[0026] 如图1、图2、图3所示,包括矿料I和工作台面2,包括研磨罐3、支架4、伺服电机5、旋转轴6、偏心轮7、研磨棒8、研磨板9、复位弹簧10,所述的研磨罐3位于工作台面2顶部,所述的支架4位于研磨罐3两侧,所述的支架4与工作台面2螺纹相连,所述的伺服电机5位于支架4上端,二者螺纹相连,所述的旋转轴6位于伺服电机5顶部,二者紧配相连,所述的偏心轮7贯穿于旋转轴6中端,二者紧配相连,所述的研磨棒8位于研磨罐8顶部中心处,二者活动相连,所述的研磨板9位于研磨棒8底部,二者焊接相连,所述的研磨板9截面形状是弧形,所述的复位弹簧10贯穿研磨棒8,所述的复位弹簧10与研磨罐3焊接相连,所述的旋转轴6与支架4交结处还设有轴承401,所述的轴承401与支架4紧配相连,所述的支架4上端还设有感应器402,二者螺纹相连,所述的支架4上端还设有时间计数器403,二者螺纹相连,所述的研磨罐3两侧还设有推料气缸301,所述的推料气缸301与支架螺纹相连,所述的推料气缸301前端还设有集料板302,二者焊接相连,所述的推料气缸301与研磨罐3交接处还设有密封环303,所述的密封环303材质为硅胶,该矿料研磨装置,首先通过驱动伺服电机5旋转,再由伺服电机5带动旋转轴6上的偏心轮7旋转,使得偏心轮7在旋转过程中击打研磨棒8使得研磨棒8在复位弹簧10的作用下上下运动,再由研磨棒8带动研磨板9做上下运动,使得研磨板9研磨矿料,使得矿料被粉碎,该装置结构简单,功能强大,极大的提高了工作效率,减小劳动强度。同时旋转轴6与支架4交接处的轴承401使得滑动更加顺畅,避免出现卡死现象,支架4上端的感应器402在感受到偏心轮7卡死时驱动伺服电机5反转,避免偏心轮7卡死,推料气缸301推动集料板302前后运动搅拌矿料,实现矿料的研磨。

Claims (8)
1.一种矿料研磨装置,包括矿料和工作台面,其特征在于包括研磨罐、支架、伺服电机、旋转轴、偏心轮、研磨棒、研磨板、复位弹簧,所述的研磨罐位于工作台面顶部,所述的的支架位于研磨罐两侧,所述的支架与工作台面螺纹相连,所述的伺服电机位于支架上端,二者螺纹相连,所述的旋转轴位于伺服电机顶部,二者紧配相连,所述的偏心轮贯穿于旋转轴中端,二者紧配相连,所述的研磨棒位于研磨罐顶部中心处,二者活动相连,所述的研磨板位于研磨棒底部,二者焊接相连,所述的研磨板截面形状是弧形,所述的复位弹簧贯穿研磨棒,所述的复位弹簧与研磨罐焊接相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的矿料研磨装置,其特征在于所述的旋转轴与支架交结处还设有轴承,所述的轴承与支架紧配相连。
3.如权利要求2所述的矿料研磨装置,其特征在于所述的支架上端还设有感应器,二者螺纹相连。
4.如权利要求3所述的矿料研磨装置,其特征在于所述的支架上端还设有时间计数器,二者螺纹相连。
5.如权利要求4所述的矿料研磨装置,其特征在于所述的研磨罐两侧还设有推料气缸,所述的推料气缸与支架螺纹相连。
6.如权利要求5所述的矿料研磨装置,其特征在于所述的推料气缸前端还设有集料板,二者焊接相连。
7.如权利要求6所述的矿料研磨装置,其特征在于所述的推料气缸与研磨罐交接处还设有密封环。
8.如权利要求7所述的矿料研磨装置,其特征在于所述的密封环材质为硅胶。
