[0002] 导热油属于有机热载体,是一种低压高温的优良热传导介质,与蒸汽、热水介质相比,它具有传热效率高、温度场均匀、温度易控制、可循环利用、运行成本低等特点。导热油系统可以在几乎常压的条件下,获得很高的操作温度,大大降低高温加热系统的操作压力和安全要求,提高了系统和设备的可靠性,同时,导热油系统省略了水处理系统和设备,提高了系统热效率,减少了该部分设备的初投资,减少了设备和管线的维护工作量。流化床炉具有燃料适应性强,可燃用各种劣质燃料,负荷调节比宽,低温燃烧使NOx生成量少,可用石灰石实现低成本炉内脱硫等优点,将流化床炉和导热油系统相结合,可以集二者优点于一身。但目前的流化床导热油加热炉存在以下长期无法解决的技术问题:
[0003] (I)流化床导热油加热炉炉膛内密相区存在剧烈的气固两相流动,该区域的受热面受到固体颗粒的反复摩擦,管路易产生磨损变形甚至破裂,会导致导热油工质泄露到炉膛内部,严重时会引发火灾,因此,在炉膛密相区无法布置埋管受热面,从而炉膛密相区燃烧产生的热量无法被带出,炉膛密相区容易超温结焦;
[0004] (2)由于流化床内传热强度大,以及导热油的特殊性质,导热油加热过程中极易超温结焦,导致管路堵塞,增加泵功,影响导热油加热炉的正常运行;
[0005] (3)以流化床方式燃烧时,导热油加热炉炉膛上部盘管受热面或垂直布置的膜式壁受热面易受到颗粒冲刷,出现磨损破裂现象。
[0006] 因此,如何将炉膛内密相区燃烧产生的热量带出,强化受热面内的传热,防止导热油工质超温结焦,减小流化床导热油加热炉内受热面的磨损,是迫切需要解决的问题。
发明内容
:
[0007] 本发明的目的就是为了克服上述背景技术的不足,提出一种双流化床导热油加热炉。
[0008] 本发明所涉及的一种双流化床导热油加热炉中,炉膛内部有并联布置的主流化床和副流化床两个流化床,两流化床由炉膛隔墙隔开,副流化床布风板的布置高度高于主流化床布风板。副流化床采用喷动床结构,在副流化床内布置有由三维内肋片管构成的蛇形管受热面。主流化床和副流化床共用炉膛上部空间。
[0009] 本发明所涉及的一种双流化床导热油加热炉,包括给料装置、主流化床、主流化床风室、主流化床布风板、主流化床放渣管、副流化床、副流化床风室、副流化床布风板、副流化床放渣管、炉膛、炉膛隔墙、隔墙方孔、旋风分离器、立管、回料阀、尾部烟道、盘管受热面、蛇形管受热面、再循环泵、逆止阀、蛇形管受热面进口联箱、蛇形管受热面出口联箱、蛇形管受热面联箱隔板、尾部烟道受热面。
[0010] 炉膛隔墙将炉膛分为主流化床和副流化床,副流化床布风板的布置高度高于主流化床布风板,在主流化床和副流化床下均通入流化风。炉膛下部主流化床以鼓泡床或湍流床形式燃烧,为流化密相区,主流化床四周采用耐火保温材料覆盖,形成一个绝热燃烧区。煤颗粒加入炉膛主流化床内燃烧,主流化床流化风速为2-4m/S,由于该密相区气固流动剧烈,颗粒密度大,磨损较强,故在炉膛密相区不布置任何埋管受热面。
