Abstract
本发明公开一种插口接头，为环形结构，包括连接端和插口端，所述连接端与插口端为一整体结构，内壁光滑，所述连接端与插口端连接处，具有环形凸起，连接端和插口端具有流通孔，所述插口端两端具有环形部，所述两个环形部之间设有两个环形加强部，所述环形部与环形加强部之间均匀设有横向部，横向部两端与环形部和环形加强部连接。本发明通过连接端与管道焊接固定，利用插口端容纳另一根管道的插口，由于插口端具有内置加强筋的环形加强部与横向部，结构牢固，不会出现断口现象，整体结构方便耐用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道设备，具体是一种用于连接两根管道的插口接头。
背景技术
埋入式管道用于排污水管或输送电缆管道，大量的一节一节管道埋入地下，在任意两个管道之间，需要将管道端口进行无缝连接，否则，地下水分渗入管到内，对管道内部结构由腐蚀作用。现有的连接组件，为一根圆管，材料和管道结构相同，为橡胶材料制成，圆管两端容纳两根管道的一端，然后进行焊接固定。这种方式在实际过程中，埋入后会出现断口或接口不牢固现象，影响整个管道结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种插口接头。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现：
一种插口接头，为环形结构，包括连接端和插口端，所述连接端与插口端为一整体结构，内壁光滑，所述连接端与插口端连接处，具有环形凸起，连接端和插口端具有流通孔。
所述插口端两端具有环形部，所述两个环形部之间设有两个环形加强部。
所述环形部与环形加强部之间均匀设有横向部，横向部两端与环形部和环形加强部连接。
所述环形加强部与横向部内部设有加强筋。
本发明的有益效果：本发明通过连接端与管道焊接固定，利用插口端容纳另一根管道的插口，由于插口端具有内置加强筋的环形加强部与横向部，结构牢固，不会出现断口现象，整体结构方便耐用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1和图2所示，一种插口接头，为环形结构，整体结构采用聚乙烯材料制成，包括连接端1和插口端2，所述连接端1与插口端2为一整体结构，内壁光滑，所述连接端1与插口端2连接处，具有环形凸起4，环形凸起4在连接端1插入管道内，正好与管道外壁吻合，连接端1和插口端2具有流通孔3。所述插口端2两端具有环形部5，所述两个环形部5之间设有两个环形加强部6。所述环形部5与环形加强部6之间均匀设有横向部7，横向部7两端与环形部5和环形加强部6连接。所述环形加强部6与横向部7内部设有加强筋。本发明通过连接端1与管道焊接固定，利用插口端2容纳另一根管道的插口，由于插口端2具有内置加强筋的环形加强部6与横向部7，结构牢固，不会出现断口现象，整体结构方便耐用。

1.一种插口接头，为环形结构，包括连接端(1)和插口端(2)，其特征在于，所述连接端(1)与插口端(2)为一整体结构，内壁光滑，所述连接端(1)与插口端(2)连接处，具有环形凸起(4)，连接端(1)和插口端(2)具有流通孔(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种插口接头，其特征在于，所述插口端(2)两端具有环形部(5)，所述两个环形部(5)之间设有两个环形加强部(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种插口接头，其特征在于，所述环形部(5)与环形加强部(6)之间均匀设有横向部(7)，横向部(7)两端与环形部(5)和环形加强部(6)连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种插口接头，其特征在于，所述环形加强部(6)与横向部(7)内部设有加强筋。
