Abstract

一种酚醛泡沫夹芯复合板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)酚醛树脂发泡工艺;2)酚醛泡沫夹芯复合板的制备工艺。本发明采用市售高固含可发性酚醛树脂,通过添加表面活性剂、固化剂、发泡剂制备酚醛泡沫。酚醛树脂物料直接在涂覆了胶黏剂上下木质面板之间发泡、固化,从而使酚醛泡沫在发泡、固化的同时通过上胶黏剂层和下胶黏剂层粘结在上下木质板材之间,形成一体化的酚醛泡沫夹芯复合板,增加了酚醛泡沫和木质板材之间的粘结强度。本发明所述的酚醛泡沫夹芯复合板制备工艺简单可行,可满足保温性好、轻质高强、隔音降噪等要求。

Description

一种酚醛泡沫夹芯复合板的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于复合材料领域,涉及一种应用于工业与民用建筑的酚醛泡沫夹芯复合板的一次成型生产工艺。
背景技术
泡沫夹芯复合板材是一种由内外两种材料胶合压制或直接内层发泡而成的复合材料,
板材外层采用高强度材料,内层采用轻质隔热泡沫材料。酚醛泡沫属闭孔型热固性硬质泡沫塑料,兼备质轻高强、绝热保温、耐强酸弱碱腐蚀、尺寸稳定性好、低烟低毒、耐火焰穿透、遇火难燃、不收缩、无滴落、无熔化、不变形等特点,是所有保温材料中综合性能最好的一种。酚醛彩钢夹芯板是当前研究的热点之一,但不足之处在于金属面板与酚醛泡沫芯板的粘结面积小、粘结强度低,酚醛泡沫易脱落,而且会出现由于金属面板的变形导致酚醛泡沫开裂等问题。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:本发明采用酚醛泡沫夹芯复合板一次成型工艺,通过对木质板材表面施胶,使泡沫在成长过程中与板材更好的结合,克服了芯层泡沫与表板粘接性差的缺点,制备得到的夹芯复合板力学性能良好、质轻高强、隔热保温,工艺简单易行。
技术方案:一种酚醛泡沫夹芯复合板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)按重量份,添加1~10份表面活性剂、1~15份固化剂、1~10份发泡剂到100份可发性酚醛树脂(购于山东莱芜润达新材料有限公司,PF-1068B)中均匀混合得到酚醛树脂发泡体混合物;2)采用人工辊涂的方式,将胶黏剂涂布于的木质板材上,上胶量按20~200g/m2单面计;3)将待发泡的酚醛树脂物料置于所述上下木质板材之间,在压力0~1MPa,温度25~100℃下保持1~60min发泡、固化后得到酚醛泡沫夹芯复合板。
上述表面活性剂为失水山梨醇酯系列的吐温-80、吐温-60或吐温-40,以及烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)或脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE)中的任意一种,使用量为6份。
上述固化剂为磷酸、对甲苯磺酸、浓硫酸和水的复合酸,其中磷酸、对甲苯磺酸、浓硫酸和水的质量比为(0.2~2):(0.04~0.4):(0.4~2.4):1,固化剂使用量为5份。
上述发泡剂为正戊烷、异戊烷、正己烷、环戊烷或石油醚中的一种,使用量为5份。
上述胶黏剂为环氧AB胶、白乳胶、丙烯酸酯胶黏剂、脲醛树脂胶黏剂及酚醛树脂胶黏剂中的任一种。
上述木质板材为纤维板、木胶合板、刨花板、竹木复合板或细木工板的任一种,厚度为2~20mm。
上述发泡固化工艺中的压力为0.5MPa,温度为60℃,时间为40min。
有益效果: 1. 本发明采用木质板材与酚醛泡沫一体成型,减少了夹芯板材生产工序,木质板材夹设于酚醛泡沫板上下两侧,既克服了泡沫表面易粉化的缺点,同时木质表板增强了复合板整体的力学性能,可作为新型轻质建筑材料使用,拓宽了酚醛泡沫材料复合材领域的应用。
2. 所述酚醛泡沫夹芯复合板制备工艺为一次复合成型工艺,操作简便可行。
