洗结晶塔,可减小主塔浆液池体积,同时,可省去烟气事故喷淋降温系统,系统简化,节省投资;
(5)对煤种变化和锅炉负荷变化适应性强,脱硫效率较高,净烟气中SO2浓度可达到20mg/Nm3以下排放标准。

[0014] 图1为本发明的结构示意图,如图所示,一种独立循环的湿法脱硫系统,包括主塔1、预洗结晶塔2、石灰石/石灰供浆泵6、主塔循环泵7、氧化风机9、主塔石膏排出泵10、预洗结晶塔循环泵13、预洗结晶塔石膏排出泵15 ;所述预洗结晶塔2顶部的烟气出口经烟道与主塔I中部的烟气入口连通,主塔I顶部的烟气出口经排烟管道与大气连通;所述主塔I内底部设有主塔浆液池3,主塔浆液池3上设有主塔搅拌器8 ;主塔I内烟气入口与烟气出口之间从下至上依次设有主塔脱硫区4和除雾区5 ;所述石灰石/石灰供浆泵6通过供浆管与主塔浆液池3连通,所述主塔循环泵7 —端通过循环浆液管与主塔浆液池3连通,另一端通过循环浆液管与主塔脱硫区4连通;通过石灰石/石灰供浆泵6和主塔循环泵7可以控制主塔浆液池3内的浆液pH值为5.6-7.0,促进SO2吸收,保证较高的脱硫效率,并减小液气比,降低循环泵能耗;
所述预洗结晶塔2内底部设有氧化结晶浆液池11,氧化结晶浆液池11设置有预洗结晶塔搅拌器14 ;顶部设有预洗结晶塔脱硫区12 ;所述预洗结晶塔循环泵13 —端通过循环浆液管与氧化结晶浆液池11连通,另一端通过循环浆液管与预洗结晶塔脱硫区12连通;预洗结晶塔循环泵13用于将浆液从氧化结晶浆液池11输送到预洗结晶塔脱硫区12,调节氧化结晶浆液池11的浆液PH,使之保持在4.0-5.0 ;所述预洗结晶塔石膏排出泵15通过石膏排出管与氧化结晶浆液池11连通;所述主塔浆液池3通过主塔石膏排出泵10和石膏排出管与预洗结晶塔脱硫区12连通;通过主塔石膏排出泵10可以控制氧化结晶浆液池11内的浆液pH值为4.0-5.0,有利于亚硫酸盐氧化,氧化空气耗量减小,从而降低氧化风机能耗,同时,较低PH条件(4.0-5.0)有利于提高石灰石/石灰利用率和硫酸盐深度结晶,提高石膏品质,得到品质很好的石膏;所述氧化风机9通过氧化空气管道与主塔浆液池3和氧化结晶浆液池11连通。
[0015] 所述主塔I可以是喷淋塔、托盘塔、鼓泡式或液柱式吸收塔等各种可能的形式,但不限于此。
[0016] 所述预洗结晶塔2可以是喷淋塔、液柱塔、鼓泡式或液幕式吸收塔等各种可能的形式,但不限于此。
[0017] 这种应用了独立循环的湿法脱硫系统的独立循环的湿法脱硫方法,该方法具体为:
原烟气从预洗结晶塔2烟气入口进入预洗结晶塔2,主塔浆液池3内浆液经主塔石膏排出泵10送至预洗结晶塔2,烟气与浆液在预洗结晶塔脱硫区12进行接触,烟气被冷却、洗涤、吸收脱除部分SO2,预洗结晶塔脱硫区12中的浆液吸收502后落入氧化结晶浆液池11内,通过主塔石膏排出泵10和预洗结晶塔循环泵13控制氧化结晶浆液池11内的浆液的pH值在4.0-5.0,有利于亚硫酸盐氧化,氧化空气耗量减小,从而降低氧化风机能耗,同时,较低PH条件(4.5-5.0)有利于提高石灰石/石灰利用率和硫酸盐深度结晶,提高石膏品质,得到品质很好的石膏;浆液落入氧化结晶浆液池11后,被氧化结晶浆液池11中的空气氧化,并株度结晶;
经预洗结晶塔2处理后的烟气通过预洗结晶塔2烟气出口、主塔I烟气进口进入主塔I,主塔浆液池3内浆液经主塔循环泵7送至主塔脱硫区4,烟气与浆液在主塔脱硫区4进行接触,进一步脱除烟气中的几乎全部的SO2,浆液吸收SO2后落入主塔浆液池3内,通过石灰石/石灰供浆泵6和主塔循环泵7控制主塔浆液池3内的浆液pH值为5.6-7.0,以促进SO2吸收,保证较高的脱硫效率,并减小液气比,降低循环泵能耗;浆液落入主塔浆液池3后,被主塔浆液池3中的空气氧化,并结晶;
经主塔脱硫区4深度脱硫处理后的净烟气经除雾区5除雾,去除大液滴后从主塔I烟气出口排出,完成烟气的脱硫。
[0018] 此外,石灰石/石灰供浆泵6通过供浆管将新鲜石灰石/石灰浆液补充至主塔浆液池3内,氧化结晶浆液池11内石膏浆液经预洗结晶塔石膏排出泵15和石膏排出管排出后进行脱水处理;当氧化结晶浆液池11中浆液PH值高于5时,可开启预洗结晶塔循环泵13,将氧化结晶浆液池11的石膏浆液送至预洗结晶塔脱硫区12同原烟气接触,以辅助控制氧化结晶浆液池11中石膏浆液pH值在4.0-5.0„
