Abstract

一种LED路灯,包括外壳、装设于外壳上的灯板、罩设于灯板上方的灯罩,以及多个装设于灯罩上方的镜面灯盖。该外壳与该灯罩均由塑胶散热材质制成,该外壳上间隔设置有多个散热柱,该散热柱与外壳一体成型,该灯罩上设置有多个环形封闭的透光部。本发明的LED路灯能够有效提高散热效率、成型简单,并且成本低、质量轻。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种照明灯具,特别涉及一种LED路灯。
背景技术
[0002] LED路灯所使用的发光二极管(Lightemittingdiode,LED)是一种固态的半导 体组件,其通常以环氧树脂封装,可承受高强度的机械冲击和震动,不易破碎,且亮度衰减 周期长。由于LED的使用寿命可达5~10年,所以不仅可以大幅降低灯具替换的成本,又因 其具有极小电流即可驱动发光的特征,在同样照明效果的情况下,耗电量也只有荧光灯管 的二分之一,因此LED也具有省电与节能的优点。
[0003] 但是LED发光时热量集中,如果LED芯片产生的热量不及时散发出去,LED光源的 温度过高,就会导致LED的光效降低、寿命变短等,因此其散热问题一直是限制其使用的一 个主要因素。具体到LED路灯,同样也存在如何将热量尽快散发出去的问题。
[0004] 另外,目前大部分LED路灯均采用铝制外壳,在该铝制外壳表面利用铸件成型技 术形成有散热鳞片以提高散热,虽然铝制外壳具有优良的热传导性,并且散热鳞片可以增 大散热面积,然而随着散热鳞片数量的增加,其铸件成型的难度也相对增加,同时由于散热 鳞片结构的特性,会因为散热气流角度不同而影响散热效率,并且铝材加工成本相对较高。
发明内容
[0005]为此,本发明提供一种能够有效提高散热效率并且成型简单的LED路灯。
[0006] -种LED路灯,包括外壳、装设于外壳上的灯板、罩设于灯板上方的灯罩,以及多 个装设于灯罩上方的镜面灯盖,该外壳与该灯罩均由塑胶散热材质制成,该外壳上间隔设 置有多个散热柱,该灯罩上设置有多个环形密封的透光部。
[0007] 该LED路灯,其外壳与灯罩均由塑胶散热材质制成,成型简单而且质量轻、成本也 低,外壳与灯罩均可散热。外壳上间隔设置有多个散热柱,可以极大地增加散热体积,有效 提高散热效率;灯罩上设置有透光部,该透光部能够有效增加散热面积,提高散热效率。另 外,该LED路灯密合性较好,更有利于防水。

