本发明公开了一种带加湿功能的空气净化器,包括壳体(1)、过滤组件、抽吸组件及加湿组件;所述的过滤组件设于所述的壳体(1)上部内,所述的抽吸组件设于所述的壳体(1)中部内,所述的加湿组件设于所述的壳体(1)下部内;所述的壳体(1)上部的侧壁上设有进风口(2);所述的壳体(1)下部的侧壁上设有出风口(3)。该空气净化器能有效降低产品运行时的噪音。

带加湿功能的空气净化器
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,更确切地说涉及一种带加湿功能的空气净化器。
背景技术
近年来各大城市的空气质量并不理想,空气中的污染物质较多,人们经常使用各种空气净化设备对室内的空气进行净化处理,其中常见的空气净化设备是空气净化器。目前常见的空气净化器一般都设有一套过滤装置以及空气抽吸装置。过滤装置用于将空气进行过滤,抽吸装置用于将空气抽吸到空气净化器内。随着空气净化技术的不断创新,为了达到更好的空气净化效果,在空气净化器内会增加一个加湿装置,该加湿装置用于加湿空气,同时还能除去过滤装置释放的一些化学成份。但是,目前的带加湿装置的空气净化器一般都是在空气净化器的一侧进气,空气净化器的另一侧出气,即空气净化器的进气口和出气口设于空气净化器的左右侧上,使空气横向进气,横向出去。此种现有技术的空气净化器进风口面积较小,而且进风口位于室内的下层空间,而室内下层空间摆放物体较多,进风口附近有较多的阻挡物体,因此,空气净化器在运作的过程中会产生较大的噪音。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种能有效降低产品运行时的噪音的带加湿功能的空气净化器。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种具有以下结构的带加湿功能的空气净化器,包括壳体、过滤组件、抽吸组件及加湿组件;所述的过滤组件设于所述的壳体上部内,所述的抽吸组件设于所述的壳体中部内,所述的加湿组件设于所述的壳体下部内;所述的壳体上部的侧壁上设有进风口;所述的壳体下部的侧壁上设有出风口。
采用以上结构后,本发明的带加湿功能的空气净化器,与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
由于本发明的带加湿功能的空气净化器的过滤组件、抽吸组件和加湿组件从上到下依次排列地安装在壳体内,壳体的上部的侧壁上设于进风口,壳体的下部的侧壁上设于出风口。工作时,从壳体上部的进风口进风,从壳体下部的出风口出风,此种空气净化器进风口面积较大,进风口位于壳体的上部,使用时,进风口位于室内上层空间,进风口周围的阻挡物体较少,因此,使得空气净化器在运作的过程中产生的噪音较小。
作为本发明的另一种改进,所述的过滤组件包括圆筒状滤芯;所述的壳体内且位于所述的壳体上部与中部之间设有中空的隔板;所述的隔板的外边缘与所述的壳体内侧壁连接;所述的滤芯纵向设于所述的隔板上且所述的隔板的内边缘与所述的滤芯的下端面的外边缘连接。采用此种结构后,所述的隔板用于支撑过滤组件,同时也固定空气的路径,使从进风口进入壳体内的空气在经过过滤组件之后从隔板的通过处进入壳体中部内,结构简单,安装方便且具有较好的聚风效果。
作为本发明的还有一种改进,所述的过滤组件还设有紫外线灯;所述的紫外线灯纵向设于所述的滤芯的中央。采用此种结构后,所述的紫外线灯具有杀菌效果,该紫外线灯纵向设于滤芯的中央,可增大其与空气的接触面积,从而使得杀菌效果更佳。
作为本发明的还有一种改进,所述的抽吸组件包括风机及风道;所述的风机横向设于所述的风道内且位于所述的滤芯的下方。采用此种结构后,结构简单,安装方便。
作为本发明的还有一种改进,所述的壳体中部的内侧壁上设有具有聚风效果的径向凸环;所述的径向凸环位于所述的风机的外侧且与风机外侧壁之间留有通道。采用此种结构后,所述的径向凸环的内侧壁靠近风机外侧壁,使得径向凸环具有聚风效果,使风机抽吸空气的效果更佳。
作为本发明的还有一种改进,所述的加湿组件包括水箱及加湿盘装置;所述的水箱设于所述的壳体下部的底端;所述的加湿盘装置设于所述的壳体下部内且加湿盘部分容置在所述的水箱内。采用此种结构后,结构简单,加湿效果好。
作为本发明的还有一种改进,所述的抽吸组件与加湿组件之间设有导风板;所述的导风板的外侧连接在所述的壳体的内侧壁上;所述的导风板的内侧的上部设有上宽下窄的聚风喇叭口,所述的导风板的内侧的下部设有上窄下宽的导风喇叭口。采用此种结构后,所述的导风板的聚风喇叭口用于将抽吸组件吹出的空气聚拢,导风喇叭口用于将空气导向加湿组件,从而使空气净化器加湿空气的效果较好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
请参阅附图所示,本发明的带加湿功能的空气净化器包括壳体1、过滤组件、抽吸组件及加湿组件。所述的过滤组件设于所述的壳体1上部内,所述的抽吸组件设于所述的壳体1中部内,所述的加湿组件设于所述的壳体1下部内。所述的壳体1上部的侧壁上设于进风口2,本具体实施例中,所述的壳体1上部的侧壁的四周都设有进风口2,所述的进风口2由多个通孔组成,所述的进风口2的高度占壳体1上部的侧壁的高度的三分之一。所述的壳体1下部的侧壁上设于出风口3。
所述的过滤组件包括圆筒状滤芯4。所述的壳体1内且位于所述的壳体1上部与中部之间设有中空的隔板5。所述的隔板5的外边缘与所述的壳体1内侧壁连接。所述的滤芯4纵向设于所述的隔板5上且所述的隔板5的内边缘与所述的滤芯4的下端面的外边缘连接。所述的滤芯4的侧壁从外往里依次为防霉胶棉网层4.1、HEPA过滤网层4.2、化学吸附介质层4.3及活性炭吸附层4.4。所述的过滤组件还设有紫外线灯6。所述的紫外线灯6纵向设于所述的滤芯4的中央。
所述的抽吸组件包括风机7及风道8。所述的风机7横向设于所述的风道8内且位于所述的滤芯4的下方。所述的壳体1中部的内侧壁上设有具有聚风效果的径向凸环9。所述的径向凸环9位于所述的风机7的外侧且与风机7外侧壁之间留有通道,该通道也属于风道的一部分。
所述的加湿组件包括水箱10及加湿盘装置。所述的水箱10设于所述的壳体1下部的底端。所述的加湿盘装置设于所述的壳体1下部内且加湿盘11部分容置在所述的水箱10内。所述的抽吸组件与加湿组件之间设有导风板12。所述的导风板12的外侧连接在所述的壳体1的内侧壁上。所述的导风板12的内侧的上部设有上宽下窄的聚风喇叭口12.1,所述的导风板12的内侧的下部设有上窄下宽的导风喇叭口12.2。本具体实施例中,所述的导风板12位于所述的风机7的下方且位于所述的加湿盘11的上方,聚风喇叭口12.1正对风机7出风口,导风喇叭口12.2正对加湿盘11。
本发明带加湿功能的空气净化器工作时,受抽吸组件作用,室内空气从进风口2进入,经过过滤组件过滤之后抽入抽吸组件,然后由抽吸组件将空气吹向加湿组件,再经过加湿组件加湿之后,从出风口3吹出。

