Abstract

本发明涉及用于铜、铝线路对接的异型线夹。本发明提供的用于铜、铝线路对接的异型线夹,本体包括由铜材制成的铜线接线部和由铝材制成的铝线接线部,所述铜线接线部与铝线接线部为一体式结构,所述铜线接线部和铝线接线部上均设有用于连接导线且同轴的接线孔,所述铜线接线部和铝线接线部上还设有用于压紧接线孔内导线的压线螺钉,所述本体上设有用于提高本体导电参数的导电涂层,通过设置铜线接线部和铝线接线部,接线过程中铜导线由铜线接线部连接、铝导线由铝线接线部连接,而铜线接线部与铝线接线部为一体式结构,导电性能好,从而避免了铜导线与铝导线在对接过程中容易烧毁连接处的不足。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于铜、铝线路对接的异型线夹。
背景技术
线路抢修过程中,经常会遇到小线径线路搭接处或电能表进线桩头烧坏故障,分析其烧坏原因,主要是因为进线为铝束线,电能表表进线为纯铜束线,而连接两者的接线部子为纯铜铸造;长期使用后很容易引起铜铝氧化,从而使接触面受氧化层影响导致电阻加大,引起烧坏故障,问题症结就是铜铝过渡处结构不合理。
现有技术中,采用铜铝双线混接的方法来解决接线处容易毁的技术问题,但是该方法没能很好地解决该技术问题,具体使用过得中还是会造成接线处烧毁的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明提供的用于铜、铝线路对接的异型线夹,旨在克服现有技术中铜线与铝线接线处结构不合理,造成铜线、铝线接线处容易烧毁的不足。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:用于铜、铝线路对接的异型线夹,包括本体,所述本体包括由铜材制成的铜线接线部和由铝材制成的铝线接线部,所述铜线接线部与铝线接线部为一体式结构,所述铜线接线部和铝线接线部上均设有用于连接导线且同轴的接线孔,所述铜线接线部和铝线接线部上还设有用于压紧接线孔内导线的压线螺钉,所述本体上设有用于提高本体导电参数的导电涂层。
作为优选,所述铜线接线部与铝线接线部之间还设有用于提高铜线接线部与铝线接线部之间导电性能的铜质导电柱,所述铜质导电柱与铜线接线部为一体式结构,所述铜质导电柱铸造在铝线接线部内,通过设置铜质导电柱,使用过程中大大地提高了铜线接线部与铝线接线部之间的导电性能,延长了异型线夹的使用寿命;另外,铜质导电柱铸造在铝线接线部内,铜铝连接可靠,进一步提高了铜线接线部与铝线接线部之间的导电参数,延长了异型线夹的使用寿命。
作为优选,所述本体上设有与压线螺钉相适配的螺孔,所述螺孔与接线孔相通,所述接线孔内还设有用于防止压线螺钉损坏导线的绝缘隔板,由于压线螺钉在压紧或松开过程中需要旋转,通过设置绝缘隔板可以使导线与压线螺钉隔开,从而在旋转压线螺钉时不会损坏导线,避免造成导线与异型线夹连接不可靠,造成线夹烧毁,延长了线夹的使用寿命。
作为优选,所述绝缘隔板上设有用于在压线螺钉松开后支撑绝缘隔板且使绝缘隔板与本体相接触的卡簧,所述接线孔的侧壁上设有用于容纳卡簧的环槽,所述卡簧的横截面形状为大于1/2圆且小于整圆的弧形,所述绝缘隔板与卡簧之间通过绝缘胶水粘接在一起,通过设置卡簧,利用卡簧将绝缘隔板定位在接线孔内,从而使线夹接线操作方便,无需在接线过程中插入绝缘隔板,提高了线夹的接线效率。
作为优选,所述本体的横截面形状为矩形,所述本体的外表面上设有至少三根用于提高铜线接线部与铝线接线部之间导线性能的铜质导电筋,所述导电筋与本体为一体式结构,通过在本体上设置铜质导电筋,进一步提高铜线接线部与铝线接线部之间的导电性能,延长了线夹的使用寿命;另外,通过将导电筋与本体设置为一体式,导电筋的导电性能更好。
作为优选,所述压线螺钉端部设有用于在旋转压线螺钉时减小压线螺钉与绝缘隔板之间摩擦力的1/2球体,所述球体的直径小于压线螺钉的直径,所述球体与压线螺钉为一体式结构,所述压线螺钉与本体之间还设有用于对压线螺钉进行防松的防松弹簧,所述防松弹簧套设在压线螺钉上,所述压线螺钉上涂有绝缘漆,通过设置球体,减小了压线螺钉在旋转过程中与绝缘隔板的摩擦,从而减小了压线螺钉和绝缘隔板之间的磨损,延长了压线螺钉与绝缘隔板的使用寿命;另外,通过设置防松弹簧,压线螺钉锁紧可靠,避免使用过程中压线螺钉松动而造成电路故障,使用方便。
作为优选,所述导电涂层上还涂设有绝缘涂层,通过涂设绝缘涂层,提高了线夹在使用过程中的安全性能。
