本发明公开了一种铅酸蓄电池上盖,属于铅酸蓄电池领域,解决了安全阀与上盖配合不紧密的问题。一种铅酸蓄电池上盖,包括本体,本体表面设有若干注液嘴,每个注液嘴包含一个内孔,每个内孔均覆盖有凸起,凸起设于本体一侧的表面,凸起与本体为一体结构,每个注液嘴外周设有用于配合安全阀的凹槽,可有效提高安全阀与注液嘴的密闭性,降低铅酸蓄电池在正常工作时漏气的几率。

本发明涉及铅酸蓄电池领域,特别是一种铅酸蓄电池上盖。
背景技术
电动助力车用铅酸蓄电池在充电的末期会有少量的气体经由注液嘴的内孔排出,一般会在注液嘴上安装安全阀,当气体压力达到一定值时,气压推动安全阀打开,从而避免气压过大引起的爆炸,现有铅酸蓄电池的上盖需要带有正负极接线孔,生产上盖时由于成本因素,一般采用一体成型的方式直接注塑形成上盖,由于材料和模具的影响,在生成注液嘴的内孔时,孔的边缘往往会产生毛边,另外注液嘴与安全阀的接触面积很大,受制造工艺影响较难完全平整,以上两点因素共同影响会造成安全阀与上盖的配合不紧密,造成铅酸蓄电池在正常工作时漏气。
发明内容
本发明所要达到的目的是提供一种铅酸蓄电池上盖,可有效提高安全阀与注液嘴的密闭性。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种铅酸蓄电池上盖,包括本体,本体表面设有若干注液嘴,每个注液嘴包含一个内孔,每个内孔均覆盖有凸起,凸起设于本体一侧的表面,凸起与本体为一体结构,每个注液嘴外周设有用于配合安全阀的凹槽。
上述上盖生产成型后,注液嘴的内孔被凸起覆盖的上盖可在储存运输过程中降低注液嘴的内孔被损坏的几率,当需要使用上盖时,用剪刀将凸起剪去即可,剪去凸起后,注液嘴的内孔边缘没有毛边,使用与注液嘴配合的型号的安全阀,通过与环形槽的配合安装,并且不再收内孔边缘的毛边的影响,可有效提高安全阀与注液嘴的密闭性。
进一步的,所述凸起的表面设有标记。用于醒目地提示工人在使用时剪去凸起。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有如下优点:
可有效提高安全阀与注液嘴的密闭性,降低铅酸蓄电池在正常工作时漏气的几率。

一种铅酸蓄电池上盖,包括本体1,本体1表面设有若干注液嘴2,每个注液嘴2包含一个内孔3,每个内孔3均覆盖有凸起4,凸起4设于本体1一侧的表面,凸起4与本体1为一体结构,起的表面设有标记6,用于醒目地提示工人在使用时剪去凸起4,每个注液嘴2外周设有用于配合安全阀的凹槽5。
上述上盖生产成型后,注液嘴2的内孔3被凸起4覆盖的上盖可在储存运输过程中降低注液嘴2的内孔3被损坏的几率,当需要使用上盖时,用剪刀将凸起4剪去即可,剪去凸起4后,注液嘴2的内孔3边缘没有毛边,使用与注液嘴2配合的型号的安全阀,通过与环形槽的配合安装,并且不再收内孔3边缘的毛边的影响,可有效提高安全阀与注液嘴2的密闭性,降低铅酸蓄电池在正常工作时漏气的几率。

1.一种铅酸蓄电池上盖,其特征在于:包括本体(1),本体表面设有若干注液嘴(2),每个注液嘴包含一个内孔(3),每个内孔均覆盖有凸起(4),凸起设于本体一侧的表面,凸起与本体为一体结构,每个注液嘴外周设有用于配合安全阀的凹槽(5)。
