the screening and separating unit comprises a drum screen, a gypsum powder collecting unit is arranged at the bottom of the drum screen, and a protective paper collecting unit is arranged at the tail end of the drum screen; the screening and separating unit is used for separating gypsum powder from the gypsum plaster board powder and collecting the gypsum powder into the gypsum powder collecting unit, and separating and collecting the protective paper into the protective paper collecting unit;
the first conveying unit comprises a feeding belt conveyor, and the first-stage crushing processing unit comprises a roller crusher or a shear type crusher; the second-stage crushing treatment unit comprises a hammer mill, and the third-stage crushing treatment unit comprises a multi-roller mill; the second conveying unit and the third conveying unit are groove-type belt conveyors;
the dust collecting unit comprises a bag dust collector and a dust collecting pipeline;
the bag dust collector is respectively connected with the first conveying unit, the first-stage crushing processing unit, the second conveying unit, the second-stage crushing processing unit, the third conveying unit, the third-stage crushing processing unit and the screening and separating unit through the dust collecting pipeline;
a permanent magnet iron remover is arranged above the groove-shaped belt conveyor, and a PVC door curtain is arranged at the inlet of the hammer mill; the gypsum powder collecting unit is a receiving hopper, and the protective paper collecting unit is a paper receiving box.