本发明提供的用于铜、铝线路对接的异型线夹,具有如下优点:本体包括由铜材制成的铜线接线部和由铝材制成的铝线接线部,所述铜线接线部与铝线接线部为一体式结构,所述铜线接线部和铝线接线部上均设有用于连接导线且同轴的接线孔,所述铜线接线部和铝线接线部上还设有用于压紧接线孔内导线的压线螺钉,所述本体上设有用于提高本体导电参数的导电涂层,通过设置铜线接线部和铝线接线部,接线过程中铜导线由铜线接线部连接、铝导线由铝线接线部连接,而铜线接线部与铝线接线部为一体式结构,导电性能好,从而避免了铜导线与铝导线在对接过程中容易烧毁连接处的不足;另外,通过设置导电涂层,进一步提高了铜线接线部与铝线接线部之间的导电性能,延长了线夹的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的用于铜、铝线路对接的异型线夹作进一步说明。如图1,图2所示,用于铜、铝线路对接的异型线夹,包括本体1,所述本体1包括由铜材制成的铜线接线部2和由铝材制成的铝线接线部3,所述铜线接线部2与铝线接线部3为一体式结构,所述本体1可以采用铸造的方法制得,所述铜线接线部2和铝线接线部3上均设有用于连接导线且同轴的接线孔4,所述铜线接线部2和铝线接线部3上还设有用于压紧接线孔4内导线的压线螺钉5,所述本体1上设有用于提高本体1导电参数的导电涂层6。
参见图2,铜线接线部2与铝线接线部3之间还可以设置导电柱以提高其导电性能,具体地说:所述铜线接线部2与铝线接线部3之间还设有用于提高铜线接线部2与铝线接线部3之间导电性能的铜质导电柱7,所述铜质导电柱7与铜线接线部2为一体式结构,所述铜质导电柱7铸造在铝线接线部3内,所述铜质导电柱7应均布在本体1内。
参见图2,所述本体1上设有与压线螺钉5相适配的螺孔8,所述螺孔8与接线孔4相通,所述接线孔4内还设有用于防止压线螺钉5损坏导线的绝缘隔板9。
参见图2,该绝缘隔板9的设置方式为:所述绝缘隔板9上设有用于在压线螺钉5松开后支撑绝缘隔板9且使绝缘隔板9与本体1相接触的卡簧10,所述接线孔4的侧壁上设有用于容纳卡簧10的环槽11,所述卡簧10的横截面形状为大于1/2圆且小于整圆的弧形,所述绝缘隔板9与卡簧10之间通过绝缘胶水粘接在一起,压线螺钉5在压紧过程中卡簧10产生一定的弹性变形,而压线螺钉5在松开过程中卡簧10弹性变形恢复,从而将绝缘隔板9支撑起来,使线夹在与导线相接时操作更加方便。
参见图2,所述本体1的横截面形状为矩形,所述本体1的外表面上设有至少三根用于提高铜线接线部2与铝线接线部3之间导线性能的铜质导电筋12,所述导电筋12与本体1为一体式结构,所述铜质导电筋12应均布在本体1上。
参见图2,所述压线螺钉5端部设有用于在旋转压线螺钉5时减小压线螺钉5与绝缘隔板9之间摩擦力的1/2球体13,所述球体13的直径小于压线螺钉5的直径,所述球体13与压线螺钉5为一体式结构,所述压线螺钉5与本体1之间还设有用于对压线螺钉5进行防松的防松弹簧14,所述防松弹簧14套设在压线螺钉5上,所述压线螺钉5上涂有绝缘漆。
参见图2,所述导电涂层6上还涂设有绝缘涂层15。
上述技术方案在使用过程中,接线过程中铜导线由铜线接线部2连接、铝导线由铝线接线部3连接,而铜线接线部2与铝线接线部3为一体式结构,导电性能好,从而避免了铜导线与铝导线在对接过程中容易烧毁连接处的不足;另外,通过设置导电涂层6,进一步提高了铜线接线部2与铝线接线部3之间的导电性能,延长了线夹的使用寿命。

1.用于铜、铝线路对接的异型线夹,其特征在于:包括本体(1),所述本体(1)包括由铜材制成的铜线接线部(2)和由铝材制成的铝线接线部(3),所述铜线接线部(2)与铝线接线部(3)为一体式结构,所述铜线接线部(2)和铝线接线部(3)上均设有用于连接导线且同轴的接线孔(4),所述铜线接线部(2)和铝线接线部(3)上还设有用于压紧接线孔(4)内导线的压线螺钉(5),所述本体(1)上设有用于提高本体(1)导电参数的导电涂层(6);
所述铜线接线部(2)与铝线接线部(3)之间还设有用于提高铜线接线部(2)与铝线接线部(3)之间导电性能的铜质导电柱(7),所述铜质导电柱(7)与铜线接线部(2)为一体式结构,所述铜质导电柱(7)铸造在铝线接线部(3)内;
所述本体(1)上设有与压线螺钉(5)相适配的螺孔(8),所述螺孔(8)与接线孔(4)相通,所述接线孔(4)内还设有用于防止压线螺钉(5)损坏导线的绝缘隔板(9);
所述绝缘隔板(9)上设有用于在压线螺钉(5)松开后支撑绝缘隔板(9)且使绝缘隔板(9)与本体(1)相接触的卡簧(10),所述接线孔(4)的侧壁上设有用于容纳卡簧(10)的环槽(11),所述卡簧(10)的横截面形状为大于1/2圆且小于整圆的弧形,所述绝缘隔板(9)与卡簧(10)之间通过绝缘胶水粘接在一起;
所述本体(1)的横截面形状为矩形,所述本体(1)的外表面上设有至少三根用于提高铜线接线部(2)与铝线接线部(3)之间导线性能的铜质导电筋(12),所述导电筋(12)与本体(1)为一体式结构;
所述压线螺钉(5)端部设有用于在旋转压线螺钉(5)时减小压线螺钉(5)与绝缘隔板(9)之间摩擦力的1/2球体(13),所述球体(13)的直径小于压线螺钉(5)的直径,所述球体(13)与压线螺钉(5)为一体式结构,所述压线螺钉(5)与本体(1)之间还设有用于对压线螺钉(5)进行防松的防松弹簧(14),所述防松弹簧(14)套设在压线螺钉(5)上,所述压线螺钉(5)上涂有绝缘漆;
所述导电涂层(6)上还涂设有绝缘涂层(15)。
