Abstract
Description
[0001] 技术领域:本发明涉及一种屏蔽电机转子铜端环与铜条接头焊接方法。
[0002] 背景技术:屏蔽电机是核电站核岛中的关键设备,其完整性对一回路的安全运行有着重要影响,并直接关系到第三代AP1000非能动核电站技术引进的成败,其中转子连接环与铜条接头钎焊是屏蔽电机主泵制造环节中的一项关键工序。AP1000转子铜端环与铜条接头采用整体式感应线圈一次完成接头钎焊过程,与传统分段式钎焊不同,传统分段式钎焊由于相邻两段叠加处接头反复受热氧化,规范性不强,严重影响接头内部质量,缺陷超标,返修率极高,对于钎缝质量要求极高的核电站主泵电机转子极不适用。
[0003] 发明内容:本发明的目的是提供一种屏蔽电机转子铜端环与铜条中频钎焊方法,避免钎焊完成后,接头存在缺陷孔隙超标、母材熔化、裂纹等缺陷,导致接头质量不合格的冋题。
[0004] 本发明的技术方案为:
[0005] (I)采用中频感应钎焊方法焊接屏蔽电机转子铜端环与铜条接头,中频感应钎焊是依靠工件在中频交流电的交变磁场中产生感应电流的电阻热来加热的钎焊方法,具有加热速度快且加热均匀的特点;
[0006] (2)根据接头具体结构形式及尺寸,设计专用的中频感应钎焊感应线圈,该专用感应线圈采用纯铜管弯制而成,呈环状,环状感应线圈表面装有导磁片,以整体加热的方式对铜端环进行加热,每台屏蔽电机转子共58根铜条一次性完成焊接,感应线圈尺寸以铜端环上铜条插接槽口所处直径为基准制得;
[0007] (3)钎焊参数:根据接头结构尺寸,选用匹配的加热功率与加热时间,加热功率约106〜108千瓦,加热时间约29〜31分钟,以达到最佳加热效果,获得最理想的填充条件;
[0008] (4)型号为:AP1000的屏蔽电机转子铜端环和铜条均采用含银无氧铜UNS-C10700,选用最佳铜磷银(AWS A5.8/A5.8M BCUP-5)钎焊材料,结合接头钎焊质量要求,选择预置钎粒及棒状钎料两种形式的填充材料,两种形式填充材料使用质量比约1:1,预置钎粒尺寸1.2mmX 1.6mm,棒状钎料Φ3.2mm,待槽口最上层预置钎粒基本熔化时,多名操作者同时填充棒状钎料,每人负责填充11〜12个槽口,直至填满槽口 ;
[0009] (5)辅助搅拌:利用0.76mm厚镍基合金ASTM B-575UNS N10276材料,制成尺寸为250mmX 7mm尺寸搅拌片,在棒状钎料填充完毕后,停止加热前,由填料操作者使用搅拌片对每一根铜条两侧与铜端环槽口间的钎缝位置进行自下而上的轻微搅拌,帮助气体溢出;
[0010] (6)钎焊方法:1)采用中频钎焊,将感应线圈用云母带包裹均匀后放置在工作台上,吊装铜端环座于感应线圈上;2)预置钎粒:在铜端环与铜条按图纸要求完成装配固定后,钎焊前,将预置钎粒放置在铜条与铜端环槽缝处,钎粒应完全填充槽口并与槽壁紧密结合,采用一个细尖角工具确保合金粒已填满槽口与铜棒间的空隙,每个槽口的钎焊合金粒微微冒尖又不溢出槽壁,每个铜端环大概需要1.9〜2.3千克预置钎粒;3)人员分配,多名填料人均布排列在铜端环外围,每人预备6根棒状钎料,每人负责11〜12个槽口的填料工作,一名主操人员负责控制电源以及整体监控,一名辅助人员负责计时,并实时汇报加热时间;4)启动电源,开始钎焊,辅助人员开始计时,待加热至19〜20分钟预置钎粒基本熔化,填料人员开始填充棒状钎料,填料时钎料送进到槽口底部,不能填充到铜条后侧槽口表面以及碰触到除端环及铜条以外其他部件,填料时间控制在5〜6分钟,钎棒填充结束后,多名填料操作者各使用一根镍基合金搅拌片在铜条两侧与铜端环槽口间的钎缝位置进行自下而上的轻微搅拌,帮助气体溢出,每人顺次搅拌各自负责的11〜12各槽口,搅拌时间控制在2〜3分钟,搅拌完毕所有填料工作者停止搅拌,继续加热约I〜2分钟后停止加热,关闭电源,待铜端环在空气中自然冷却12小时;5)钎缝质量检查:焊后铜端环外圆加工,直至露出铜条两侧钎缝,对钎缝质量进行检查,不应存在裂纹、母材熔化及未熔化钎料等缺陷,铜条两侧钎缝长度和不小46mm,不连续气孔长度总和不大于两条钎缝长度总和的20%,单个气孔缺陷不大于两条钎缝长度总和的10%。
[0011] 本发明以整体式带导磁体感应线圈替代传统分段式感应线圈加热方法对转子铜端环进行中频钎焊,配以规范的工艺参数,填料方式以及对熔化状态下的钎料进行轻微搅拌的方法,对传统分段式感应钎焊方法易产生的母材反复受热氧化,规范性不强,以及熔池受热不均钎料熔化不彻底等问题进行优化:首先,采用整体式带导磁体感应线圈进行转子线圈钎焊,一次性加热易于控制工艺参数,加热速度快且温度易于观察,避免了传统分段式感应线圈加热导致母材反复受热,且段与段之间加热温度无法维持一致,母材受热不均,不但钎焊质量难以控制,并且严重影响母材性能。其次,采用预置钎粒以及多名操作人员同时填置棒状钎料的填充方式,可以最大程度保证整圈58个槽口钎缝高度一致,可有效避免传统分段式填充方法易造成钎缝高低不均的情况。最后,棒状钎料填充结束后,利用0.76mm厚镍基合金ASTM B-575UNS N10276材料制成的搅拌片,在铜条两侧与铜端环槽口间的钎缝位置处,即处于熔化状态的钎料进行自下而上的轻微搅拌,可有效避免传统方式气体上溢不充分,而导致钎缝内部气孔缺陷超标的情况。此种新工艺方法已在产品件中得到应用,钎缝质量良好,达到预期要求。本发明旨在确立一种用于主泵电机关键部件转子铜端环与铜条钎焊的新中频钎焊方法,通过使用专用的整体式带导磁体感应线圈对铜端环进行整体加热,可有效克服传统分段式中频钎焊对相邻两段间叠加部分反复加热造成接头二次氧化,影响接头内部质量现象,加之采用预置钎粒与多名操作者同时填置棒状钎料的填充方式,选用最佳工艺参数,规范加热功率与各个阶段的加热时间,并配以辅助搅拌方法帮助气体溢出,最大程度减少钎缝内部缺陷,从而提高焊缝质量,满足结构设计要求。该成果在工程上具有很高的应用价值。

[0014] 如图1所示为屏蔽电机转子铜端环与铜条钎焊接头结构简图,具体实施方案如下:
[0015] (I)采用中频感应钎焊方法焊接屏蔽电机转子铜端环与铜条接头,中频感应钎焊是依靠工件在中频交流电的交变磁场中产生感应电流的电阻热来加热的钎焊方法,具有加热速度快且加热均匀的特点;
