Abstract

[0001] 本发明涉及一种灯泡的制作方法,特别是涉及一种立体LED封装灯泡的制作方法。
背景技术
[0002] 传统的灯泡一般为白炽灯灯泡,其照度较低,并且不节能,在白炽灯泡后出现了荧光灯灯泡,其虽然节能,照度较高,但是由于大量使用荧光粉,不够环保。因此,目前出现了既环保又节能的LED光源,产生了不少LED灯泡,但是现有的LED灯泡,其结构与制作方法都非常复杂。如中国专利CN101509616A所公开的LED灯泡及制作方法,包括灯头,驱动电路组件,光源支架,LED光源,玻璃灯泡壳体,玻璃灯泡壳体的尾部与灯头相固定连接,LED光源固定在光源支架上,玻璃灯泡壳体尾部熔封固定在光源支架的尾部并将LED光源及光源支架包围在内腔,驱动电路组件位于灯头内并通过导线分别于灯头、LED光源相电连接。该结构虽然较为简单易于制造,但是该LED灯泡中的LED光源支撑在光源支架上,而LED光源具有单面发光的局限性,因此,这样的LED灯泡无法实现全方位、立体的发光,而如果要使得LED灯泡具有全方位立体的发光,通常需要设置多个朝向不同方向的LED光源,因此不仅提高成本,而且不易于安装,特别是在灯泡这个封闭的环境内设置较多LED光源,会使得LED的散热问题更加严重。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种成本低、制造方便并且实现LED全方位立体发光的LED封装灯泡的制作方法。
[0004] 本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种立体LED封装的灯泡的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
[0005] I)制作带有电极引出线和多个LED芯片的立体LED封装;
[0006] 2)制作带两条引出线以及至少一条散热线和芯柱排气管的芯柱;
[0007] 3)将立体LED封装的电极引出线与芯柱的引出线相连并且将散热线与立体LED封装相连,使立体LED封装与芯柱相固定连接;
[0008] 4)将带有立体LED封装的芯柱放入灯泡泡壳内并将灯泡泡壳与芯柱相连接的位置用火进行熔烧时两部分相互融合形成一体;
[0009] 5)将固定好的灯泡泡壳通过芯柱排气管进行抽真空和充气,然后用火熔断所述芯柱排气管以形成完整的密封灯壳;
[0010] 6)通过驱动器连接线将驱动器与电连接器相连,将芯柱的引出线与驱动器相连,将驱动器放入电连接器内,将灯壳与电连接器相固定。

具体实施方式
[0025] 以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
[0026] 如图1所示,为本发明实施例中立体LED封装灯泡的制作方法中的立体LED封装的制作步骤示意图,该立体LED封装的制备步骤,包括先预备一基板1,然后在该基板I的至少一端固定电极引出线2,该基板I为一平面螺旋线条形状,该螺旋线条形的基板I的形状如图2所示,在基板表面设置多个串联和/或并联的LED芯片3,该LED芯片3可通过透明胶和/或导电胶固定在基板I表面上,该透明胶和/或导电胶为硅胶、改性树脂胶、环氧树脂胶、银胶和粘铜胶中的一种,将该多个LED芯片3之间,以及芯片与电极引出线之间用芯片电连接线4连接,如图3所示,在基板1、LED芯片3以及芯片电连接线4的表面设置至少一层具有保护及/或发光功能的介质层5,即图1中的封胶步骤。介质层5可以只设置在基板具有LED芯片和芯片电连接线4的上表面,也可以包裹该具有LED芯片3和芯片电连接线4的上表面以及几个侧面,不包裹底面;也可以包裹整个基板。最后在螺旋线条形的基板的首尾两端以反方向拉伸,使其变成一立体LED封装,如图4所示。
[0027] 并且,在上述平面的螺旋线条形的基板I的两端固定电极引出线2的步骤,可以通过连接材料和/或连接构件21将电极引出线与基板相固定连接,连接材料为胶水、陶瓷胶、低熔点玻璃、银浆或胶料,当电极引出线2位于基板I的表面上方时,基板I与电极引出线2之间还可设有一导热绝缘层,防止两者之间相互通电,而且还具有散热的作用。也可以是该基板的一端设有电极引出线,另一端没有电极引出线,另一端的基板自身作为电极引出线,这样的结构加强了整个封装的散热性能。
[0028] 而且该平面螺旋线条形的基板I可以通过超声波金丝焊接或共晶焊接有若干电路层,电路层上设有焊点,LED芯片3可以通过该焊点与电路层连接,这种结构大大增加了可使用的LED芯片的种类,可以是包括水平芯片、垂直芯片、倒装芯片及白光芯片等。更详细的,如果用垂直芯片,芯片的正极通过焊点与电路层连接,芯片的负极通过芯片电连接线4与电路层连接;如果用倒装芯片,则芯片的正负极都通过焊点与电路层连接。如果用白光芯片,则不需要在LED芯片以及芯片电连接线和基板的表面设置至少一层具有保护及/或发光功能的介质层,因为白光芯片本身已经具有保护和/或发光功能的介质层。
