技术领域
      本发明涉及汽车零部件检测装置,具体涉及连杆铰制螺纹孔的量规。
背景技术
      一种汽车连杆,其结构如图1所示,包括连杆体1和连杆盖2,连杆盖2和连杆1通过铰制螺栓连接,连杆体1和连杆盖2的连接部位设有铰制螺纹孔。铰制螺纹孔由下部的螺纹底孔4和上部的光孔3组成,螺纹底孔设有与铰制螺栓的匹配的内螺纹,光孔的内径与铰制螺栓的螺杆部位的直径相等。现有的螺纹规只适用于一般的螺纹孔的检测,无法对铰制螺纹孔的光孔进行检测。
发明内容
      针对上述问题,本发明提供了连杆铰制螺纹孔的量规,其能方便、快捷地对铰制螺纹孔的内螺纹、光孔进行检测。
      其技术方案是这样的,连杆铰制螺纹孔的量规,包括测量头、测量杆和手柄,所述测量头设有外螺纹,其特征在于:所述测量杆上设有同轴的孔径检测部,所述孔径检测部用于检测铰制螺纹孔的光孔的直径,所述测量头和所述测量杆同轴连接。
      其进一步特征在于:
      其还包括限位块,所述测量头、测量杆、限位块和手柄依次同轴连接,所述限位块的直径大于所述孔径检测部的直径;
      所述手柄沿径向方向向内凹设有把持部。
      采用本发明后,测量头检测螺纹底孔的螺纹尺寸,测量杆检测光孔和螺纹底孔的同轴度以及光孔的内径尺寸,其检测方便、快捷,并且本发明的结构简单,制造成本低。

具体实施方式
      如图2所示,连杆铰制螺纹孔的量规,包括测量头6、测量杆5、限位块9和手柄8,测量头6、测量杆5、限位块9和手柄8依次同轴连接,测量杆5上设有同轴的孔径检测部10,孔径检测部10用于检测铰制螺纹孔的光孔的直径,限位块的直径大于孔径检测部的直径,测量头6设有外螺纹,测量杆5为光杆,手柄8沿径向方向向内凹设有把持部7,把持部7便于检测人员持握,限位块9能避免测量头过于深入,超过其旋合长度,避免测量头的外螺纹磨损。

1.连杆铰制螺纹孔的量规,包括测量头、测量杆和手柄,所述测量头设有外螺纹,其特征在于:所述测量杆上设有同轴的孔径检测部,所述孔径检测部用于检测铰制螺纹孔的光孔的直径,所述测量头和所述测量杆同轴连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连杆铰制螺纹孔的量规,其特征在于:其还包括限位块,所述测量头、测量杆、限位块和手柄依次同轴连接,所述限位块的直径大于所述孔径检测部的直径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连杆铰制螺纹孔的量规,其特征在于:所述手柄沿径向方向向内凹设有把持部。
