Abstract

本发明涉及一种配电箱的带凸条的散热底座，包括方形结构的底板，底板的上表面均布有多条纵向散热凸条；底板的上表面横向两侧对称连接固定板及隔板，固定板上分别带有螺纹通孔，隔板位于固定板的内侧；底板的上表面横向一侧带有挡板；底板的下表面的四个角处分别连接支撑杆，支撑杆的端部带有缺口。本发明结构简单，底板上表面的固定板通过螺纹通孔方便与配电箱的锁紧连接，其操作简便、拆卸方便、连接稳固；底板下表面通过四个带有缺口的支撑杆与地面连接，其操作简便；于底板上设置散热凸条及隔板，提高了配电箱的散热效果，延长了使用寿命。

本发明涉及配电系统领域，尤其涉及配电箱底座。
背景技术
配电箱是电力控制中心的统称，它是配电系统的末级设备。目前，绝大多数的配电箱安装于户外，为了便于配电箱的安装，一般首先在地上安装底座，再将配电箱装置于底座上表面。现有的配电箱底座为方形板状结构，与地面连接时通常将其整体掩埋或者借助支撑杆将其四周固定，底座与配电箱的连接借助螺钉固接或直接焊接固定，其缺点是连接强度不高，操作较为繁琐，配电箱与底座间不易拆卸，不便于更换，并且配电箱与底座一般紧密连接，其散热效果不佳。
发明内容
本申请人针对现有技术的上述缺点，进行研究及改进，提供一种操作简单、安装方便、连接稳固及散热效果好的配电箱的带凸条的散热底座。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下：
一种配电箱的带凸条的散热底座，包括方形结构的底板，底板的上表面均布有多条纵向散热凸条；底板的上表面横向两侧对称连接固定板及隔板，固定板上分别带有螺纹通孔，隔板位于固定板的内侧；底板的上表面横向一侧带有挡板；底板的下表面的四个角处分别连接支撑杆，支撑杆的端部带有缺口。
本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明结构简单，底板上表面的固定板通过螺纹通孔方便与配电箱的锁紧连接，其操作简便、拆卸方便、连接稳固；底板下表面通过四个带有缺口的支撑杆与地面连接，其操作简便；于底板上设置散热凸条及隔板，提高了配电箱的散热效果，延长了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，说明本发明的具体实施方式。
见图1至图3，本发明包括方形结构的底板1，其特征在于：底板1的上表面均布有多条纵向散热凸条6；底板1的上表面横向两侧对称连接固定板2及隔板4，固定板2上分别带有螺纹通孔21，螺纹通孔21利于通过螺钉与配电箱（未画出）的锁紧连接，其操作简便，易于拆卸；隔板4位于固定板2的内侧；底板1的上表面横向一侧带有挡板3，挡板3的作用是对配电箱进行限位；底板1的下表面的四个角处分别连接支撑杆5，支撑杆5的端部带有缺口51，缺口51利于支撑杆5插入地面，其操作简便，连接强度高。
本发明中，底板1上的散热凸条6及隔板4将配电箱与底板表面分隔开来，大大提高了配电箱的散热性能，延长了其使用寿命。

1. 一种配电箱的带凸条的散热底座，包括方形结构的底板（1），其特征在于：所述底板（1）的上表面均布有多条纵向散热凸条（6）；底板（1）的上表面横向两侧对称连接固定板（2）及隔板（4），所述固定板（2）上分别带有螺纹通孔（21），隔板（4）位于固定板（2）的内侧；底板（1）的上表面横向一侧带有挡板（3）；所述底板（1）的下表面的四个角处分别连接支撑杆（5），所述支撑杆（5）的端部带有缺口（51）。
