[0001] 本发明涉及冷库制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种节能保鲜冷库。
背景技术
[0002] 冷库,是目前储存易受环境温度影响的产品的最好方式之一,目前我国多数机械冷库主要是采用蒸汽压缩式制冷方式调节库温。所谓机械冷库,简单地讲就是以机械方法进行制冷的冷库。制冷原理可简述为:利用汽化温度较低的液态制冷剂的蒸发,吸收贮藏环境中的热量,从而使库温下降。通过压缩机将汽化后的制冷剂吸回并加压,在冷凝器中制冷剂将吸收的热量传递给冷却介质,使自身温度得以降低、冷凝成液体,然后再进行蒸发吸热,如此循环即可实现连续制冷。压缩机在整个制冷系统中起着心脏的作用,是提供能量补偿的过程。冷凝器和蒸发器是两个热交换器,前者使高压制冷剂的气体放热,并转化为液
体;后者使低压制冷剂的液体吸热,并转化为气体。制冷剂在循环往复过程中成为热能的运载工具。
[0003] 据了解,在国外,冷藏库耗电量平均水平大约在每年每立方米50千瓦时,最好的达到每年每立方米16千瓦时。在国内,该项指标的全国冷藏企业平均水平为每年每立方米106千瓦时,在能耗方面是发达国家的两倍以上。本发明针对当前国内自然环境,尤其东北一带,冬季室外温度可达零下二十度以下,制造和储存冰块十分容易,然后通过风机将冰块表面或冰库内部的冷空气以循环对流方式导入冷库内部,这样可使冷库常年保持2-4°C左右。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,而提供一种节能保鲜冷库,防止库内冷风外溢,提高冷库的制冷效率。

一种节能保鲜冷库,其特征在于:包括冷库本体以及与冷库本体连通的制冷系统,所述冷库本体主要由依次连接泡沫层、粘接剂层、防火层构成,所述冷库本体的侧壁下部设有通风孔,所述通风孔与所述制冷系统的冷凝器进风口连通;所述冷库本体的一个侧壁上设有冷库门,所述冷库门上方设有风幕机。
[0006] 所述冷库本体内部设有地面保温板,所述地面保温板主要由依次粘接的保温层、隔汽层、防水层。
[0007] 所述保温层为聚苯乙烯板挤塑板。
[0008] 本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,采用冷库通风管道内的冷风作为冷凝器的回风,其温度比夏天的平均气温低20°C左右,大大降低了冷凝温度和冷凝压力,从而降低了压缩机的排气温度和排气压力,增加了压缩机的安全性能和使用寿命,极大地降低了制冷电耗和水耗,减少了蒸发冷结垢,延长蒸发冷的使用寿命,增加制冷量。当库门打开时,通过风幕机利用库内的冷气形成至上而下的冷气风幕,能够有效防止发生库内外冷热空气对流,避免了外界高温空气的侵入以及库内冷气的外溢,不但有利于提高冷库的提高效果,而且减轻了压缩机的负荷,降低了能耗,延长了制冷系统的使用寿命。

[0010] 下面结合附图及较佳实施例详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。如图1所示,一种节能保鲜冷库,包括冷库本体I以及与冷库本体连通的制冷系统2,所述冷库本体主要由依次连接泡沫层3、粘接剂层4、防火层5构成,泡沫层用于保温,防火层用于防火。为了提高制冷量,所述冷库本体的侧壁下部设有通风孔6,所述通风孔与所述制冷系统的冷凝器进风口连通;所述冷库本体的一个侧壁上设有冷库门7,所述冷库门上方设有风幕机8。为了进一步提高冷库的制冷效果,所述冷库本体内部设有地面保温板9,所述地面保温板主要由依次粘接的保温层10、隔汽层11、防水层12。所述保温层为聚苯乙烯板挤塑板。