[0011] 燃烧产生的高温灰渣,粒径较大的颗粒一部分留在主流化床密相区中,另一部分以底渣的形式通过主流化床放渣管排出。炉膛隔墙顶端距副流化床布风板最低处的高度为1500_。在主流化床的流化风速下,只有粒径较小的细灰渣颗粒可以翻过炉膛隔墙,落入到副流化床当中。副流化床内布置有蛇形管受热面,炉膛隔墙上有一排隔墙方孔。副流化床中的细灰渣颗粒在副流化床流化风的作用下流化,当细灰渣颗粒量积累到一定高度时,副流化床中的细灰渣颗粒会通过炉膛隔墙的隔墙方孔溢出,返回到主流化床中。这一部分灰渣在主流化床中吸热,并在主流化床流化风的作用下,再次翻过炉膛隔墙被吹入到副流化床中,形成一个炉膛内部循环。副流化床流化风速较低,同时副流化床中为粒径较小的细灰渣颗粒,因而在副流化床中气固流动较为温和,副流化床中的受热面在相当长的时间内不会出现明显磨损和破裂的情况,故将蛇形管受热面布置在副流化床中。细灰渣颗粒在主流化床密相区中吸收燃烧产生的热量,再到副流化床中将热量传递给蛇形管受热面内的导热油工质。
[0012] 副流化床采用喷动床结构,同时,副流化床布风板倾斜布置,副流化床布风板与水平面夹角为3-10°,在副流化床布风板最低处设有副流化床放渣管。副流化床中蛇形管受热面由三维内肋片管构成。蛇形管受热面出口联箱出口管和蛇形管受热面进口联箱进口管相连通,中间加装再循环泵和逆止阀。为保证加热效果和对副流化床中灰渣颗粒的冷却效果,在蛇形管受热面进口联箱和蛇形管受热面出口联箱中设置蛇形管受热面联箱隔板。
[0013] 此外,粒径更小的灰渣颗粒被烟气带入旋风分离器,形成循环灰和飞灰。其中,循环灰依次通过旋风分离器,立管,回料阀返回到副流化床中,形成一个炉膛外部循环。由于副流化床布置在炉膛内部,使炉膛上部空间扩大,炉膛上部截面积自然增加,炉膛上部的烟速较低,属于稀相气力输送状态。
[0014] 炉内存在两个循环:炉膛内部循环,灰渣颗粒从主流化床进入到副流化床再返回主流化床;炉膛外部循环,灰渣颗粒从主流化床和副流化床,经过旋风分离器、立管、回料阀再返回副流化床。炉膛外部循环中,烟速较低,灰渣颗粒粒径较小,故在炉膛上部布置可以直接暴露在烟气中换热的单头或双头的水平盘管受热面或垂直布置的膜式壁受热面,同时,在膜式壁受热面进口联箱和膜式壁受热面出口联箱中设置多道膜式壁受热面联箱隔板,提高膜式壁受热面中导热油工质的流速,强化膜式壁受热面内的传热。
[0015] 本发明所涉及的一种双流化床导热油加热炉解决了炉膛密相区燃烧产生的热量无法被带出;炉膛内部受热面内的导热油工质易超温结焦,阻塞管路;炉膛内部受热面易受到颗粒冲刷,出现磨损破裂现象的问题。

[0027] 本实施例的一种双流化床导热油加热炉,如图1、图4、图5、图6、图7所示,该实施例包括给料装置1、主流化床2、主流化床布风板2-1、副流化床3、副流化床放渣管3-1、副流化床布风板3-2、炉膛4、炉膛隔墙5、隔墙方孔5-1、旋风分离器6、立管7、回料阀8、尾部烟道9、烟囱10、空气预热器11、主流化床风室12、副流化床风室13、盘管受热面14、蛇形管受热面15、再循环泵15-1、蛇形管受热面进口联箱15-2、蛇形管受热面出口联箱15-3、蛇形管受热面联箱隔板15-4、逆止阀15-5、蛇形管受热面进口联箱进口管15-6、蛇形管受热面出口联箱出口管15-7、尾部烟道受热面16、主流化床放渣管17。炉膛4被炉膛隔墙5分成主流化床2和副流化床3,副流化床布风板3-2的布置高度高于主流化床布风板2-1。主流化床流化风经过主流化床风室12进入到主流化床2中,使主流化床2中的床料流化;副流化床流化风经过副流化床风室13进入到副流化床3中,使副流化床3中的床料流化。炉膛隔墙5顶端距副流化床布风板3-2最低处的高度为1500mm。
[0028] 本实施例的原理及工作流程如下:
[0029] 如图1所示,煤颗粒通过给料装置I加入到主流化床2中,主流化床2中的床料在主流化床流化风的作用下流化,主流化床2以鼓泡床或湍流床形式燃烧,该区域是炉膛密相区,气固流动剧烈,磨损较大,故不在该区域中布置任何埋管受热面。燃烧产生的高温灰渣,粒径较大的粗灰渣颗粒一部分留在主流化床2密相区中,另一部分以底渣形式通过主流化床放渣管17排出。