3. 木质板材上涂覆胶黏剂,增强其与芯层泡沫的粘结强度,避免在后期加工过程中产生开裂的问题,满足其使用要求。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1:
按重量份,取100份酚醛树脂,加入1份吐温-80、15份固化剂、1份环戊烷搅拌均匀得到发泡用酚醛树脂混合物,固化剂为磷酸、对甲苯磺酸、浓硫酸和水的复合酸,其中磷酸、对甲苯磺酸、浓硫酸和水的质量比为0.2: 0.04: 0.4:1;采用人工辊涂的方式,将环氧AB胶涂布于5mm厚度的木胶合板上(上胶量按20g/m2单面计),将底板置于框架模具内,其上均布酚醛树脂混合物,再将表板放置于酚醛树脂混合物上面,最后将其置于平板硫化机上。热压工艺参数为:压力为0MPa,温度为25℃,时间为60min。
实施例2:
按重量份,取100份酚醛树脂,加入6份吐温-60、5份固化剂、5份正戊烷搅拌均匀得到发泡用酚醛树脂混合物,固化剂为磷酸、对甲苯磺酸、浓硫酸和水的复合酸,其中磷酸、对甲苯磺酸、浓硫酸和水的质量比为0.5: 0.4: 2.4:1;采用人工辊涂的方式,将2份的酚醛树脂胶胶黏剂涂布于3mm厚度的纤维板上(上胶量按100g/m2单面计),将底板置于框架模具内,其上均布酚醛树脂混合物,再将表板放置于酚醛树脂混合物上面,最后将其置于平板硫化机上。热压工艺参数为:压力为0.5MPa,温度为60℃,时间为40min。
实施例3:
按重量份,取100份酚醛树脂,加入4份吐温-40、10份固化剂、8份石油醚搅拌均匀得到发泡用酚醛树脂混合物,固化剂为磷酸、对甲苯磺酸、浓硫酸和水的复合酸,其中磷酸、对甲苯磺酸、浓硫酸和水的质量比为1:0.1:2:1;采用人工辊涂的方式,将脲醛树脂胶黏剂涂布于8mm厚度的刨花板上(上胶量按150g/m2单面计),将底板置于框架模具内,其上均布酚醛树脂混合物,再将表板放置于酚醛树脂混合物上面,最后将其置于平板硫化机上。热压工艺参数为:压力为0.3MPa,温度为70℃,时间为20min。
实施例4:
按重量份,取100份酚醛树脂,加入10份OP-10、1份固化剂、10份正己烷搅拌均匀得到发泡用酚醛树脂混合物,固化剂为磷酸、对甲苯磺酸、浓硫酸和水的复合酸,其中磷酸、对甲苯磺酸、浓硫酸和水的质量比为2: 0.4: 2.4:1;采用人工辊涂的方式,将4份的白乳胶涂布于12mm厚度的竹木复合板上(上胶量按200g/m2单面计),或是用涂布了胶黏剂的竹木复合板将框架模具夹设于其间,酚醛树脂混合物均布于框架内的底板上,再将其置于平板硫化机上。热压工艺参数为:压力为1MPa,温度为40℃,时间为1min。
实施例5:
按重量份,取100份酚醛树脂,加入4份MFEE、15份固化剂、6份异戊烷搅拌均匀得到发泡用酚醛树脂混合物,固化剂为磷酸、对甲苯磺酸、浓硫酸和水的复合酸,其中磷酸、对甲苯磺酸、浓硫酸和水的质量比为2:02: 2:1;采用人工辊涂的方式,将丙烯酸酯胶黏剂涂布于18mm厚度的细木工板上(上胶量按50g/m2单面计),将底板置于框架模具内,其上均布酚醛树脂混合物,再将表板放置于酚醛树脂混合物上面,最后将其置于平板硫化机上。热压工艺参数为:压力为0.8MPa,温度为100℃,时间为10min。

上述力学性能测试是使用SANS CMT系列微机控制电子万能试验机(深圳市新三思材料检测有限公司)。

1.一种酚醛泡沫夹芯复合板的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:按重量份,取100份酚醛树脂,加入4份吐温-40、10份固化剂、8份石油醚搅拌均匀得到发泡用酚醛树脂混合物,固化剂为磷酸、对甲苯磺酸、浓硫酸和水的复合酸,其中磷酸、对甲苯磺酸、浓硫酸和水的质量比为1:0.1:2:1;采用人工辊涂的方式,将脲醛树脂胶黏剂涂布于8mm厚度的刨花板上,上胶量按150g/m2单面计,将底板置于框架模具内,其上均布酚醛树脂混合物,再将表板放置于酚醛树脂混合物上面,最后将其置于平板硫化机上,热压工艺参数为:压力为0.3MPa,温度为70℃,时间为20min。
