- i .一种喷嘴,包括中心体(1)、环形壁(2)及旋流装置(3),所述中心体(1)内设有中心体 混合通道(22);所述中心体混合通道(22)的进口端设有旋流孔板(6),出口端设有头部端壁 (5);所述环形壁⑵同轴设置在中心体⑴的外围,在所述环形壁⑵与环形壁(2)之间形成 外围混合通道(23);所述旋流装置(3)位于外围混合通道(23)上靠近中心体(1)进口的一 端;其特征在于:所述中心体(1)上设有预混燃料通道(8)和扩散燃料通道(13);所述预混燃 料通道⑻通过中心体预混燃料喷射孔(12)与中心体混合通道(2¾连通;所述头部端壁(5) 上设有朝向火焰筒点火区域的环形燃料出口(16),所述环形燃料出口(16)与扩散燃料通道 (13)连通,使部分燃料直接喷射进入火焰筒进行扩散燃烧; 所述扩散燃料通道(13)通过集油腔(14)与环形燃料出口(16)连通; 旋流装置(3)和旋流孔板(6)用于将外部空气形成旋流进入外围混合通道(23)和中心 体混合通道(22); 燃料通过预混燃料通道⑻分别进入叶片内部通道(9)和中心体预混燃料喷射孔(12), 通过叶片内部通道⑼上的叶片预混燃料喷射孔(1〇)的燃料向外围混合通道(23)中喷射并 与空气进行混合,通过中心体预混燃料喷射孔(12)的燃料向中心体混合通道(22)中喷射并 与空气进行混合; 环形燃料出口(16)与扩散燃料通道(13)连通,使燃料直接喷射进入火焰筒进行扩散燃 烧,且扩散燃烧的燃料出口的内外径向空间均为燃料空气混合气的出口,最终形成中间夹 层为扩散燃烧火焰、内外层为预混燃烧火焰的形式。
- 2. 根据权利要求1所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,所述集油腔(14)与环形燃料出口(16)之间 设有节流孔(15)。
- 3. 根据权利要求1所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,所述的中心体混合通道(22)上设有中心体 内收缩段(19)和中心体内扩张段(20),且中心体内扩张段(20)位于中心体内收缩段(19)的 下游。
- 4. 根据权利要求1所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,所述中心体⑴上靠近头部端壁⑸的一端 设有中心体外扩张段(18);所述头部端壁(5)上设有端壁喷射孔(17),所述端壁喷射孔(17) 穿过所述中心体外扩张段(18)与外围混合通道(23)连通。
- 5. 根据权利要求4所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,所述中心体预混燃料喷射孔(12)和端壁喷 射孔(17)为直孔或斜孔。
- 6.根据权利要求1所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,所述头部端壁(5)的轴向位置位于环形壁 (2)的轴向范围内。
- 7. 根据权利要求1所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,所述旋流装置(3)包括沿中心体(1)周向设 置的旋流叶片⑷,所述旋流叶片⑷内设有叶片内部通道(9),所述叶片内部通道⑼上设 置有叶片预混燃料喷射孔(1〇),所述叶片内部通道(9)与预混燃料通道(8)连通。
- 8. 根据权利要求1所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,所述旋流孔板⑹上开设多个切向孔⑺。
- 9. 一种燃气轮机,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的喷嘴。
