一种核用LED水下灯,涉及LED灯领域,主体由壳体、透光罩、光源组成,所述的壳体为敞口的圆形状,所述的光源设置在壳体的底部,所述的透光罩固定在壳体的开口上,所述的壳体内设置有一反射器,所述的光源设置在反射器内。本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计新颖,结构简单,安全性能高、不炸裂、长寿命、结构简单,节能效果好,使用效果明显,便于推广及利用。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯领域,具体是一种核用LED水下灯。
背景技术
现有用于在反应堆停堆换料期间完成拆、装反应堆容器顶盖及堆内构件,燃料组件装卸运输,在反应堆运行期间,完成组件贮存、检查及外运的操作时提供照明的水下灯,光源基本都是采用发光效率较低、寿命较短的大功率卤钨灯且存在爆裂可能性,散热性若、易炸裂、寿命短也是其中最根本的弊端。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种安全性能高、不炸裂、长寿命,节能环保的核用LED水下灯。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种核用LED水下灯,主体由壳体、透光罩、光源组成,其特征在于:所述的壳体为敞口的圆形状,所述的光源设置在壳体的底部,所述的透光罩固定在壳体的开口上,所述的壳体内设置有一反射器,所述的光源设置在反射器内。
所述的壳体内部设置有一温控器,防止误操作引起水下灯壳体温度过高导致水下灯不能正常工作。
所述的壳体背板上设置有密集的散热板,可与环境水充分接触,得到充分的散热。
所述的透光罩的外设置有一压盖,所述的压盖固定在壳体上,起到固定透光罩的作用,更加稳固。
所述的透光罩与壳体之间设置有一密封圈,起到密封作用的同时还有缓震功能,更加有益。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计新颖,结构简单,安全性能高、不炸裂、长寿命、结构简单,节能效果好,使用效果明显,便于推广及利用。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示,一种核用LED水下灯,主体由壳体1、透光罩2、光源3组成,壳体1为敞口的圆形状,光源3设置在壳体1的底部,透光罩2固定在壳体1的开口上,壳体1内设置有一反射器4,光源3设置在反射器4内,这样设置后,安全性能高、不炸裂、长寿命、结构简单,节能效果好,使用效果明显,壳体1内部设置有一温控器5,防止误操作引起水下灯壳体1温度过高导致水下灯不能正常工作,壳体1背板上设置有密集的散热板6,可与环境水充分接触,得到充分的散热,透光罩2的外设置有一压盖7,压盖7固定在壳体1上,起到固定透光罩2的作用,更加稳固,透光罩2与壳体1之间设置有一密封圈8,起到密封作用的同时还有缓震功能,更加有益。

1.一种核用LED水下灯,主体由壳体、透光罩、光源组成,其特征在于:所述的壳体为敞口的圆形状,所述的光源设置在壳体的底部,所述的透光罩固定在壳体的开口上,所述的壳体内设置有一反射器,所述的光源设置在反射器内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种核用LED水下灯,其特征在于:所述的压板的外设置有一圈橡胶密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种核用LED水下灯,其特征在于:所述的壳体背板上设置有密集的散热板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种核用LED水下灯,其特征在于:所述的透光罩的外设置有一压盖,所述的压盖固定在壳体上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种核用LED水下灯,其特征在于:所述的透光罩与壳体之间设置有一密封圈。
