数控机床夹具,主要包括圆盘,圆盘上中心处设有安装插入孔,圆盘上设有夹块,圆盘上的安装插入孔旁设有定位孔,定位孔内垂直插有定位杆,定位杆上设有滚轮,所述的滚轮下方的定位杆上设有孔,孔内设有定位销。本发明有益效果在于:通过插入定位杆和滚轮来检测被夹持物是否出现偏心情况,在检测完成后,通过定位销将被夹持物固定,然后通过夹块夹持物件,撤离定位杆,完成夹持,结构简单,效果实用。

背景技术:
现有的数控机床固定夹具一般都是圆盘上设有滑槽,滑槽内设有夹块,这样的结构,调节起来速度慢,且调节不够精准,容易出现被夹持物出现偏心,导致加工不够精准。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种数控机床夹具。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
数控机床夹具,主要包括圆盘,圆盘上中心处设有安装插入孔,圆盘上设有夹块,其特征在于:所述的圆盘上的安装插入孔旁设有定位孔,定位孔内垂直插有定位杆,定位杆上设有滚轮,所述的滚轮下方的定位杆上设有孔,孔内设有定位销。
所述的圆盘上里外设有3-4层定位孔。
所述的每层设有3个定位孔。
本发明有益效果在于:通过插入定位杆和滚轮来检测被夹持物是否出现偏心情况,在检测完成后,通过定位销将被夹持物固定,然后通过夹块夹持物件,撤离定位杆,完成夹持,结构简单,效果实用。

如图1所示的数控机床夹具,主要包括圆盘1,圆盘上中心处设有安装插入孔2,圆盘上设有夹块3,其中圆盘上的安装插入孔旁设有定位孔,定位孔内垂直插有定位杆4,定位杆上设有滚轮5,其中滚轮下方的定位杆上设有孔7,孔内设有定位销6。
其中圆盘上里外设有3层定位孔。
其中每层设有3个定位孔。

1.新型数控机床固定夹具,主要包括圆盘,其特征在于:所述的圆盘边缘设有若干固定挡板,固定的挡板上设有液压缸,所述的圆盘中心处设有固定盘,固定盘上设有十字孔,十字孔内设有螺栓,螺栓连接夹板,所述的液压缸上的液压杆顶在夹板上。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的新型数控机床固定夹具,其特征在于:所述的固定挡板共设有4组。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的新型数控机床固定夹具,其特征在于:所述的十字孔的孔壁设有锯齿。