Claims (7)

1.一种带加湿功能的空气净化器,包括壳体(1)、过滤组件、抽吸组件及加湿组件;其特征在于:所述的过滤组件设于所述的壳体(1)上部内,所述的抽吸组件设于所述的壳体(1)中部内,所述的加湿组件设于所述的壳体(1)下部内;所述的壳体(1)上部的侧壁上设有进风口(2);所述的壳体(1)下部的侧壁上设有出风口(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带加湿功能的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述的过滤组件包括圆筒状滤芯(4);所述的壳体(1)内且位于所述的壳体(1)上部与中部之间设有中空的隔板(5);所述的隔板(5)的外边缘与所述的壳体(1)内侧壁连接;所述的滤芯(4)纵向设于所述的隔板(5)上且所述的隔板(5)的内边缘与所述的滤芯(4)的下端面的外边缘连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带加湿功能的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述的过滤组件还设有紫外线灯(6);所述的紫外线灯(6)纵向设于所述的滤芯(4)的中央。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带加湿功能的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述的抽吸组件包括风机(7)及风道(8);所述的风机(7)横向设于所述的风道(8)内且位于所述的滤芯(4)的下方。
5.根据权利要求4所述的带加湿功能的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述的壳体(1)中部的内侧壁上设有具有聚风效果的径向凸环(9);所述的径向凸环(9)位于所述的风机(7)的外侧且与风机(7)外侧壁之间留有通道。
6.根据权利要求1所述的带加湿功能的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述的加湿组件包括水箱(10)及加湿盘装置;所述的水箱(10)设于所述的壳体(1)下部的底端;所述的加湿盘装置设于所述的壳体(1)下部内且加湿盘(11)部分容置在所述的水箱(10)内。
7.根据权利要求1所述的带加湿功能的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述的抽吸组件与加湿组件之间设有导风板(12);所述的导风板(12)的外侧连接在所述的壳体(1)的内侧壁上;所述的导风板(12)的内侧的上部设有上宽下窄的聚风喇叭口(12.1),所述的导风板(12)的内侧的下部设有上窄下宽的导风喇叭口(12.2)。