[0029] LED芯片3可以均匀或不均匀地设置在基板的表面上,可以设置在基板的一个表面上,也可以同时设置在基板的上下两个相对的表面上,这样的结构更加增加了该立体LED封装的发光效果及均匀性。
[0030] 并且另外制作一带有两条引出线61,以及至少一条散热线62和芯柱排气管63的芯柱6,如图5所示,将立体LED封装的电极引出线2与芯柱6上的两条引出线61分别连接,并且将散热线62与立体LED封装连接,使立体LED封装与芯柱6相固定连接。并且将带有立体LED封装的芯柱放入灯泡泡壳7内,然后通过烧泡程序将灯泡泡壳与芯柱相互固定并且形成一体。
[0031] 上述烧泡程序包括将芯柱放入灯泡泡壳内,并且将灯泡泡壳与芯柱相连接的位置,即灯泡泡壳的开口位置用火柱进行熔烧,然后两部分相互融合形成一体,将灯泡泡壳7多余的部分去除,使得灯泡泡壳7和芯柱6之间连接的部分形成一光滑的结合面。
[0032] 将固定好的灯泡泡壳通过芯柱排气管63进行抽真空和充气,例如充入一些能够使立体LED封装降温的气体,然后用火将芯柱排气管熔断,以此形成以完整的密封灯壳。通过芯柱上的引出线61与一驱动器8连接,即将灯泡泡壳内的电极引出线2与驱动器8相连,通过驱动器连接线10将驱动器8与连接器9相连,并且把驱动器8放入电连接器9内,将灯壳与电连接器9相固定,成为一完整的灯泡。优选地,所述灯壳通过一连接结构元件与所述电连接器连接。
[0033] 本发明的立体LED封装的灯泡的制作方法不但制造步骤方便,制造加工快速,提高了生产效率,而且能够使得制造出来的灯泡具有全方位、立体的放光角度,并且很好地解决了 LED灯泡的散热问题。
[0034] 尽管以上详细地描述了本发明的优选实施例,但是应该清楚地理解,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种立体LED封装的灯泡的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤, 1)制作带有电极引出线⑵和多个LED芯片(3)的立体LED封装; 2)制作带两条引出线(61)以及至少一条散热线(62)和芯柱排气管(63)的芯柱(6); 3)将立体LED封装的电极引出线(2)与芯柱(6)的引出线(61)相连并且将散热线(62)与立体LED封装相连,使立体LED封装与芯柱(6)相固定连接; 4)将带有立体LED封装的芯柱(6)放入灯泡泡壳(7)内并将灯泡泡壳(7)与芯柱(6)相连接的位置用火进行熔烧时两部分相互融合形成一体; 5)将固定好的灯泡泡壳(7)通过芯柱排气管(63)进行抽真空和充气,然后用火熔断所述芯柱排气管¢3)以形成完整的密封灯壳; 6)通过驱动器连接线(10)将驱动器⑶与电连接器(9)相连,将芯柱(6)的引出线(61)与驱动器⑶相连,将驱动器⑶放入电连接器(9)内,将灯壳与电连接器(9)相固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的立体LED封装的灯泡的制作方法,其特征在于:上述步骤I)和步骤2)可以任意前后制作,也可以同时制作。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的立体LED封装的灯泡的制作方法,其特征在于:上述制作立体LED封装的步骤包括先准备一基板(I),然后在该基板(I)的至少一端固定所述电极引出线(2),所述基板(I)为一平面螺旋线条形状,在基板(I)表面设置多个串联和/或并联的LED芯片(3),将该多个LED芯片(3)以及LED芯片(3)与电极引出线⑵之间用芯片电连接线(4)连接,在LED芯片(3)以及芯片电连接线(4)和基板(I)的表面设置至少一层具有保护和/或发光功能的介质层(5),最后在螺旋线条形的基板的首尾两端以反方向拉伸使其呈为一立体LED封装。
4.如权利要求3所述的立体LED封装的灯泡的制作方法,其特征在于:所述LED芯片(3)通过透明胶和/或导电胶固定在基板(I)表面上,所述透明胶和导电胶为硅胶、改性树脂胶、环氧树脂胶、银胶和粘铜胶中的一种。
5.如权利要求3所述的立体LED封装的灯泡的制作方法,其特征在于:通过连接材料和/或连接构件(21)将电极引出线(2)与基板⑴相连接固定,所述连接材料为胶水、陶瓷胶、低熔点玻璃、银浆或胶料。
6.如权利要求3所述的立体LED封装的灯泡的制作方法,其特征在于:当电极引出线(2)位于基板⑴的表面上方时,基板⑴与电极引出线(2)之间设有导热绝缘层。
7.如权利要求3所述的立体LED封装的灯泡的制作方法,其特征在于:所述基板(I)可通过超声波金丝焊接或共晶焊接有多个电路层,电路层上设有焊点,所述LED芯片(3)通过焊点与电路层连接。
8.如权利要求3所述的立体LED封装的灯泡的制作方法,其特征在于:在所述基板(I)的两面均设置LED芯片(3)。
9.如权利要求1所述的立体LED封装的灯泡的制作方法,其特征在于:所述灯壳通过连接结构元件与电连接器(9)固定连接。
