Abstract
本发明公开了一种深度减排并可替代GGH的节能系统,包括依次串接于锅炉尾部烟道的空气预热器、高温换热器、低温换热器一段、干式静电除尘器、引风机、增压风机、脱硫塔、湿式电除尘器、低温换热器二段和烟囱;以及串接于冷二次风道的二次风机;本系统还包括低压加热器、第一水泵、第二水泵;采用本发明的结构和系统布置后,可以提高干式静电除尘器除尘效率,且有利于湿式电除尘器的运行,节约湿式电除尘器的用水量,并采用新装置替换GGH的使用功能,同时,采用新型换热结构,实现最大限度回收排烟余热的目的。

背景技术
[0002] 近年来雾霾天气频频来袭,燃煤发电一时间被指为雾霾的元凶。环保部2013年14号公告要求的47个重点城市主城区的火电厂,除尘设施及脱硫系统改造后在烟囱入口的烟尘排放需满足特别排放限值20mg/m3。而“达标排放”越来越无法满足人们对环境的要求,燃煤机组的污染物排放若能达到火电厂大气污染物排放标准重点地区特别排放限值的十分之一,实现“零排放”,是煤炭清洁高效利用的终极目标。
[0003] 我国现役火电机组中,锅炉的排烟温度约在130°C〜160°C,基本都超过原设计的经济排烟温度110°c。受火电厂煤质条件的影响,当燃用煤种较差或锅炉排烟温度较高时,烟尘比电阻较高,导致干式静电除尘器的除尘效率降低,粉尘排放水平往往达不到国家标准的要求,而且当不设置GGH时,由于吸收塔后烟气温度较低,并且携带石膏颗粒,烟囱易出现“石膏雨”以及冒“白烟”问题,而设置GGH后,“石膏雨”问题可得到控制,但GGH投资及运行费用较高,从目前运行情况看,GGH还存在着阻力高,腐蚀与堵塞严重、设备投资高等缺点。

发明内容
[0006] 本发明所要解决的主要技术问题是提供一种深度减排并可替代GGH的节能系统,旨在克服现有技术认为排烟温度需设置在烟气酸露点以上的技术偏见,将干式静电除尘器入口烟温降至烟气酸露点附近,使干式静电除尘器粉尘比电阻下降,以提高干式静电除尘器除尘效率,在脱硫塔后串联湿式电除尘器,实现粉尘接近零排放;并采用新装置替换GGH的使用功能,同时,实现最大限度回收排烟余热的目的。

[0034] 本方法经实际应用,空气预热器出口的排烟温度为145°C,可用于加热锅炉回热系统的锅炉给水,减少了汽轮机的蒸汽抽汽,提高了汽轮机的发电效率;低温换热器一段吸收的低温烟气的热量可用来加热经湿式电除尘器后的烟气,使得进入烟囱的烟气温度从原来的50°C升到80°C,提高排烟温度,排烟温度的提高,提升了烟囱的排烟高度,在减小烟气对烟囱腐蚀的同时,减少了排烟对环境的污染。
[0035] 进一步,如图2所示,所述低温换热器一段3为翅片换热器,包括换热管31及换热翅片32,两所述换热管31平行设置,若干对所述换热翅片32分别设置在两所述换热管31的外周,所述换热翅片32上分别设有凹凸相间的弧形突起35,所述弧形突起35在换热翅片32平面上呈现出波纹形状。每对所述换热翅片32包括上翅片33及下翅片34,所述上翅片33及下翅片34分别对称设置在两所述换热管31的上下两侧。所述上翅片33及所述下翅片34之间设有5-1Omm的间隙。
[0036] 本换热管的结构设计新颖,能够在不增大所占换热空间的基础上有效增加换热面积,较相同尺寸的普通双管H型翅片换热管换热面积可增加约10%,并有利于烟气在换热管周围产生更强的绕流,增加烟气与换热翅片的接触时间,强化换热效果,大大提高了换热器的传热效率。本换热管通过模具设备可实现批量生产,降低制作成本。
[0037] 进一步,如图3至图5所示,所述低温换热器二段4为膜式换热器,包括换热翅片41及流体管42,所述换热翅片和流体管表面涂覆无机非金属材料,并经高温处理,温度:800-1000oC ;或再涂覆有耐酸高分子涂层。所述流体管42设于所述换热翅片41的两侧。所述换热翅片41包括底板411、顶板412和两根圆管413 ;所述两根圆管413平行布置并沿轴向开有长槽,所述底板411和顶板412相对布置并两侧分别连接所述两根圆管413长槽的底边和顶边,所述换热翅片的两根圆管413的直径大于所述流体管42的直径,所述底板411和顶板412平行布置或呈八字型布置。本发明换热翅片的上述设计与布置,不仅有更大的散热面积,结构稳定,而且平滑的流线,有利于降低烟尘的冲刷,延长寿命。
[0038] 本低温换热器二段4中的换热翅片41的底板411、顶板412和两根圆管413构成截面为哑铃形的异形管,相比于传统膜式换热板的光管加扁钢结构,增加了换热面积,增强了烟气在流体管42与换热翅片间41的绕流,达到强化换热的目的;同时所述换热翅片41的哑铃形截面具有较好的柔性,在换热翅片41进行高温热处理过程中,可有效减少高温变形,提高换热翅片41的质量;所述换热翅片41通过模具可实现批量生产,降低制作成本;所述温换热器二段4的膜式换热板采用若干上述的换热翅片41构成,若干流体管42设于若干换热翅片41之间并依此连通,从而提高整个低温换热器二段4的传热效率。所述换热翅片41两侧的圆管413的直径大于流体管42的直径,避免了高含尘烟气对流体管42的直接冲刷,能有效防止积灰。同时,所述流体管42和换热翅片41的表面涂覆有无机非金属涂层及耐酸高分子涂层,使得低温换热器二段4的耐酸性大大增强,可以很好地克服低温腐蚀,使得烟气温度降至酸露点以下成为可能。采用哑铃型结构换热翅片是因为在后期非金属材料涂覆,在高温处理过程中,不易变形(相对现有的扁钢换热翅片)且可以增加换热面积。
[0039] 本系统加装湿式静电除尘器,不仅克服了干式静电除尘器“反电晕”和“二次扬尘”两个技术瓶颈,同时提高了除尘效率,湿式静电除尘器能有效的减少烟气中污染物排放,对石膏液滴、酸雾、有毒重金属以及PM10,尤其是PM2.5的微细粉尘有良好的脱除效果,实现粉尘5mg/Nm3以下的“近零排放”,对目前已经投运的电厂普遍存在的脱硫吸收塔除雾器效果不佳,石膏雨污染等具有明显的改善效果。
[0040] 本发明采用了上述技术方案后,通过将锅炉排烟温度降到烟气酸露点以下,即通过降低干式静电除尘器入口烟温至烟气酸露点以下,降低了干式静电除尘器粉尘比电阻,有效提高了干式静电除尘器的除尘效率,粉尘排放浓度降低;同时,采用湿式电除尘器,使粉尘排放量深度降低至5mg/Nm3以下,且保证了湿式电除尘器处于最佳运行环境;在不影响使用功能的前提下,可将GGH这一高耗能、高故障率的部件取消,在约80°C较低的排烟温度下,实现了最大限度回收排烟余热的目的。