[0016] 请参阅图1及图2,本发明的LED路灯100包括外壳10、装设于外壳10上的灯板 20、罩设于灯板20上方的灯罩30以及多个镜面灯盖40。
[0017] 请参阅图3,外壳10大致呈矩形,由尼龙并且其中掺杂有石墨的复合散热材质铸 造成型。可以理解的是,外壳10也可由其他导热性能良好的塑胶散热材质制成。外壳10 包括一面板11,面板11的一端开设有两个通孔12,通孔12为圆形,可以理解的是,通孔12 也可以是矩形或者其他形状。面板11靠近灯板20的一面上开设有多个螺纹盲孔13,边缘 处设置有环形槽14,环形槽14环绕该面板11 一周。
[0018] 面板11远离灯板20的一面上设置有多个散热柱15,各个散热柱15间隔分布于外 壳10上,大致与面板11垂直。较佳地,散热柱15大致呈圆柱形,可以进一步增加外壳10 的散热面积。在其他实施例中,散热柱15也可以为其他形状。散热柱15由尼龙并且其中 掺杂有石墨的复合散热材质制成,可以理解的是,散热柱15也可以由其他导热性能良好的 塑胶散热材质制成。散热柱15与面板11 一体铸造成型,使LED路灯100内部产生的热量 能够由外壳10迅速传导至散热柱15上。另外,外壳10远离灯板20的一面上还设有安装 部16,以将该LED路灯100安装到路灯灯柱(图未示)上。
[0019] 请参阅图4,灯板20大致为一矩形薄片结构,其靠近灯罩30的一面上安装有多个 LED21。在本实施中,LED21排列成平行的两列,但并不限于此,也可以呈其他阵列状排布。 同时,靠近灯罩30的一面上设置有反光涂层(图未示),以增强LED21的光照效果。灯板20 的一端装设有两个电极引线22,分别接电源正负极,以给LED21供电使其发光。另外,灯板 20的边缘处间隔设置有多个凹槽23。
[0020] 请参阅图5及图6,灯罩30大致为矩形,由尼龙并且其中掺杂有石墨的复合散热材 质铸造成型,可以理解的是,灯罩30也可由其他导热性能良好的塑胶散热材质制成。
[0021] 灯罩30的边缘处设置有一圈环形的凸起部31,该环形凸起部31能够卡合于外壳 10边缘处设置的环形槽14内,实现外壳10与灯罩30的密合,可选择的,两者密合处可增设 一密封软垫(图未示),以增强外壳10与灯罩30的密合度。
[0022] 灯罩30上开有多个螺纹通孔32,与外壳10上的螺纹盲孔13对应设置,灯罩30通 过螺纹通孔32与螺纹盲孔13配合,使螺丝(图未示)自螺纹通孔32旋转进入螺纹盲孔13, 从而使灯罩30连接固定于外壳10上。
[0023] 灯罩30远离灯板20的一面上设置有多个呈阵列排布的透光部33,该透光部33为 一环状封闭结构,形状为六边形,可以理解的是,透光部33也可以是其他形状。透光部33 包括多个与灯罩30底面大致垂直的侧壁331,多个侧壁331环绕形成一闭合空间,该闭合空 间中间部位向内凹陷形成一底部332,底部332上开设有圆形孔洞3321,LED21分别位于该 孔洞3321内,LED21产生的光线经由该孔洞透射至LED路灯100的外部。可以理解的是, 该孔洞3321也可以是矩形、五边形或者其他形状。在本实施方式中,灯罩30上包括两列平 行排列的透光部33,且相邻的透光部33彼此相接。可以理解的是,根据LED21的数量的不 同,也可将透光部33彼此间隔设置。由于透光部33包括多个侧壁331,多个侧壁331能够 有效增加散热面积,提高散热效率。较佳地,该侧壁331上可设置反光涂层,以加强LED21 的光线的出射效果。
[0024] 请同时参阅图2及图6,镜面灯盖40呈圆形薄片状,由无色透明的聚碳酸酯材料制 成,具有较好的韧性与强度,但不限于此,镜面灯盖40也可以由其他无色透明的树脂材料 制成。LED21产生的光线经由该透明的镜面灯盖40透射至外界。使用时,镜面灯盖40装设 于透光部33的底部332上开设的圆形孔洞3321上方,可以理解的是,该镜面灯盖40也可 以是其他形状,只要与底部332上开设的孔洞3321的形状相配合即可。
[0025] 请参阅图2至图6,安装LED路灯100时可按照如下步骤进行:首先,将灯板20安 装有LED21的一面朝向外部并通过导热胶将灯板20的另一面粘附于外壳10设置有螺纹盲 孔13的一面上,在其他实施例中,还可以在灯板20与外壳10对应位置上开设螺纹孔,通过 螺丝使灯板20固定于外壳10上。外壳10上开设的螺纹盲孔13位于灯板20边缘处设置 的凹槽23内,以防灯板20遮挡住螺纹盲孔13。同时,灯板20上装设的两个电极引线22位 于外壳10的面板11上开设的两个圆形通孔12内,以方便电极引线22与外部电源连接。
[0026] 然后,将灯罩30卡合于外壳10上,灯罩30的凸起部31位于外壳10的环形槽14 内,并且两者通过导热胶体粘合,由此使灯罩30的边缘与外壳10的边缘密合。灯板20被 压紧贴合于灯罩30与外壳10之间,并且灯板20上安装的多个LED21分别位于灯罩30之 透光部33的底部332上开设的圆形孔洞3321内。
[0027] 最后,将多个镜面灯盖40分别罩设于底部332上开设的圆形孔洞3321上,并通过 导热胶体粘合。
[0028] 该LED路灯100,其外壳10与灯罩30均由尼龙并且其中掺杂有石墨的复合散热材 质制成,外壳10与灯罩30均可散热,该LED路灯100成型简单而且质量轻、成本也低。外 壳10上间隔设置有多个散热柱15,该散热柱15由尼龙并且其中掺杂有石墨的复合散热材 质制成并且与外壳10 -体成型,使LED路灯100内部产生的热量能够由外壳10迅速传导 至散热柱15上,并且间隔设置的散热柱15极大地增加了散热体积,可有效提高散热效率。 灯罩30上对应LED21上方设置有六边形的环形封闭的透光部33,该透光部33包括多个侧 壁331,多个侧壁331能够有效增加散热面积,提高散热效率。另外,该LED路灯密合性较 好,更有利于防水。

Claims (9)

1. 一种LED路灯,包括外壳、装设于外壳上的灯板、罩设于灯板上方的灯罩,以及多个 装设于灯罩上方的镜面灯盖,其特征在于:该外壳与该灯罩均由塑胶散热材质制成,该外壳 上间隔设置有多个散热柱,该灯罩上设置有多个环形封闭的透光部。
2. 如权利要求1所述的LED路灯,其特征在于:该外壳边缘处设置有环形槽,该灯罩边 缘处设置有环形的凸起部,该凸起部卡合于该环形槽内。
3. 如权利要求1所述的LED路灯,其特征在于:该散热柱与该外壳一体成型。
4. 如权利要求1所述的LED路灯,其特征在于:该散热柱由尼龙并且其中掺杂有石墨 的复合散热材质或者其他导热性能良好的塑胶散热材质制成。
5. 如权利要求1所述的LED路灯,其特征在于:该透光部包括多个与灯罩底面大致垂 直的侧壁以及一底部,该底部上开设有孔洞。
6. 如权利要求5所述的LED路灯,其特征在于:该灯板上安装有多个LED,该LED分别 位于该孔洞内。
7. 如权利要求1所述的LED路灯,其特征在于:该外壳与该灯罩均由尼龙并且其中掺 杂有石墨的复合散热材质制成。
8. 如权利要求1所述的LED路灯,其特征在于:该外壳一端设置有通孔,该灯板一端设 置有电极引线,该电极引线分别位于该通孔内。
9. 如权利要求1所述的LED路灯,其特征在于:该镜面灯盖呈薄片状,由无色透明的聚 碳酸酯材料或者其他树脂材料制成。