[0030] 粒径较小的细灰渣颗粒在主流化床流化风的作用下,翻过炉膛隔墙5落入到副流化床3当中。副流化床3中的细灰澄颗粒在副流化床流化风的作用下流化,其流化风速较小。副流化床3中布置有蛇形管受热面15,炉膛隔墙5上有一排隔墙方孔5-1,隔墙方孔
5-1的下沿与蛇形管受热面15的上沿持平。当细灰渣颗粒在副流化床3中积累到一定高度时,会通过隔墙方孔5-1溢出,返回到主流化床2当中。这一部分细灰渣颗粒在主流化床2中吸收燃烧产生的热量,在主流化床流化风的作用下,再次落入到副流化床3中,将吸收的热量传递给蛇形管受热面15内的导热油工质,形成一个炉膛内部循环。由于副流化床3内为细灰渣颗粒,且副流化床流化风速较低,气固流动不剧烈,副流化床3中的受热面在长时间内不易出现磨损现象,故在副流化床3中布置蛇形管受热面15。
[0031] 如图4所示,在副流化床3中,蛇形管受热面15使用三维内肋片管制造。如图6、图7所示,为保证加热效果和对副流化床3中灰渣颗粒的冷却效果,在蛇形管受热面进口联箱15-2和蛇形管受热面出口联箱15-3中,加装蛇形管受热面联箱隔板15-4。将蛇形管受热面出口联箱出口管15-7与蛇形管受热面进口联箱进口管15-6相连通,中间加装再循环泵15-1和逆止阀15-5。当副流化床3床温过高时,启动再循环泵15-1,将蛇形管受热面出口联箱出口管15-7处的导热油工质再次送入到蛇形管受热面15中吸热,此时蛇形管受热面15内导热油工质的流速可达到正常状态下的2-4倍,强化管内传热。同时,如图4所示,可通过开启副流化床3下部的副流化床放渣管3-1,排出一些副流化床3中的灰渣颗粒,降低副流化床3的床温。根据主流化床2温度控制的需要,可以通过气力输送方式将副流化床3排出的灰渣颗粒送入到主流化床2密相区中。
[0032] 如图4所示,副流化床3采用喷动床结构,同时,如图5所示,副流化床布风板3-2倾斜布置,副流化床布风板3-2与水平面夹角为3-10°。在副流化床布风板3-2最低处设有副流化床放渣管3-1,方便粒径较大的粗灰渣颗粒排出。
[0033] 如图1所示,粒径更小的灰渣颗粒被吹到炉膛4上部,形成循环灰和飞灰。其中,循环灰依次通过旋风分离器6,立管7,回料阀8返回到副流化床3中,形成一个炉膛外部循环。由于副流化床3布置在炉膛4内部,使炉膛4上部空间扩大,炉膛4上部截面积自然增加,炉膛4上部烟速较低,属于稀相气力输送状态,不易产生磨损现象,故在本实施例炉膛4上部布置单头或双头的水平盘管受热面14。烟气携带着飞灰进入尾部烟道9,将一部分热量传递给尾部烟道受热面16和空气预热器11。主流化床流化风经过空气预热器11预热,进入到主流化床2中。

[0035] 本实施例与实施例1同属于中小容量的一种双流化床导热油加热炉,炉膛4采用地面支撑结构,炉膛4下部为重型炉墙。如图2、图4、图5、图6、图7、图8所示,本实施例结构上与实施例1不同之处在于炉膛4上部不布置单头或双头的水平盘管受热面14,而是布置垂直布置的膜式壁受热面18,膜式壁受热面进口联箱18-1布置在炉墙外中下部的位置。在膜式壁受热面进口联箱18-1和膜式壁受热面出口联箱18-2中设置多道膜式壁受热面联箱隔板18-3,其余结构与实施例1相同。