Claims (8)
1.一种深度减排并可替代GGH的节能系统,其特征在于:包括依次串接于锅炉尾部烟道的空气预热器、高温换热器、低温换热器一段、干式静电除尘器、引风机、增压风机、脱硫塔、湿式电除尘器、低温换热器二段和烟囱;以及串接于冷二次风道的二次风机,本系统还包括低压加热器、第一水泵及第二水泵; 所述低压加热器串接于汽轮机的主凝结水管路中,所述低压加热器的输入端经所述第一水泵连接所述高温换热器的换热介质输入端,所述高温换热器的换热介质输出端连接所述低压加热器的输出端; 所述低温换热器二段的换热介质输出端经所述第二水泵连接所述低温换热器一段的换热介质输入端,所述低温换热器一段的换热介质输出端连接所述低温换热器二段的换热介质输入端。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种深度减排并可替代GGH的节能系统,其特征在于:所述低温换热器一段的出口温度为75-100°C。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种深度减排并可替代GGH的节能系统,其特征在于:所述低温换热器二段的出口温度为75-80 °C。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种深度减排并可替代GGH的节能系统,其特征在于:本系统还包括膨胀水箱,所述膨胀水箱的输出端连接所述第二水泵的输入端。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种深度减排并可替代GGH的节能系统,其特征在于:所述低压加热器包括依次串接的第一加热器、第二加热器、第三加热器和第四加热器。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种深度减排并可替代GGH的节能系统,其特征在于:本系统还包括再循环调节阀、第一阀门、第二阀门、第三阀门和第四阀门,所述再循环调节阀串接于所述高温换热器的换热介质输出端与第一水泵的输入端之间,所述第一阀门连接于所述第一加热器输出端与高温换热器的换热介质输出端之间,所述第二阀门连接于所述第一加热器输入端与高温换热器的换热介质输出端之间,所述第三阀门连接于所述第二加热器输入端与第一水泵输入端之间,所述第四阀门连接于所述第四加热器输入端与第一水泵输入端之间。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种深度减排并可替代GGH的节能系统,其特征在于:所述低温换热器一段采用新型换热管,所述新型换热管包括换热管及换热翅片,两所述换热管平行设置,若干对所述换热翅片分别设置在两所述换热管的外周,所述换热翅片上分别设有凹凸相间的弧形突起,所述弧形突起在换热翅片平面上呈现出波纹形状。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种深度减排并可替代GGH的节能系统,其特征在于:所述低温换热器二段为膜式换热器,包括换热翅片和流体管;所述流体管设于所述换热翅片的两侦牝所述换热翅片包括底板、顶板和两根圆管;所述两根圆管平行布置并沿轴向开有长槽,所述底板和顶板相对布置并于两侧分别连接所述两根圆管长槽的底边和顶边;所述换热翅片的两根圆管的直径大于所述流体管的直径;所述底板和顶板平行布置或呈八字型布置。