[0037] 如图3所示,本实施例为大中型的一种双流化床导热油加热炉。本实施例结构上与实施例2不同之处在于炉膛4采用悬吊结构,炉膛4四周全部布置膜式壁受热面,炉膛4密相区四周的膜式壁受热面使用耐高温防磨材料包覆,膜式壁受热面的炉膛后墙底部联箱19与炉膛侧墙底部联箱20位于主流化床风室12底部,主流化床布风板2-1与副流化床布风板3-2上安装风帽的“花板”均由膜式壁受热面形成,主流化床风室12四周及底部均由膜式壁受热面弯制而成。本实施例其余结构与实施例2相同。
[0038] 经过尾部烟道受热面16的导热油工质进入到炉膛后墙底部联箱19中,炉膛后墙底部联箱19中的导热油工质一部分经过炉膛前墙下部联箱19-1和炉膛前墙的膜式壁受热面进入到炉膛顶部联箱19-2中;一部分依次经过炉膛后墙下部联箱19-3、副流化床布风板3-2的“花板”、蛇形管受热面进口联箱15-2、蛇形管受热面出口联箱15-3、炉膛后墙中部联箱19-4、炉膛后墙的膜式壁受热面、炉膛后墙上部联箱19-5进入到炉膛顶部联箱19-2中;另一部分依次经过炉膛侧墙底部联箱20、炉膛侧墙下部联箱20-1、炉膛侧墙中部联箱
20-2、炉膛侧墙上部联箱20-3进入到炉膛顶部联箱19-2中。炉膛顶部联箱19_2中的导热油工质被送去使用。

1.一种双流化床导热油加热炉,包括给料装置(I)、主流化床(2)、主流化床布风板(2-1)、副流化床(3)、副流化床放渣管(3-1)、副流化床布风板(3-2)、炉膛(4)、炉膛隔墙(5)、隔墙方孔(5-1)、旋风分离器(6)、立管(7)、回料阀(8)、尾部烟道(9)、烟囱(10)、空气预热器(11)、主流化床风室(12)、副流化床风室(13)、蛇形管受热面(15)、再循环泵(15-1)、蛇形管受热面进口联箱(15-2)、蛇形管受热面出口联箱(15-3)、蛇形管受热面联箱隔板(15-4)、逆止阀(15-5)、蛇形管受热面进口联箱进口管(15-6)、蛇形管受热面出口联箱出口管(15-7)、尾部烟道受热面(16)、主流化床放渣管(17),其特征在于:炉膛隔墙(5)将炉膛(4)分为并联布置的主流化床(2)和副流化床(3),副流化床布风板(3-2)的布置高度高于主流化床布风板(2-1),副流化床(3)采用喷动床结构,副流化床布风板(3-2)倾斜布置,副流化床布风板(3-2)与水平面夹角为3-10°,副流化床布风板(3-2)最低处设置副流化床放渣管(3-1),炉膛隔墙(5)顶端距副流化床布风板(3-2)最低处的高度为1500_,副流化床(3)内布置有由三维内肋片管构成的蛇形管受热面(15),蛇形管受热面出口联箱出口管(15-7)与蛇形管受热面进口联箱进口管(15-6)相连通,中间带有再循环泵(15-1)和逆止阀(15-5),蛇形管受热面进口联箱(15-2)和蛇形管受热面出口联箱(15-3)带有多道蛇形管受热面联箱隔板(15-4),炉膛隔墙(5)上有一排隔墙方孔(5-1),隔墙方孔(5-1)的下沿与蛇形管受热面(15)的上沿持平。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双流化床导热油加热炉,其特征在于:炉膛(4)上部布置有单头或双头的水平盘管受热面(14)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双流化床导热油加热炉,其特征在于:炉膛(4)上部布置有垂直布置的膜式壁受热面(18),膜式壁受热面进口联箱(18-1)和膜式壁受热面出口联箱(18-2)中带有多道膜式壁受热面联箱隔板(18-3)。
